He’s also been featured on UKhozi FM, Metro FM, TransAfrica Radio, Motsweding FM, Massiv Metro, E-Malahleni FM, iKwekwezi FM, VOC Radio Station & Rise FM as a Guest DJ for interviews & live mixing. Oscar Mbo has been booked on various occasions to headline & perform in & out of South Africa on festivals, Club events as well as socials & picnics. He’s played alongside Kuniyuki Takahashi, Lars Beherenroth, Rocco, Jullian Gomes, DJ Christos, Black Coffee, Vinny Da Vinci & Fistaz Mixwell to mention a few. On the 12th of April 2019 he did his 1st international tour at DJOON Club in Paris for DJ Shimza’s ONE MAN SHOW & also Lisbon, Portugal few days later. A live stream of the show has been making waves on YouTube & is definitely one of Oscar Mbo’s highlights for 2019 as he now focuses on finishing up his debut album that he plans to drop inthe winter. Oscar Mbo has been appointed by Diesel Menlyn Mall to be part of the monthly in-store promotion titled ‘Denim Friday’ where he plays throughout the day alongside guests as he aligns the brand & invites his followers to check out new season stock as well as frequent sales & specials. The shop has been breaking national records of sales during the promotion day ever since he’s been involved & plans on nationalizing the movement. In March 2019 he was appointed to be a DIESEL SOUTH AFRICA influencer alongside a number of prominent artists & personalities. In 2011 he formed the Podcast & it has hosted a number of Local & International Guests & has been the most downloaded Podcast under the Deep House charts for the 4 years consecutively followed by the famous Jimpster’s show – Freerange Radio Show & local ones. Week 3
This week we learnt about camera. The first thing he taught us was resolution which is the number of pixels compiled together in 1 image. After which he taught us about interlaced and progressive pixels
Progressive is when the pixels blend well due the large number of pixels.
Interlaced is when the pixels aren’t blended that well. Leading to lower quality images
aspect ratio
We then learnt about aspect ratios. Below are a few examples-
5:4 –computer 4:3-Dstv 3:2-dslr 16:10-wide screen phone 19:9-Hd TV 1.85:1-film camera 2.35:1 cinema cope
In class our teacher taught us different camera angles and camera shots
Camera shots 1-establishing shot (to establish setting) 2-extreme long shot (shows character from a distance and shows the character’s place in the scene) 3- long shot (shows the complete actor from head to toe) 4-mid shot (from calf to head) 5-mid long shot /American shot (calf to head) 6-mid close (to emphasize on imp dialogue)
Scene based shot 1-master shot (to manage continuity and dubbing) 2-over the shoulder (O.V) (when there are 2 people and the camera shows the shoulder and head of 1 person) 3-two shot (when there are 2 people in the frame) 4-three shot (when there are 3 people in the frame) 5-ariel shot (drone shot) 6-point of view (this shows us what the character is seeing and his point of view)
Camera angles- 1-top angle – makes the character look vulnerable/powerless 2-eye level – camera shows causal scene 3-bird’s eye view – 12’o’clock of the room/location/character 4-dutch angle/ canted angle – the camera is slightly tilted while filming 5-low angle – this angle is used to display ‘power over’

Zwane blames unhealthy mentality for Chiefs loss to Chippa
Arthur Zwane was left upset and believing that overconfidence led to Kaizer Chiefs’ 2-1 loss to Chippa United in a DStv Premiership match on Saturday.

Chiefs couldn’t get into the rhythm that had seen them win three video games on the trot previous to the Chippa recreation at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
And whereas they took the lead into the halftime break after lacking a number of possibilities, it was to not be for Zwane’s aspect with the Chilli Boys staging a late comeback within the second half.
