So, the super self-indulgent self-insert is coming along swimmingly, HAHAHAHAHAHA. Except for the part where I just realized I’d been writing events as pretty much happening in one year when...they didn’t. Dammit.
So!
I am now creating a timeline and plugging in everything that’s real-life canon, and just one self-insert date so far. And wow, I was really drifting all over the place. This should definitely be helpful so YAY. I’m just using Numbers (Mac’s version of Excel), and it’s doing the job. I was going to use Timetoast, which looks intriguing, but the timeline(s) you create are public if you have a free account. Ha ha ha, no.
Word count as of right now! 109,564. The more I write of this thing, the more I’m thinking about possibly turning it into original fiction at some point...? Maybe...? Probs not, but who knows. But probably not. jk, unless...? (LOL!)
I have also created a story bible (loads of fun and hella useful), and a story road map because I’m starting to lose track of what happened when because it’s getting so long...
