Doujin isn't suppose to be created for an ulterior motive. I know that already. It's a place to create what you want, how you want. I know that well and clear.

[TRIVIA] Live Spectacle NARUTO: Getting to Know Sato Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) in the "Live Spectacle NARUTO" (Part 01)
Compiled from the Twitter thread: HERE
Sato Ryuji’s Official Accounts
Personal Twitter: @ryuji7117
Official Staff Twitter: @satoryujiST
Personal IG: ryuji_japan
Blog: https://ameblo.jp/ryuji7117/
FANSITE: https://sato-ryuji.com
NOTE: He doesn't have a Weibo account.
1. Ryuji has played Sasuke since 2015. He, along with Ito Yui (Haruno Sakura) and Kimisawa Yuki (Hatake Kakashi), are the members in the current cast who have been with the "Live Spectacle NARUTO" (Narusute) since the beginning.
2. Ryuji's audition for Narusute was nine hours long.
3. Before auditions, Ryuji asked Matsuoka Koudai (Uzumaki Naruto) to teach him acrobatics (likely because Koudai had done acrobatics during "Musical The Prince of Tennis" (Tenimyu), but neither one of them knew that they were auditioning for the same production until they met at the Narusute auditions.
4. Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke), Koudai (Uzumaki Naruto) and Kimi-chan (Hatake Kakashi) were in Tenimyu in 2013/2014. Then, they were cast in Narusute as Team 7.
Tumblr media
5. Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) was inspired to enter the entertainment world by Suga Kenta (Gaara).
6. During the final round of Narusute auditions, Ryuji, Kenta and an unnamed actor competed for the roles of Sasuke and Gaara. Both Ryuji and Kenta read for both Sasuke and Gaara.
7. In an interview during the "Live Spectacle NARUTO (Narusute) ~Uzumaki Naruto Monogatari~" (2021), Ryuji said that Uchiha Sasuke has become something like "his other self". He also said that he and Sasuke have a similar personality, and that he can empathise with Sasuke.
8. Fujita Ray (Yamato / Tenzou) about Ryuji's passion for 2.5D, which he experienced when they co-starred together in the "Live Spectacle NARUTO (Narusute) ~Akatsuki no Shirabe~" (2017):

9. Ryuji does his own makeup for Uchiha Sasuke.
10. When Nakao Masaki (Uzumaki Naruto) joined the cast, Ryuji was the only one of Team 7 who knew Nakao-kun before Narusute. He and Nakao-kun have known each other for longer than even Ryuji and Kimi-chan (Hatake Kakashi).
11. Ryuji and Kitazono Ryo (Namikaze Minato) are close friends who have known each other since 2015. According to Ryo, "Ryuji is the person I’m [he] closest to, so I think [it would be nice] if we [they] are able to remain in such a relationship." Ryo has also said this:
Tumblr media
12. When Narusute transitioned into a new phase with Nakao-kun taking over the role of Uzumaki Naruto and responsibility of new company leader from Koudai, Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) supported him by helping him to pull the company along.
Ryuji was also featured in major promotions with Nakao-kun (Uzumaki Naruto) and Ryo (Namikaze Minato) for the "Live Spectacle NARUTO (Narusute) ~Uzumaki Naruto Monogatari~" (2021).
In the "Live Spectacle NARUTO (Narusute) ~Ninkai Taisen, Kaisen~" (2022), Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) was given the honour of leading the final bow alongside Nakao-kun.
13. When talking about Ryuji in the "Live Spectacle NARUTO (Narusute) ~Ninkai Taisen, Kaisen~" (2022), Naya Takeru (Gaara) called Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) the "King of Narusute" and said, "It is thanks to Ryuji and the others from the first performance that it [the production has connected to the current performance, and I am able to meet with it."
Naya-kun also referred to Uchiha Sasuke (Ryuji) as "the other main character who is a pair with Naruto".
NOTE: Others from the first Narusute are Yui (Haruno Sakura) and Kimi-chan (Hatake Kakashi).
14. In an interview during the "Live Spectacle NARUTO ~Uzumaki Naruto Monogatari~" (2021), Kodama Akiko (director for Narusute) talked about how, no matter how tough the action stunts were and how much he struggled with them, Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) would never complain.
She added that, if she was an actor, she might have said no to all these things that have nothing to do with acting, like the aerial performance that Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) had to do in the "Live Spectacle NARUTO" (Narusute) 2015/2016. But, Ryuji never said no.
To quote Kodama-san, "It's likely because he thinks that it [the stunts] are necessary for the production, necessary in expressing the character of (Uchiha) Sasuke, necessary in expressing what it's like to be a ninja."
15. The stunts in the "Live Spectacle NARUTO" (Narusute) are so difficult that Ryuji (Uchiha Sasuke) has texted his parents to apologise if he dies doing them.

