Beautiful morning here in my home town. It's 6.45 am and I'm ready for my morning shift at the stables.

Exhaustion is a puzzling thing. On many days that I swear I couldn't bring myself to do one more thing, but for some reason I have to, and the exhaustion just sort of reverses itself. It's like you can just push through it.

I finished my 14 hour work day at 11.30pm last night and here I am, up and feeling very much okay.

Man it’s pretty irritating having constant trouble interpreting other people’s mannerisms and gestures. I’ve been in this new workplace for a mere three weeks now and the number of times I’ve (falsely) interpreted a gesture as an act of hostility is getting ridiculous. 

It’s been getting a little better in the last year, but my progress has been really slow. It gets to me sometimes
