absolutely agree with your hc and it’s so cool to see someone else in the exact same ballpark as i am in terms of what sean would listen to, how lee would react, etc

going off into a tangent in hcs, i think while lee was staying with sean, they would absolutely exchange music taste late into the night, talking about bands they would want to see live, which would give sean an opportunity to show lee what kind of music he was into. i feel like lee would already know about an extended music library due to mo and his influence, but have more interest in sean because he’s in love with him they would have a similar category of taste

and post act two, like you said, i can absolutely imagine lee listening to all the mixtapes sean made for him while they were friends, just remembering those late evenings where they would talk for hours, going back and forth. bonus points if sean confronts lee in act three while he’s in purgatory (lol) about how lee kept all the cds sean made for him

No! If we talking canon-canon Corenthal actually had five children The Mining Town Four and girl by the name of Linnie. She's the girl who was targeted by rake.

She never appears in video (excluding her dead body), but she mentioned in Corenthal letters and in The Princeton Tapes.

William Davidson is William, the adoptive caretaker of Linnie - married to Rose and related to Corenthal

heres the first of my theories i have saved. i think this one is pretty solid

key things to know: Rose was Jessie's grandmother. Corenthal is related to Jessie. she said he was her great uncle, but later says he was her moms half-brother. regardless of which is true, the fact remains that Corenthal is related to Jessie and therefore associated or related with Rose Rose was married to William. Corenthal handed over Linnie to Rose and William. 

thesis: William - Jessie’s grandfather, is also William Davidson. Here is how... in the corenthal journal dated in 1990, corenthal describes a dream he has about linnie. he says "I saw the rolling hills of rural Pennsylvania, the dense, beautiful mountain forests where Rosie and William found a comfortable community." William Davidson practiced in area of the Pocono Mountains, which is in Pennsylvania. his website also states that he offers his service in Princeton in a later letter also dated in 1990, corenthal describes another dream about linnie. in this dream, we learn that Linnie wanted to know more about her former siblings lives and went off to find them in new jersey. ofc we assume this happens closer to current EMH since linnie and william (in his letter found in The Bag) use the word "group" but like...how convenient it is that william attaches the Corenthal Report concerning Vincent in his letter to Linnie from the bag? princeton vinny dies in 1995. could linnie have had a premonition in the 90s (or earlier) that led her to seek out the Four of that iteration (or later)? and so this gives Davidson the perfect reason for why he knew p!vinny was at his office because Linnie already made him aware of his existence. 

After the strange fire at Davidson’s office, he may have also been made aware of a man seeking information about Corenthal. Having dealt with the strangeness surrounding Linnie and the lives of her former siblings, this gives Davidson the perfect motive to search for p!vin’s phone number

habit giving william (davidson) the letter prior to princeton vinny contacting him and after linnie had talked to him about her siblings would make perfect sense as well in the same vein above. it adds to the logical reasoning for why he knew his name, and called him back to tell him about corenthal in the anxious manner p!vin describes

to further elaborate:

linnie going to contact some group in NJ is likely due to a premonition in which she learns that p!vinny knew of corenthal, and that he had friends sharing the same names as her former siblings. she asks william about them, and later decides to try and find them

william receives the corenthal report about vincent after linnie sets off and writes to her about his concerns. later, p!vinny goes to his office in princeton

because of the connection to linnie mentioning Vinny and her siblings insofar as to try and find them herself, william tracts p!vins number and calls to tell him about corenthal corenthal has the premonition of linnie asking william about her siblings in 1990, so between 1990 and 1995, linnie traveled to NJ and died. likely date is 1992, the year the lambertville high school burnt down - and in 1993, davidson was said to be practicing in the Pocono Mountain area. between 1993 and 1995, his practice then included Princeton NJ

the timing checks out.