Kabe Koji
Tumblr media
Or, Kabe Sa Doujin Sakka no Neko Yashiki-kun wa Shouninyokkyuu wo Kojiraseteiru - what a mouthful! Or, Kabe Koji: Wall Circle's Doujin Artist Nekoyashiki-Kun's Desire for Recognition Grows - even a bigger mouthful, phew! So, let's stick with Kabe Koji!
At first, this seems a crazy comedy in the style of A Man Who Defies the World of BL but, IMHO, it's sweeter and more touching, gripping and, well, deeper. Because the comedy? That's just the surface, the story itself is much more layered and 3D than one would think. It honestly made me cry at one point.
It's a series about a doujinshi artist and an emerging idol, two childhood friends who are in love with each other, have been ever since they were schoolmates - but without the other realizing it. Mamoru, the doujinshi artist, is the grumpiest cat around. The idol, Issei, on the other hand, wears a big smile on his face and his heart on his sleeve, loving everyone and saying it out loud - but Issei's hiding so much behind his smile because he smiles constantly. When he's happy, he smiles, when he's hurt, he smiles, and when he's sad, he smiles, too. Their friendship goes through so much because of Mamoru's harsh grumpiness and the fact that being out and proud could hurt Issei's career...
I honestly loved Issei. He was simply... wow. When he hurt, I hurt. When his band mate was yelling at him for being annoying and not good enough, I hurt. When Mamoru kept treating him so cruelly, I hurt. And it was mainly because of Nakao Masaki who played Issei. He was absolutely breathtaking and I'm so grateful that this series introduced me to him. What an actor!
I also loved the supporting characters: Issei's band mate, Tsubasa, who was so harsh with Issei at first but then he came to really like him and helped him out when he needed it the most. The journalist who kept following Issei to get a juicy scoop on him - and ended up liking him so much that he decided to preserve Issei's happiness, his story be damned. Mamoru's bestie and biggest fan, Koharu, who was always there to support him - and yell at him when needed.
This drama is SO GOOD! Really, no one can do a truly layered BL like the Japanese! A 9/10 drama, hands down!

