The OriginNasi Pecel, this typical cuisine can beencountered in almost all regions ofIndonesia. It is a food that uses chili peanutsauce as its main composition. No oneknows where Pecel exactly comes from,Some areas have claimed to own its typicalof Pecel.But local people were very popular withPecel Madiun term and the possibility thatPecel come from that area of East Java.It is estimated that Pecel from Ponorogotown, was due to the culinary PonorogoChicken Satay and fried bulb that usespeanut sauce as the main composition,which is also a key ingredient in thecomposition Pecel culinary. The food is alsosimilar to Gado-gado, although there aredifferences in the materials used.The concoction of boiled vegetables andside dishes placed on winnowing bambooor banana leaves is different, from anothertown of Java to another one. However,pieces of string beans, bean sprouts,cucumbers, cassava leaves, and basil leaves,topped with peanut sauce are a blend ofthe most common. In addition, there arevariations that add spinach leaves, leaves ofsesbania, krai (a type of cucumber), and asprinkling of lamtoro.Peanut sauce poured over pecel called"spice of pecel" consisting of kencur, brownsugar, salt, chili, lime leaves, and roastedpeanuts mixed, crushed or pulverized. Thereis also the added lime leaves, garlic, andtamarind in a mixture of water to dilute thepeanut sauce.Generally, in every district in East Java arepecel food. Pecel uses the original flavor ofthe corresponding characteristic pungentspicy dishes Timuran Java. However, inreality, Pecel is regarded as typical foodMadiun, even though it is not so.It does not matter about the history, in thereality pecel dish has now become one ofthe typical Indonesian cuisines, in East Javaitself pecel usually served as breakfast isserved with crackers which also varies fromone area to another. Vegan Noodle Salad
Peanut Dressing
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup Water
2 Tbsp Liquid Aminos
1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 a lime, juiced
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
1 1/4 tsp Ginger, minced
1 Clove  Garlic, grated
For the Salad
2-3 pieces of Gardein Crispy Tenders (air fried)
8 oz. Box Rice noodles
Broccoli Slaw
Green onions, chopped
Cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
First,air fry crispy tenders until cooked.
Now start boiling water for the rice noodles. 
Add all the dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl, and whisk until everything is fully combined. It may take a minute to smooth out the peanut butter. Taste and adjust seasoning. Set aside.
Add the noodles to the water whenever it is ready. Cook according to the package,( I used the preparation for a cold noodle dish. Cooking the noodles for 2 minutes, then draining and running under cold water). Remove from the water once done and set aside.  Let the noodles cool a bit.
Then add the noodles, top with peanut sauce, broccoli slaw, cilantro, and green onions. Cut crispy tenders into smaller pieces and add to salad. Mix together. Serve. 
The sauce is really creamy despite how it looks in the photos.
