it will inevitably be another comic or something but in my head the hollow knight has fought the exact same radiance fight as little ghost. they trained so rigorously not just to gain the power to hold on but because they needed it, because they have been fighting her in their own head for years. they’ve won every time so far, but she can never really lose, either.

okay i have been trying to stop myself from writing this exact post but the laudna playlist thing about seeing imogen as a younger version of herself is SO funny and it is a blessing to me that it’s all i feel about it. they are literally too stupid to make their show good. every time they hit upon a good dynamic they beat it to death with their eyes glazed over and then everyone has to pretend nothing happened and this is good actually

i think everyone should have a moment of disillusion with a creator they really like. not because of anything really wrong they do but just. an interaction that doesn’t go the way you think it will, a response from them that you don’t understand. a moment where you want to communicate something to them and they don’t hear it. it’s good for the soul.