(and just to note, in the beginning of finding fairmount there is a clip of vinny talking to jeff while at Lambertville High School...this being brought back again in light of the recent developments leading up to this point - being the Princeton Tapes and William Davidson - seems to further add to this ideas relevancy)

Inquisitive finds crew in the western au (Linnies outfit is supposed to have more details but I'm too lazy to draw that right now)

Details under the cut

The Inquisitive finds group banded together as people affected by supernatural happenings. They travel around trying to document cases of people who had similar issues sort of in a investigator journalist style. (It's still a work in progress but I think all of these will be related to slenderman in some way)

Roger initially started it when he saw what he is sure was a vampire attack someone and was trying to document cases of vampires when he met the others. He was a journalist before so it wasn't too far of a leap to start writing about these things. He saw a few other things like ghosts, but no one believed him at that point and the things he wrote were kinda just funny for the townspeople. Not many people believe him now either.

He met Linnie first, she was a collector of weird items and just generally one of those women people thought was a witch. She'd do fortune telling and sell whatever she found to make money in her hometown. Roger traveled there on word she was a witch, and when she met him she offered to join the search, since she thought she might be able to help, and it seemed like fun to travel around. She'd seen a few supernatural things, and is in tune with spirits, making her and Roger work well together.

Kevin was a photographer, mostly taking photos of abandoned buildings and landscapes. They met Roger and Linnie by chance while they were investigating what someone had said was a vampire hideout. It wasn't, but Kevin had a knack for managing to photograph ghosts and other beings. Roger asked if they wanted to join and they accepted, only for the oppertunity to travel.

Kris was from a pretty respected family, not rich but the town they were from knew her family well enough that when she got possessed by 'something', it was pretty noticeable and they ended up keeping her in the house to stop her from doing anything that'd get her killed. When Roger, Linnie and Kevin rolled in to the town, passing through with no intention of finding anything, they heard about Kris through the gossip and eventually took her into the group with the promise they knew how to get rid of whatever it was possessing her (they didn't but she just wanted a way out and thought it would be fun)

Anon you are my FACKING enabler. Also jessa is a selkie. And Linnie is a mermaid. Anyways the boys start a channel where instead of fitness they hunt paranormal shit, but are like... Really stupid? Like vinnie and Jeff don't notice Evans aversion to pure salt. And how Jeff mysteriously can't make it to the emh crew(tm) monthly werewolf hunt every month, and ESPECIALLY how Vinnie and steph tend to avoid sunlight when there's no shade. They're all stupid and extremely valid Nyow. As for Evan being a neo-changling, this one is me putting a spin on regular old changelings, probably combined with some other creature I couldn't find the name of by Google alone. Basic idea of a changling is that it swaps places with the person who gets kidnapped to the fairy world. Neo-changlings just pull a whole identity theft and whoever they assume the identity of, they become. Whenever a neo-changling comes into contact with the regular fairy repellent fanfare, however, the true fae begins to show(and that's where habit comes in) so Evan does his best to avoid it so he doesn't hurt one of his other friends but jokes on him neo-changlings can only identity theft normal humans

Investigations To Share Regarding davidsonlawnj

Hello fellow HYBRIDs. I’d been pondering some ideas I’ve had for some time, and I thought I’d share my findings regarding the current situation with the password for the DRKWND file. It most relates to tying William Davidson into the story and some ideas I’ve had regarding the whole puzzle. 

I’m dropping everything in a read more section cause upon finishing this post... I feel that it’s best, since I ended up writing so much more than I expected. I’ll do a TLDR version later.

First things first, I have one idea people have considered, and one that I don’t think anyone has thought of (though it’s mostly speculation). William is very likely the William who was married to Rose, making him the grandfather of Jessie. If you recall The Corenthal Connection (Jessie’s Back) we find out that Jessie’s mother is half-siblings with the Doctor. 

Either that or Rose and William had a third child other that Jessie’s mother and James Corenthal, and he could have been named William after his father. This might tie into the timeline better, as investigating on the law site reveals (through some basic math of the site’s last edit date 2014 - 34 years of experience) that William graduated from law school in 1980. The picture of William Davidson on the site appears not old enough to be James Corenthal’s father, though trying to figure out an exact timeline with EMH is a little tough on it’s own. 

