イルヴォーロの三人が解散するかもしれないという噂が出ている。

メンバーはピエロ、ジャンルカ、イニャツイオの三人だが、ピエロがソロとして独立したがっているのでは、と言う話だ。

ピエロは声の質や歌い方からクラシックに近く、オペラを歌う力量を持っている。

あとの二人はクラシックも歌うが、ポピュラーを歌う方が似合っている。

ピエロがオペラ歌手を目指しているというのは聞いたことがあるので、いつかはこう言い出すのではと思っていた。今回三回目のサンレモに出場し、８位という結果に終わってしまったことも原因かもしれない。

ピエロはオペラが歌えると言うのは確かだけれど、これまではアリアを歌っただけで、本格的に一つの役を通して歌ったことはない。

いくら歌唱力があっても、彼ももう３０歳で、これまでずっとオペラを練習してきた人たちがたくさんいる中で、果たして役を勝ち取れるのだろうか？

最初は話題性で役がつくかもしれないが、その後ずっと続けることは可能だろうか？

So, last night I dreamt of the Il Volo guys (I think, cause I don't really remember Ignazio being there but Gian and Piero were definitely) and I was able to look at Gianluca's face from really close and he was gorgeous omg 😭 It was so sweet, they should show up more in my dreams

So my parents own a coffee shop where I hang out almost every day

Yesterday, one of their customers who orders coffee from us daily spots me with my earphones and asks what I was listening

fun fact I was listening Il Volo's L'Amore Si Muove

And he was like "wait you know Il Volo? "

I was really excited that someone shared my music taste don't get me wrong

But boy was the excitement washed away

He referred them as "the one with the glasses and the other two" while totally saying that Gianluca and Ignazio aren't as good as Piero

I mean, I know it's a matter of taste to like a certain voice more than the others, but boy you can't diminish my other two sunshines

I said that I absolutely adore Piero's voice and it gives me goosebumps, but they complete each other in such a special and unique way that almost no other group manage to do

I also put La Danza live by Gianluca and Meravigliosa Creatura live with Gianna Nannini where Ignazio was pure magic to prove my point

イルヴォーロのピエロとジャンルカが21-22歳の頃に二人で歌ったもの。オリジナルはマッシモ・ラニエリで、どちらも若さのあふれる歌い方である。春にふさわしいと思って選んだ。イルヴォーロは3人ともオペラのアリアが歌える人達である。今回歌っていないイニャツィオがポップス的な歌い方をしているが、意識的にしていると思われる。

Piero and Gianluca of Il Volo sang it when they were 21 or 22 years old.

The original is sung by Massimo Ranieri, and he also sang it vividly.

I selected it because it is spring now.

Every member of Il Volo can sing aria. This time Ignazio doesn’t sing and he sings more pops-like, but I think he does it deliberately.

They can sing al together in seven ways; three of them, two of them(three ways), and each one of them.

This is very important for concert, because the players must make customers enjoy, not boring, and it is a har work.

Who is your biggest musical inspiration?

Piero: I think this is different for each of us because each of us has his own personality. Personally, I grew up listening to the famous project of The Three Tenors: Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras.

Gianluca: I’ve got several heroes. If we consider charisma and vocalities, Elvis Presley for me was the number one, vocally. Then, musically, there was no one else in the world who had a more beautiful voice than the great Frank Sinatra. I’m also a huge fan of John Mayer, so it really depends on the different facets of every artist; I try to get the best from them all.

Ignazio: It’s difficult. As absurd as it may sound, I don’t really listen to loads of music. Of course, I do listen to some music, but not massively. So the artists I refer to are the ones I was listening to when I was younger, and they are Stevie Wonder, Brian McNeill and Pino Daniele.

Gianluca: Ignazio, go and listen to the new track by Elton John and Stevie Wonder. It’s called Finish Line and we can sing it along and make a duet if you like…

(sorry, just commenting on the last ask you received). I actually think that Piero is more than average, in the last few year he has grown to become a handsome guy. Gianluca has those eyes... *sighs*. Anon, height is not so relevant when you have those sexy eyes. And Ignazio looked incredibly cute a couple of years ago, and he still is cute, but I preferred him before he lost all that weight (it's a matter or personal taste). Sorry, just my 2 cents for the anon.
