The next Mario movie could potentially win me over if Luigi has significantly more screentime

i won't share it in case my blog gets nuked for it, but there was a leaked storyboard for mario 2 which had them both traveling together. so mario and luigi are on the journey together this time

Good news! Not only has another Mario movie been announced for 2026, but there's already at least one storyboard leak (supposedly)!

So… apparently a storyboard drawing for the mario bros movie sequel has already been leaked. 💀 (I saw it on the twitter account @cartoonupdates if you want to see it. allegedly it’s been leaked by a reputable leaker who also leaked some accurate storyboards for the sonic 3 movie and knuckles show but idk I haven’t looked that much into it.)