In the midst of today’s GMMTV excitement, I bring you a distraction meta: Kabe Koji, the finale. IT WAS LOVELY.
What drew me into the show originally was the conceit of the plight of a doujin -- how were the writers of this show going to design the love journey of someone who essentially draws intimate (VERY INTIMATE) manga?
And where they took this show! Episode seven’s revelations of self-hatred. The finale’s revelation of the sympathetic journalist. TSUBASA COMING THROUGH (WHAT?! TSUBASA?). Yamada giving Mamocchi the one final push (YAMADA, THE REAL MVP, THE REALSIES). The taped-up photo at the end. Issei in the apron.
For a short series, this show was seriously complicated. When I saw Tsubasa coming through for Issei, I realized that I had forgotten the story of Tsubasa’s brother, and how that episode pushed Tsubasa himself to become a great idol -- for the sake of someone else.
And the same with Issei. He became an idol for the sake of someone else. He knew he couldn’t win Mamocchi in high school -- so Issei pushed himself to become a success to remain in Mamocchi’s eyes, somehow, even while not knowing how devoted Mamocchi was to Issei. Issei naively pushed through -- because, I think, naiveté was all that Issei had, as someone who had grown up in such a traumatized household.
I’m just gushing out thoughts here at the moment, but another twist I loved was the manly tits doujinshi character (did he have a name?!), asking Mamocchi why his life and love were so complicated. I really liked this motif -- while doujinshis are almost always centered around sex and/or intimacy, the ways in which it gets there can be very real and very complicated (that’s a GREAT overgeneralization, by the way, as there are very risqué and controversial doujinshis out there, topics on which I’m not going to touch). But, generally speaking, you know what the doujinshis will be getting at. For the manly tits guy to be asking Mamocchi -- what’s up? -- I think was a useful indication that the world was telling Mamocchi, you are making your love too complicated and inaccessible. You can let go, safely, and find your intimacy with the person who CLEARLY loves you, if you’re willing to find it and see it for what it is.
In this instance, for the sake of development, I liked that there was a time jump. I don’t think enough time was spent on demonstrating that Mamocchi was coming out of his social bubble after the time jump, but the signs were there, even with Mamocchi going to the convention afterparty. Mamocchi needed to slowly start coming out of his shell to recognize, as Yamada was reminding him -- that he could have, and deserve, happiness.
And this might take me another post, but I feel like there was something really twisted, deep, lovely, and complicated about Issei’s journey, too. While I called him naive earlier, I wonder out loud if what we saw in this episode was a kind of growth, moving forward, moving backwards, protecting Mamocchi, maybe even protecting himself -- all because we know that Issei was traumatized as a child and used his smile to hide his feelings, to protect himself, and to protect others around him from what he was experiencing.
I think Issei needed to come out of his shell, too. We think he had already been out of it, with the way he was coming onto Mamocchi throughout the series. But I think his reading Mamocchi’s final doujinshi was the kind of emotional confirmation that Issei HIMSELF needed to make his final case to Mamocchi. Mamocchi revealed his true feelings in that last doujinshi. He was honest with himself, with the world, with his heart. There was nothing he was hiding anymore.
I think Issei needed to see that to feel safe in HIS love for Mamocchi, and to prepare to make a final confession that would win Mamocchi over. Issei had grown up in a household of hidden hatred, simmering anger, hidden feelings. However, Issei is a character that wears his heart on his sleeve. That’s the way he needed to express love -- and he needed Mamocchi to confirm it, in Mamocchi’s own way, so that Issei could cross the bridge and wrap Mamocchi into a relationship.
Man, I am GOING TO MISS THIS SHOW. Japanese BLs this year have SLAYYYYYYYED ME. SLAYED ME. I did not know what to expect out of Kabe Koji, but this show was UTTERLY FABULOUS. Issei and Mamocchi -- I’m going to miss you guys so much.

I do not think Tsubasa was a bully in school. Tsubasa being a bully would be lazy writing. I feel like Tsubasa has these reactions just before he turns on his tough exterior acting as a defense mechanism only Issei can see through, i.e. we can see Tsubasa reacting to the lady Issei brought at the end of the episode.
I believe the photos in the article look somewhat staged - I do understand this is a show and everyone is acting. However, my initial thought was he did get into a fight with this student, but not because he was bullying him. My original idea was the kid he had pinned to the wall was a bully, but I am not really sold on the kid being a bully. If I had to think of an reason, I would say the kid was someone close to Tsubasa allowing himself to give up and Tsubasa - being Tsubasa - attempted to "motivate/push" the boy like he does his group members. I just had a passing thought about the boy in the photo possibly bullying Tsubasa and this is a photo of Tsubasa finally standing up for himself - I am thinking the kid triggered Tsubasa into getting violent.
I think Tsubasa isn't a bully because:
Issei likes/adores him. As we can see from Issei's interaction with the reporter, Issei seems clueless but is very aware and thoughtful.
Tsubasa just accepted and announced he was a bully too quickly and easily. At his level of stardom, he could easily fight off these accusations.
Tsubasa's acceptance of the article felt like no one would believe him otherwise.
Tsubasa refuses to explain the context of the photo further.
Tsubasa attempts to escape to his safe space (gym).
Tsubasa looks hurt and heartbroken when he sees the antis outside the window.
These are all just fun speculations I am making. I am excited to see how it all plays out next week. I leave this to you scary Issei!
