Hello, I am Sali Shan, I am an independent music and video creator. Right now I make everything on my iPhone (the beats, videos, etc). I’m not sure what flavor of electronic music I make but I’ve been calling it synthop because it’s got a mix of hiphop influence and synth sounds most of the time. My music and posts have a vague retro nostalgia vibe to them so I’ve leaned into that for branding while irl I have a love and appreciation for so many different subcultures, alt fashion and music so I don’t really have a set aesthetic perse. I make my own beats and write my own lyrics (except that Edgar Allen Poe one of course). Come along with me on my music career journey!
