『お花見🌸500gステーキ弁当』

お花見弁当。

2種類のソースはリクエストにそれぞれ答えて。

特製のオニオンソースと私の昔からの定番のバターニンニクグレービーソース。

あっさり目と濃いめ仕上げ。

焼き加減もよく

目も喜ぶのか

ワクワクしておりました私の家族。

ライスもステーキ専用のハーブかおるように仕立てています。

シャキッとソテーした野菜を忍ばせて。

お肉の美味しい脂もライスに染みて。

ペロリとなくなりました（笑）

何度も何度もこの手のステーキ弁当を外食で

食べたり、持ち帰りをして食べてみたり。。。

本当に美味しいと思える『ステーキ弁当』とは出会えず。

焼肉弁当の方が、まだ美味しいに出会えております。

焼き加減や、味の付け方などが

どうやらお店などでは

『お上手じゃなく、肉の性質を知らずに、ただ焼いて、業務用のソースをかけたり、つければいいと思っている』ようです。

なので、かたいステーキを食べる羽目になったり、

ソースはいかにも市販品でどこでも食べれそうなステーキ弁当が多いですね。

なので今回はもっと美味しく仕上げようと、私の持つ料理力で仕上げてみました。

とっても美味しい仕上がりです。
