3. Rain from Love In The Air. Everyone is simping over Phayu while here I am enamored by how cute Rain is.

4. Pete from Kinnporsche. He's so freaking beautiful, the way he looks up from under his lashes, bodies me. I love characters who fade into backgrounds but when you truly look at them, you won't be able to look away ever again.

5. Little Orchid Flower from Love Between Fairy and Devil. HER CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. I love her, I feel like her character development is very well done in a way that you can recognize that it is still the same character. I wish they put her in dark-colored clothes purely because of aesthetic reasons.

6. Dissaya from Bad Buddy. Someone she trust betrayed her and that hurt helped set up the conflict I like how she gave in eventually, like stone by the river.

7. Dayang Makiling from Local Folk Media. A little whimsy for a complicated life.

The amount I cried during the finale of The Handmaid’s Tale was unreal (spoilers below the cut).

I’m a bit all over the place about those final moments because I get it from the show’s perspective but I am also super confused where this is exactly going because it’s clear Fred know Rita and Nick were involved in June and Holly/Nicole’s escape. How are they gonna make it out of this alive? Plus how pissed are they gonna be when they find out June bailed at the last second. Also, where is she gonna go? She can’t go back to that house. I am not sure they can milk another season out of the Waterfords. I do love the inner dynamics of that house with Rita, Nick, Fred and Serena but I am like how does June go back there with all of them knowing what she did. I think we have to be honest if she does go back Nick and Rita will be p i s s e d.

There were some really strong moments in that episode overall. ‘Your girlfriend is a badass’ was iconic. We’ve all known that Rita knew and she lowkey supported it, but that really solidified. Also, the way she smiled at them when she was leaving the nursey was so pure. It was so refreshing to see more from her as a character too. Her admitting she was unkind to Eden was really important. I feel like what Sydney did with Eden was show us the real-life dynamics of adults having to deal with a 15 year-old who you have to treat as an adult even though they aren’t. We found her annoying like Rita did and we were scared of her like June was for Nick but in her final scenes leading up to her death we saw she was just a naive kid who had dreams of being loved. I just loved that moment where Rita and June both owned up to being pretty awful to her.

The Nick and June moments really destroyed me. ‘Look at what we made’ and ‘Holly this is your daddy...’ just sent me into full hysterics because holy shit Nick’s smile was so pure. That was the first time I think we’ve ever really seen Nick smile that way. June telling him she loved him was also just a stunning moment. It was small and there wasn’t need for an ‘I love you’ back because it wouldn’t have fit the moment. They got to be a family for just a few moments. It was so important. And what a fantastic way to shoot that scene because it felt voyeuristic. We were just watching from afar. Plus ‘Hey sweetie,’ from Nick to Holly is just a really RIP ME I’M IN PIECEs moment. And I cannot say enough about their final scene where all he did was nod at her and Holly to go and he was okay. He was apart of it. I mean so much was said in that small moment. PLUS HE DID THE BEST THREATENING OF FRED EVER. When he physically stopped I screamed cause it was after Fred said /his/ child was missing and it’s like bitch you know she ain’t yours. Anyways, I cried with both of these moments cause I am weak for them.

As for Serena, Yvonne had another strong episode. That confrontation with June in the greenhouse was something else but then she stood up in front of all those commanders and read John 1 was powerful. That was all down to Yvonne. Her hope that Fred would support her was misguided but her terror and then dazed behavior, when she realized what was going to happen, was pitch perfect. Yvonne also played her giving up Holly/Nicole really well but it all feels a little to late. I don’t get why they had what happened in episode 10 only for it not to be satisfactorily addressed and kind of forgotten. I am going with June telling Emily to call her Nicole was more about Nick than Serena....cause I am not sure how I feel about that.

In not a shocking update Fred is such a fucking creep and Joseph Fiennes really plays it well. The way he slapped June was outrageous but she hit back, which for some odd reason I think makes him more obsessed with her. It was pretty crazy that his wife just had her finger cut off and he was making tea for her but also propositioning June in the creepiest fucking way. I can’t wait till he’s purged (give me this from the books).

I hope to god we get to see more of Bradley Whitford next season. I want to see him deal with the Aunt Lydia fallout and just find out what the hell is his deal? What is going on with his wife? Why is he there? How did he get caught up in all of this? Last week he said ‘glory be’ instead of ‘praise be’ which is very Catholic and he has the weirdest dynamic with his Martha. He doesn’t do the ceremony. I just want to know more about this dude. Not gonna lie but I love Bradley so he’s killing this.

The best part of the episode was the Marthas network. I shit you not every time a new Martha showed up along the route and said June’s name I started crying more. There is something so powerful about women helping other women and putting yourself at great risk. I just was not emotionally prepared for it and it hit me in the feels. If anything season 3 better focus on this secret fucking Marthas network. I am wondering how much Cora at Commander Lawrence’s house played a role as well. Since it seems that June and Emily’s escapes were tied together.

As for Emily, that was a hell of a performance for Alexis after she stabbed Aunt Lydia. You literally saw her go through the emotions. Incredible work. Also, her anguish in the car with Commander Lawrence, because she thinks she’s about to die, is pretty harrowing. In the end, she’s gonna see her son Oliver on his 7th birthday. Happy Birthday, Oliver!

Really interested to see where season 3 is going cause June not taking the out was not really shocking cause the show relies so much on her as narrator for what’s happening in Gilead but like at the same time it was frustrating as hell. We shall see because even though I knew she gave Holly to Emily to escape and stayed behind, it was really kind of a what the fuck when it actually happened. She’s gotta get Hannah but I am not sure how she does that. Bruce Miller please come out and explain what the hell the plan is here. This probably would have worked better if we already hadn’t had June try and fail to escape two times this year. I had a feeling that Holly would get out all season. It was a constant but they could have had that still even without her trying to escape all the damn time.

Oh, Janine missing tequila the most was hella relatable. I love her.
