does not *ever* leave the house w/o eyeliner. anywhere from basic to intricate.

has always been torn between the ~ left ~ and ~ right ~ brain. that is, the parts of her more attunded to logical and strategic ideals vs. the creative. i actually picked architecture as her main job because she'd much more adept to numbers and can visualize projects at their whole. ( if autoCAD crashes her computer one more time shes gonna mcfricken LOSE IT )

doesn't know why gothic architecture went out of style and would like very much for it to come back but guess she'll settle for victorian ( rip marble ).

now the jump from architect to comic book writer is a little extreme but after years and years of school, independent research, an internship, the are exam and finally, some years of working for smaller architectural firms ——— she felt burnt out. she still loves and appreciates architecture but wanted to explore art more. the same way she was able to picture her design projects was the way she approached writing comics. arcs and all, from end to beginning is the way samara likes to work. luckily for her, after attending about 7 talent workshops she was finally approached.

originally she wanted to work for vertigo but they were based in nyc so she stayed in ca and works on projects for dc's black label.
