I think Charmy has that manic kid thing going on where when they are sick they go all sleepy and sad for like a day, so any doctors think they're cute, but everybody else knows it's like 36hours tops before they have completely forgotten it and are hanging off the ceiling again.
So he'll get a cast on, and Vector will politely ask what they need to do if he gets out of it. The fracture clinic don't believe him, 'Awwh this lil guy? He's been so good, I'm sure you'll have no trouble! They're quite sturdy!'
Then, a day later, they're back in the clinic, and he's out of the cast and his cone and also broken his other arm and Espio's.