Another note to make is that in the obituary for Rose’s death clipping it mentions William as “her late husband”. We know that Linnie had contact with her adopted parent William regarding going off to find the EMH boys from the letter in her hand and the other files regarding Linnie. Timeline wise it’s a little difficult to think that William Davidson and William (Linnie’s adoptive father and husband to Rose) are the same person because William died before 2011. The law site has 2014 listed, and although EMH messes with timelines I don’t think that this kind of mistake in continuity is something that Jeff, Evan, or Vinny would make at this point. 

I don’t have any proof that Rose and William had more than 2 children, but it isn’t a stretch. It is still very possible that the William that responds to Linnie’s letters /is/ the William who is the husband of Rose, but I’m just trying to think over other possibilities. 

Other important findings. 

First off I want to point out that the storage facility in Corenthal Connection was in Trenton NJ, and if you look on the site for Davidson Law, his PO box listing is in Trenton as well. This may just be a coincidence, but I don’t think there are any coincidences this late in the game with EMH. 

Also regarding location, it is mentioned a few times on the site that William served the Mt Pocono region of PA for many years. What town is less than 45 minutes away and could be considered part of the “greater Mount Pocono region”?

A fair distance to travel for work, but likely nonetheless. Especially if you’re working law in a general area. It’s also within the radius of the other towns mentioned in the testimonials on the site. 

I don’t have much more to really offer, or ideas to collaborate on but... I came to a realization today. 

Does anybody else remember this moment from Le premier cours?

Yes, it was mostly forgotten outside of Vinny thinking over his memory. 

Even so we know that William had met the adopted children in his conversations with Linnie. He would have been the kid’s grandfather.

Which makes the name of a certain file intriguing to me. 

I already asked Rabbit 41 shutupshea to try “Will” “Bill” and “Billy”, but I wanted to share my thoughts with all of you. Perhaps this was useful, or just a waste of my time to write, but nonetheless I hope it can help bring us all a little bit closer to some answers here. 

Perhaps I’m grabbing at straws, but we’ll know more once more packages arrive.

Hi, it's me. Your favorite dumb person talking.

I'm starting to retranslate and catalog different theories, little things and other stuff related to emh. I would post it in parts to more easier reading. Also to stop me from going fully crazy.

Let's start with a dream journal.

Dream Journal.

I don't think I've seen anything about it, but I've not read EVERYTHING related to emh.

Near the start of the series kids participated in the sleep experiment (Sleep Lab 1, 2). They also started dreams-hallucinations journal. And it can look very familiar to you.

It travels with Vince and other kids the entire series.

But let's step back for a minute and talk about dreams in the EverymanHybrid universe. When the mining four (and doctor) are sleeping they basically dipping in the collective unconscious of all iterations.

Corenthal Journal Dated 11-12-1990:

"Well, the thoughts of my children never cease their torment of my sleeping hours. Seeing their beautiful faces, that's torture enough. But the night-terrors... they've returned. Terrible, impossible things done to and by them.”;“My dear Linnie was prominent in my most recent nightmare. [...] she didn't give a desperate yell, a dying scream, as her breathing broke, and the inhuman shrill exploded”

James sees the death of Linnie before it even happened in his timeline. Everything happens at the same time and they all see it in dreams.

You can see the dream journal at the background in the Jeff video (but now it's stained with a purple tape). Later we will hear him saying “This probably isn't the best of ideas to be here by myself. But dreams are a good guide." - in the I'm okay video.

Princeton Vince uses his dreams to find the White Tower. But with him the line between the reality and his dreams are very thin.

Another time we see dream journal in the Dead end with a pulse. Jeff gives it to Vince because he tries to find other leads. Obviously journal is now presented more like a public sketch/note book, but it's still interesting how they keep coming back to it time after time.

The last time (at least based on my notes and memory) we see dream journal In The day the world ended when Vince showing Habit the variations of the North Star rune (and a cool Batman mask).

So yeah. The dreams thing are interesting. I advise you to look in the journal more, because it obviously is very important. But my first post is ending here.

Next time I would talk about the black goo and the possibility that Vince was involved in the death of Lexi. Or about the North Star and the possibility of Habit not being a total ass to the kids.
