Most Arch distros (including manjaro) are just arch with a built-in coat of paint. Because of that, they all get the advantage of being arch with the usability of a distro like Mint. That could cause some issues (many of the issues found in arch and distros based on it can be fixed through skills that you can easily acquire through learning the manual installation process), but overall pretty good. I'll be honest I haven't used manjaro all that much. if there are major differences between the two, I haven't heard of them/found them.
