Welcome back to Hope’s Peak Academy, Students!

All of the survivors (and Komaru) have been invited back to Hope’s Peak Academy. Against all of their better judgement, they decide to go back… Only to realize that they are all now trapped. It seems that a new killing game has begun once again! And someone here is the mastermind… There’s just no escape from despair, is there?

Basically what it says! All the remaining survivors are tossed into a killing game once more back at Hope's Peak! (Unfortunately, not the entirety of the DR2 cast, as that would be a bit much and no OCs). This is an idea I've had for a fic for a while but was too lazy to write, but thought an RP could be fun with the concept!

One of them is going to be the mastermind! Once you get a character you're able to request to be the mastermind. Whoever they end up being, I'll be chatting with them for motives and other mastermind things. If somehow no one applies, I'll figure something out regardless.

It's expected that you're active with such a small cast, and at least literate for responses! (At least a paragraph, if not more). But if there's a week where you're super busy or something, no worries, it's understandable.

You're aloud to lurk if you don't want to actually roleplay at all or if all the characters have been taken! It'll hopefully be a smaller server.

We won't start until we have pretty much the entire cast (and a mastermind), so don't worry about having missed anything! One character per person since there's a smaller cast. Here's the list of remaining characters!

Sunny Daze: Starry Nights is a Danganronpa inspired killing game taking place in a mental health resort on an isolated island. There will be heavy theming around childhoods, nostalgia, healing from the past.

Trial rule ideas

Argument:

Explanation: Can start either way, either the person starting it will come up with facts for their reasoning and the second person must come up with reasons that the other person is wrong, or vice versa.

The argument ends once either one can no longer come up with anything to argue against the other.

People not in the argument can cast a vote of 'fouls'. if they think it doesn't hold up as an argument because it isn't important to the case/is a purposeful lie

(note: do not vote a Foul of it is an accidental lie, the person arguing against them has to call out the flaw themselves if it was just a mistake)

a foul voting will be judged by the host, if host claims the vote not legitimate the argument will continue, if they find it legitimate the person who had the foul will lose a life, there are four lives and if you lose all of them you automatically lose.

The point of a vote is not the non argument players to decide what's the truth, but for them to point out and bring attention to a concern they have with the argument they're fouling, which is why the host is deciding. If a host is part of the argument then someone else must play the judge, most likely a dead contestant.

A foul will not be noticed unless it is voted by more than one person, the 'noticing number' will change depending on how many people are left, but if the noticing number is hit, the host will consider the vote.

(Note: Do NOT vote unless you believe it to be a foul. If you see someone voting a foul but do not agree, don't vote just because they see a foul. Even if you like that person, check the argument piece they're voting for a lie/lack of relevance before voting. )

There are two types of fouls.

One: lack of relevance.

Two: Blatant lie.

Two ways the argument can be done.

chaotically, where there's no turns and they just say it whenever. Realistic, but hard to keep up with. Could get frustrating and confusing

Orderly, where both sides take turns depending on who's defending and opposing their statements, unrealistic, but easy to keep up with. Could get boring and slow.

The new Museum displaying studies of luck based events has just opened! 20 hand picked ultimates from all over the world have been chosen to attend this once-in-a-lifetime trip to tour the museum, at no cost. That is, of course if they auditioned! This trip sounds wonderful, complete with a tour of the exhibits and the notes of those who have really done research on such events! How interesting!

A couple months ago, you, an ultimate, felt as though this museum trip seemed to be quite overwhelming, though it is quite nice to be able to have the entire experience paid for, right? So you decide to film an audition to go. You hit send and the video is gone, the website you were on to send the video only read “Thank you, we will get back to you soon.”

You didn’t really remember the whole audition. But you hear a knock upon your door, going to open it, only to see a letter. But when you look around the area to see if there was anyone who could’ve knocked on your door, all you see that was unusual was just some black cat. How strange…The letter itself was in an envelope that was sealed with a wax seal, the image of it was peculiar, a cat with ram horns. Opening the letter, you read:

Greetings, dear (insert full name)!You and 19 other people have been accepted to tour the brand new museum that has opened! Enclosed in this envelope, you will find both a ticket to Hachioji, Japan, where the museum is located, as well as the ticket into the museum, all free of charge! Just make sure you keep both tickets upon arrival!

Mysterious Messenger is a 15+ user-interactive killing game roleplay heavily inspired by the 2016 otome “Mystic Messenger.” Follow 22 RFA volunteers as they charge through chat logs, calls, and chapel after being abruptly tasked to aid in reviving Rika’s Funding Association after a year of grief and radio silence. All the while, players are able to get to know 6 solemn souls and unlock the legacy of the person who founded this organization long ago.

Tower of Erinyes is a Danganronpa-styled mutual killing game RP based partly on the old British game show called “Trapped!”. No knowledge of the show is needed for this game, though it is a very quirky thing in its own right, so do feel free to have a chuckle at its absurdity. Trust us, you won’t regret it.

This is an 18+ submission trial based game with threads and OOC discussions occurring on Discord. It has a slightly different system than the average Danganronpa formula with the introduction of the saboteur role taken from “Trapped!”, and with it, hopefully many new potential interactions not normally seen.
