Ten years ago, I moved to Philadelphia for grad school. I was nervous and had only visited the city once but on that first visit, I knew it was the place for me. Philly helped me become the person I was meant to be and introduced me to people who have become my family. I was able to move back to the West Coast because of this city and the people in it. Bydlení v lokalitě Nusle a její možnosti

Lokalita pražských Nuslí nabízí občanům osobité bydlení s dostatkem obchodů, škol a služeb. Krom toho je městská část Praha 4 skvěle propojená s centrem Prahy díky Městskému okruhu a jižní spojce. Zeleně je zde ve srovnání s jinými částmi Prahy sice o něco méně a ulice se vždy nechlubí honosnými fasádami, ovšem bydlení v Praze 4 - Nusle má obecně velmi dobrou úroveň. Byty nabízí jak starší zástavba, tak i nové developerské projekty.

Liberty Building, developerský projekt v Nuslích

Jeden z nových developerských projektů nese název Liberty Building a nachází se na ulicích Kloboučnická, V Horkách a Bartoškova. Dvě odlišné fáze výstavby nabízí rozdílný charakter bydlení: jednak byla rekonstruována administrativní budova bývalé továrny Regula a pak byla také vystavěna novostavba. Rozdílný je samozřejmě také charakter bytů. Zatímco novostavba nabízí moderně pojaté bydlení, v rekonstruované části vznikly byty s vysokými stropy a velkými industriálními okny. Přízemí je věnováno administrativním prostorům, vhodným pro zřízení kanceláří či ateliérů. Vnitroblok je vymezen odpočinku a relaxaci.

Park Folimanka

Poblíž Nuselského mostu najdeme park Folimanka, jehož hranici tvoří koryto Botiče, zdvihající se svah a středověké hradby. Ústřední část parku prošla rozsáhlou rekonstrukcí, během které zde byla vybudována dětská hřiště, občerstvení, WC i sportovní areál.

Havlíčkovy sady

Jen pár set metrů od nových bytů projektu Liberty Building najdeme známý pražský park Grébovka neboli Havlíčkovy sady s Viničním altánem, Dolní Landhauskou, ozdobnou grottou, Pavilonem Gröbeho vilou a dětským hřištěm.

Sport a volný čas

Nusle nabízí celou řadu zařízení určených pro sport a volný čas. Atlanta fitness club, Lanna gym nebo Rekondičí centrum GVP je jenom úzký výběr.

Dětská hřiště

Jedno z dětských hřišť je možné v Nuslích navštívit na Náměstí gen. Kutlšvara. Jedná se o parčík s hřištěm, stejně jako Na Fidlovačce, nedaleko stejnojmenného divadla. Dětské hřiště je umístěno také v parku Na Jezerce nebo Na Pankráci.

Nákupní centra

V pražských Nuslích a jejich okolí najdeme samozřejmě i množství obchodních domů a nákupních center. Jmenujme například Arkády Pankrác, DBK Praha, Nákupní centrum Budějovická či Obchodní centrum Chodov nebo Novohradská Plaza.
