omg random headcanon that larry has a corgi that he named ghost because when he found her outside his apartment she scared him while barking.  when girls are nice to him because they think his dog is cute he’s just happy that people are giving her attention.  she and larry jr. (his pet pigeon from that one post i made) sleep next to each other on larry’s bed.  now larry has an actual dog to take on walks and edgeworth pretends he isn’t thrilled with how well ghost and pess get along (he still doesn’t know how to feel about his beloved dog getting along with a pigeon)

*kicks down door* GUESS WHO GOT POKEMON SWORD AND HAS DECIDED THAT A POKÉMON AU IS NECESSARY?!

So most don’t have an entire team buuut they each have a partner Pokémon or two. So here. Do with this what you will.

Phoenix has a wartortle who is a smug little brat and a rather playful aipom who he got during his disbarment (and who he was then used to help him get clues from high up- she’s a sweetheart). He also has Charley who was Mia’s Venasaur

Miles has a charizard who absolutely despises Phoenix’s wartortle and is pretty high strung and a jerk (she was a present from Von Karma) but she does love Miles. He also has a very shy Mimikyu who he found while he was “dead” who was being shoved around by people and just being treated terribly. His Mimikyu helps him figure out what cases he should give to each prosecutor. Also he has a lilipup named Pess.

Franziska on the other hand... she has a really temperamental and really sassy serperior who also whips people with his his vine whips.

Maya has a Klefkei named Ami that has passed through each master of Kurain and its said that each key on its key ring represents ten masters. Because of this, it’s a very stoic Pokémon. Completely unlike her munchlax who is just like her but in Pokémon form.

Apollo has Mikeko, an Alolan meowth who can and will take over his lap the second he gets home because she wants let’s. He had a kadabra who he got from Kristoph, who was supposed to report his every action to Kristoph. He ended up being released after the jurist trial because he still kept in contact with Kristoph. Soon after this, a pokeball containing a really sweet and caring Riolu just appeared on his work desk (Lamoir sent it to him) and now the Riolu is his partner, mostly because he can also tell when someone is lying.

Klavier has the most Pokémon out of everyone actually, mostly because he inherited some of Kristoph’s. His main group consists of a shiny amped up toxtricity who is also his performing partner (she is a total rocker who just loves having fans), a theivul who is just a big, lovable boy who just wants his lovable human to be happy, a noivern who is just happy to help Klavier with anything he needs and is also fiercely protective of him, a calm and down to earth sobble who is his investigation partner, and Vongole- the lovable Boltund who tends to accidentally shock people when she gets too excited.

Ema just has a galarian rapidash who is as done with the world as she is and also carries her snackoos for her.

Trucy, the sweet doll, has a few Pokémon. A sweet pichu who helps her with the lighting of her show, a rather grumpy mime jr who is her reluctant assistant (but she loves Trucy so she does it without too much hassle), and a rather mysterious murkrow who used to be her father’s but is now hers (and no one knows why he always shows so much interest in Lamoir and Apollo’s bracelet)

Athena has both a gardivoir who is pretty much Athena’s impulse control and a hattrem who her mom got her to help her control with her being able to hear emotions (and they inadvertently became best friends and her hattrem helped her through everything that happened).

Simon on the other hand has a gallade who is very stoic and matter of fact who was arrested alongside him actually because he was supposedly the one to help Simon kill Athena’s mom. He also has Taka the corvisquire.

Clay has a clefable who is actually the reason he survived being stabbed. She was a gift from the space center and ended up using healing wish to give Clay just enough energy to hang on until he was found. His partner is an Alolan ninetails who rarely leaves his side and is incredibly skittish because she was actually attacked alongside Clay (she went up against the Phantom’s houndoom and lost badly. Like. Lost an eye and has a big scar on her face lost). He recently got a therapy eevee to help him and his ninetails recover.

Kristoph has a kadabra of his own, a dustox, a Persian, and a low key Toxtricity- all of whom are fully aware of Kristoph’s intentions and are all more than okay with helping him.
