You had been scheming and made sure that d-i-s-co had no clue what you were up to. Truthfully he hadn’t noticed anything strange in your actions at all; you had always had somewhat of an enthusiastic personality around him. D-i-s-c-o may not have matched your enthusiasm, but that was actually what he liked most about you. Most of the time he might have seemed a bit more serious than you, but there was always at least a small smile on his features.

D-i-s-c-o didn’t seem to notice that you were fumbling around with something in your pocket. The holiday party was lively, mostly because Mike O. and Wekapipo had too much to drink and they were both making fools of themselves... but this was in your favor. With everyone’s attention on them, it allowed for you to finally make your move!

He had been looking over at the group until you cleared your throat to bring his attention back to you. 

You were holding the mistletoe over his head now, although the top of D-i-s-c-o’s head brushed against your hand and the mistletoe ever so slightly. He pulled back just a little bit to take a better look. There was that small smile again once he realized what had been above his head. 

There was a small chuckle before D-i-s-c-o ducked his head ever so slightly to be able to give you a nice smooch to your lips. He made sure you could really feel his lips against yours. He was slow to pull away although he gave a small smile afterwards.

“Does this mean you like me then?” he almost felt silly for asking.

“What do you think?” you teased, pulling him in for another kiss.

I feel like Araki heard about the game Battleship and that's what inspired him when writing the Chocolate Disco fight; Which is why I was surprised the battle ended as soon as D-I-S-C-O had to start guessing where Gyro was on the grid, rather than the fight truly beginning there.
