ah!! i haven’t played blades, but play scum and villainy that runs on the same system as blades and i love the system so much. we’ve played a year, we’re starting to rack up traumas (our group is a little bigger than rec’d so the stress was being distributed fairly well but it’s catching up now)

It is such a great system! It’s so great just to get into the action and sort out the details through we go, or through flashbacks. I play D&D also, and sometimes that group is going round and round making plans and contingencies and I think “I just want to make the engagement roll already.”

There’s only three of us playing, so we hit our stress limits pretty regularly, but somehow mine is the only character who’s taken trauma.

i thought my web browser had crashed and could only show me that video and then i finally got to another post and i was like 'wait was that real or a glitch' and scrolled back up to see if there actually were 5 re blogs of the same vid. cracked me up.

And speaking of the Normandy, I’ve always imagined Garrus’ mom as ship engineer/designer. So there have definitely been conversations on if Garrus can some how to get his hands on the blueprints, send them her way.  On the up and up way though, of course.

Thank you all so much! The apartment search is...well, it’s horrific (what’s close to work and in my price range doesn’t allow cats; what allows cats is either too far from work or out of my price range; and on, and on...). And while things have been quiet at my current apartment, I’m just waiting for the other shoe to drop. 

I’m going to keep looking, because there’s something out there, but man oh man do I wish I was ready to buy a house. :/

i technically have never finished the game although i have cleared all the maps and done all the boring war table missions. which was dumb as hell. like all of those were just wait a shit ton of time for very little and only a handful ended up as ~real show up and fight~ missions

yeah i can tell that a lot of these quests are gonna be a drag. 

i’ve already looked up how to complete the game sufficiently without doing any more than i have to bc i’m still invested in the characters from the previous games (and ik there’s a lot of cameo’s) but that’s about it lmao

it’s just so disappointing like literally the only solid game in this franchise really is the first one? damn what happened

SO LISTEN! @mdwolf got me some INCREDIBLE gifts for @masseffectholidaycheer!!! First they got me this absolutely gorgeous Garrus print from Society6 and I cant wait to frame it!! Then they drew my Shepard, Dana, with her BFF Miranda doing some sick Biotic/sniper maneuvers and Im in love. Thank you so much again for my gifts! I will treasure them always!!!
