MD Pallavi & Andi Otto - Songs for Broken Ships - India/Germany collaboration that is also a contender for world fusion album of the year
MD Pallavi & Andi Otto first crossed paths on a theatre stage in India ten years ago. They started collaborating instantly and in 2016 MD Pallavi's mesmerizing vocals for the downtempo raga Bangalore Whispers warmed hearts and ears. Their musical relationship flourished with artistic residencies in Bangalore and Hamburg, their respective hometowns, and a concert tour in Japan. The album presents an interwoven pop-aesthetic vision of the two artists with their contrasting musical backgrounds. It ranges from organically woven folktronica to cut-up disco tracks and acoustic ballads. MD Pallavi is a singer, actress, filmmaker and performer from Bangalore, South-India, where she trained in Hindustani music and poetry since childhood. On Songs for Broken Ships, poems in her native tongue Kannada*, one of India's many languages, are performed over Andi’s alluring production, translating the stories into musical narratives. The poems address topics that are as timeless as the music itself. Social equality is touched upon in Bayalu (written by Bontadevi in the 12th century). Artistic struggles - communicated on An Unwritten Word (Gangadhar Chittala, 1865) - are almost prophetic and the surreal, dreamlike scenario of Clockshop (KS Narasimhaswamy,1958) brings you further inside the sonic journey. Andi Otto is a composer, cellist and DJ based in Hamburg, Germany, He is known for his idiosyncratic and unconventional dance music productions on labels such as Multi Culti, Shika Shika and Pingipung (which he co-runs and curates). For this collaborative experience his dubbed out basslines gently interlock with the 7/4 and 5/4 beats to create a backbone for the instrumentation and expressive vocal timbres of MD Pallavi. His sound design combines graceful acoustic recordings, juxtaposed against modern drum machines, computer generated noise and vintage synthesizers. All songs written and composed by MD Pallavi and Andi Otto in Bangalore and Hamburg, 2018-2023 MD Pallavi: Vocals, percussion Andi Otto: Electronics, cello, table harp, pipe organ, percussion, steeldrum, PPG 1020 Additional percussion on “An Unwritten Word”, “Prayer to the Cloud” and “Look Again” (digital bonus) by Manuel Chittka Ambient sound design on “An Unwritten Word” by Leo Hofmann Cover photo: Port of Nouadhibou, Mauritania by Kevin McElvaney

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 3rd September 2023 Written Update
oday's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 3rd September 2023 Written Update on Tellygossips.in
episode starts with Mahima telling Abhimanyu that he will be the next medical director while Parth walks away angrilyMeanwhile, Ruhi congratulates Abhimanyu for becoming MD. Goenka, on the other hand, is happy with the news and praises Abhimanyu.Seeing Kairav sad, Akshara asks him in the message if everything is fine between him and Muskaan.
Kairav is surprised to see the message and tells her that everything is fine and he is only thinking about work.Just then Muskaan comes there and picks Kairav's phone while cleaning the table but Kairav snatches the phone from her saying that he is expecting some important call.Muskaan finds this behavior strange and is surprised by it.
Everyone congratulates Abhimanyu in the hospital but he is not very happy and tells Aarohi that he does not want to upset Parth by taking this position. However, Aarohi tells him that this is not a family responsibility that can be left aside to maintain peace in the family. She also tells him that many lives depend on this decision and that he is the most deserving candidate.
After a while, Aarohi is discussing a case with Abhimanyu when she gets a call from Abhir and she runs away.At home, Abhir tells Abhimanyu that he has no choice and he has to sing.Abhimanyu tells him that he cannot sing otherwise both of them will become laughing stock in front of the entire school.Seeing both of them arguing, Ruhi asks them to stop and says she has an idea.
Later, Muskaan comes from the office and sees Kairav's phone on the table, gets curious and decides to check his phone. However, there is a password on the phone which surprises Muskaan.Just then Kairav comes out of the bathroom and Muskaan gets nervous and hangs up the phone.Kairav smiles seeing her home early while Muskaan excuses herself saying that Swarna is calling him to the kitchen.
Later, Kairav sees that his phone has disconnected from charging and becomes suspicious.Late at night, Abhimanyu comes running to Akshara and asks her if she can teach him to sing in two days.Akshara refuses but Abhimanyu scares her with Abhir and says that if she doesn't teach him then he won't let her live in peace.Out of fear Akshara asks him to come early tomorrow.Next morning, Abhimanyu is ready to sing a song while Akshara makes fun of him.
