hey yall who are just getting into tkrb thanks to katsugeki or even hanamaru but didnt delve into it too much, sword names don’t work like people names. some of them have two/three part names but there no such things as last names for swords. they’re swords. 

if there’s a second part to the sword’s name 95% of the time it’s their smith/school’s name. 

which means that things like “kanesada izuminokami” or “kuninaga tsurumaru” or “munechika mikazuki” are actually all incorrect. just. just use their names as they’re given.
