Someone once told me that taking selfies helped improve her horribly low self esteem 😌 Since then I’ve occasionally practiced taking selfies whenever I’ve felt insecure or uneasy about my appearance ☺️ It definitely DOES help to see yourself for who you are instead of what your mind tells you about yourself 😊 . As a side note, I love how my Dominican hair is so misleading. In some photos you could swear my curl pattern/type is somewhere near the end of the chart.