Abhimanyu gets upset and Akshara asks him to listen to her first. However, Akshara's singing takes him back to the past and all the happy moments he spent with her six years ago.Later, Abhimanyu is angry at himself for thinking of Akshara as more than a friend and tells Shefali that he cannot betray Akshara's trust. However, Shefali tells him not to be so hard on himself, because we have no control over our emotions, but we only have control over what we do about it.
Later, Kairav asks Muskaan if she ever checked her phone and gives him the reason to doubt her.Muskaan lies to him that she was only trying to call Neelam Amma as her battery was low. However, Kairav tells her that if she has something in her heart then she should ask him directly.Muskaan gets angry and tells him that he is too possessive about his phone and reminds him of the breakfast table moment.Meanwhile, Kairav tells her that Akshara was asking about their relationship and he doesn't want her to feel bad so he has taken the call.
Just then Pallavi's message comes and Muskaan accuses Kairav of trying to hide behind Akshara. The next morning, Abhimanyu comes back to the Goenka house for his lesson and looks at Akshara affectionately.

Commercial Space For Rent In Bengaluru Is Bound To Make An Impact In Your Business in 2022
The fact of the "new normal" is still hammered into our heads in 2022. The previous two years have seen a major change in the way we operate. Some others are unsure if the improvements we've seen are permanent shifts. Will working remotely become commonplace once more? Work-from-home (WFH) and co-working environments are expected to displace traditional office cultures, according to recent opinion polls. But in our opinion, trends cannot be used to restrict the reality of Commercial Space For Rent In Bengaluru.
Depending on the team and organisation, workplace trends will change. What is effective for one squad might not be for another. We believe that the future of work is not only about remote or co-working, but rather about understanding the dynamics and demand for flexible, hybrid workspaces. We must acknowledge that flexibility in how we "office" is necessary and that it extends outside the confines of the workplace. It will involve creating a distinctive corporate culture that best comprehends and consequently addresses the demands of its different teams, whether they are WFH, WNH (work-near-home), or WFO (work-from-office). We observe four types of workstations taking prominence in order to accommodate this diversity in Commercial Space For Rent In Bengaluru.
The media company Exchange4media, which also owns reputable magazines like Businessworld, Impact, etc., publishes Realty, one of India's most well-known real estate periodicals. The third Realty+ CoWorking Summit & Awards was held on February 11 by Exchange4media. To acknowledge the contributions made by important figures in the coworking, managed office sector, the summit accepts submissions in a variety of categories each year. In order to be considered for the sustainable category, Realty+ was looking for co-working spaces that have "demonstrable solutions applied for an eco-friendly workplace" and where the "company's environmental challenges coincided with India's Green ambitions."
As per my survey CLAYWORKS which is based in Bangalore provides the best service for    Commercial Space For Rent In Bengaluru . Alok Puri, associate executive director, head of BD, CRM & New Initiatives - Consulting & Valuations (India), CBRE; Badal Yagnik, MD, Tenant Representation, Cushman & Wakefield, India; Pallavi Shrivastava, head of Workplace Consulting, India Work Dynamics, JLL; Pankaj Karna, founder and MD, Maple Capital Advisors; Ramesh Nair, CEO (India) & managing director
They are ardent proponents of designing environments that take local resources into consideration. Why not also construct contemporary workplaces of high standards using the same materials that were formerly used to responsibly create our homes? As a result of proper ventilation, ideal lighting, pleasant aesthetics, and increased comfort, they have observed that sustainable workplaces can increase productivity in Commercial Space For Rent In Bengaluru.
Due to Bengaluru's fast urbanisation and its unfavourable repercussions, ClayWorks is dedicated to a more responsible route of development. Together with its customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, it will keep preserving the city's heritage and natural environment. As it achieves the future of work with its hybrid, sustainable, and controlled workspaces, ClayWorks aims to be a catalyst for change in Bengaluru and soon in other cities. I named this mix the "Chill and Sizzle Mix" because after completing it, I felt oddly cool and perspiring at the same time.  The music is inviting, sensuous, lyrical, predominantly from string instruments (accompanied by some voices and some woodwinds/brass here and there).
I loved creating this mix with DJ Reydan as it evoked feelings that could not stem from listening to modern music.  It is a departure from the traditional sense of mixed music -- I call it blended music.
As before, we do not own the copyrights to any of the tracks.  They belong to the original composers and the artists and musicians who created them and their heirs.  We (Reydan and I) assert ourselves as the author of this mix.
Please let us know what you think by commenting on the mix.  Share the mix by reposting it or  sharing it on other social media platforms.
We hope you enjoy, listen, share and come back for more.
