Before I did yoga, I never used to understand why people described me as smiley and happy. Maybe I was smiling then, but I never really felt happy. It is the practice that opened the door to healing, forgiveness and acceptance. Now, when people say I’m smiley and happy, I feel it too. I would be lost without the practice which is why I’ve dedicated my life to teaching. I want you to find the secret of your own happiness. I want you ti always keep practicing.
