This 1855 Gothic Victorian in Hagerstown, Maryland is massive- 11 bds. and 6 baths- and is a foreclosure property that is a fixer upper, but it’s only $200K. Look at the widow’s peak on top.
This staircase is lovely, but there’re a few depressing vibes in the house, that could be changed.
That gingham checked wallpaper on the fireplace has to go. I wish they hadn’t painted the wood red.
It’s not terrible inside, the exterior looks like it needs the most work.
The kitchen needs a new floor, and usually when there’s a foreclosure, the owners take the appliances. The kitchen is workable, at least for a while.
Some of the wallpaper has to be re-glued. I think that the structure on the right might be service stairs.
This really is a lovely staircase.
This must be the main bd.
This room needs some patching.
The en suite is in good shape.

This must be one of the bds. Actually the carpet is in pretty good shape in most of the rooms.

The addition in the rear of the house needs work.
The wide boards on the floor must be original, though.
For $200 and maybe $300K in repair, this would be a mansion.
