the worry over the possibility of me having nerve issues in my dominant hand overshadowing the joy over the fact that this lets me step down from an ”internship” role with a boss that tried to call me at 2am

#I was supposed to be a trainee in a TEAM of designers and they made me lead designer #boss would call me every time I had questions and talk to me like I was an idiot and them talk shit about other ppl in the org #I was also just never properly given directions I was just expected to now hpw shit works #my job was making layouts for print but neither my cv nor my portfolio indicated that was my expertise #but I was still expected to create ads in 6 different sizes and dimensions in like 5 hrs #he gave me a task at 4:30 am and was mad when I couldn’t finish it by noon (he never told me the deadline)
