Since Robert F. Kennedy Jr. launched his campaign challenging President Biden for the 2024 Democratic presidential nomination, he has given hours of interviews to podcasts, magazines and TV networks. He paints a dark, conspiratorial picture of the world, bristling with debunked theories, misleading claims and outright falsehoods.
Wi-Fi causes cancer and “leaky brain,” Kennedy told podcaster Joe Rogan last month. Antidepressants are to blame for school shootings, he mused during an appearance with Twitter CEO Elon Musk. Chemicals in the water supply could turn children transgender, he told right-wing Canadian psychologist and podcaster Jordan Peterson, echoing a false assertion made by serial fabulist Alex Jones. AIDS may not be caused by HIV, he has suggested multiple times.
There's no credible evidence for any of these assertions or for Kennedy's longest-running false claims: that vaccines cause autism and are more harmful than the diseases they're designed to protect against.
Yet Kennedy is building a campaign for the highest office around these conspiracy theories and the idea that fact-checking or criticizing them amounts to censorship. His throughline is the bedrock conspiratorial premise that “they” (the government, pharmaceutical companies, the media) are lying to you, but that he is telling the truth.

I don't care what anyone on Tumblr says about the election and how important it is that Trump is not elected. I don't care about Trump anymore. I am not voting for Biden. He is enabling a genocide, and that's not something I can just hand wave away. I voted for him in 2020, and I lay awake at night with a pit in my stomach because of that.
Because of that, I'm voting for Robert F Kennedy Jr.
He has publicly stated in interviews he would support a war crimes trial. He has progressive positions on the environment and corporate corruption. He supports all the things I support, and most importantly, he's not helping Israel commit GENOCIDE.
I don't care if my vote is seen as a throwaway or a protest vote. I will not compromise my own morals to vote for a war criminal just because he calls himself a Democrat. And I will not stand for any "but Trump would be worse-" because no- whatever hypothetical harm he COULD cause does not outweigh the real, actual, physical, currently happening harm that Biden is causing.
If people would just stop looking at this like a 2 party race, it would stop being a 2 party race. We could have an independent president, we just have to believe it is possible. Even if it doesn't go all the way, it will send a powerful message to the Republicans and Democrats. We've had enough.
Just look at what the "uncommitted" vote had done to Biden's campaign. They're shaking in their boots trying to reframe the genocide not as something Biden is actively supporting but simply something he is too powerless to stop (which is complete bs) while at the same time, his actions haven't changed.
Making him lose this election to Trump or (ideally) RFKJ would send an extremely strong message to all of them. There are lines the American people will not cross. Genocide is one of them.
And I don't want to see people in the replies falling for establishment propaganda like "if Trump wins the world will end!" Or "third parties never win"
If you want to argue, actually use your brain and tell me why you don't think it's a good idea, and ill tell you why it is.
I'm just done with feeling helpless. We don't have to choose between the lesser of two evils.
