Hristo Gadjev from GERB explained that the museum exhibits have been breached and cannot be used and when a draft for the ratification of an international agreement between the governments of Bulgaria and Ukraine on the provision of armored vehicles is submitted, all the parameters of the international agreement will be seen.

Andrey Chorbanov from "There Is Such a People" asked if the APCs could not be used for heavy-duty vehicles in conditions and situations in which all-terrain vehicles should be used, although he was clear that Bulgaria would send the military aid.

"I propose to equip and mobilize all young Ukrainians in our country. According to the rules of war, they are deserters from the front. We must help defend Ukraine by sending these people to the front," Chorbanov said.

Part of the reasons for the provision of armored transport equipment with the armament available for it, as well as spare parts for its service to Ukraine, are that in the last 25 years, the maintenance and storage of the equipment in question require significant financial costs from the budget. Also, the technique in question would hardly be applicable in the performance of the main tasks of the National Gendarmerie Service. For these reasons, a large part of this equipment has been declared obsolete for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but it can be a serious support to Ukraine.

Bulgaria muốn sớm chấm dứt nhập khẩu dầu thô Nga cho nhà máy lọc dầu Lukoil

Chính phủ Bulgaria đã thảo luận về tác động và các thủ tục của lệnh cấm sớm nhập khẩu dầu thô và các sản phẩm dầu mỏ của Nga trước khi việc miễn trừ hạn chế mua dầu của Moscow cho Sofia kết thúc vào năm tới.

Bulgaria được miễn trừ hai năm khỏi lệnh cấm vận dầu của EU đối với dầu xuất khẩu của Nga cho đến tháng 12 năm 2024. Hiện tại, dầu thô của Nga đang cung cấp cho nhà máy lọc dầu Neftohim của công ty Nga Lukoil với công suất 190.000 thùng/ngày tại khu vực gần cảng Burgas ở Biển Đen.

Hội đồng An ninh của chính phủ đã phân tích những tác động tiềm tàng của việc chấm dứt sớm việc hạn chế nhập khẩu dầu và các sản phẩm dầu mỏ của Nga để xử lý tại nhà máy lọc dầu của Lukoil và các quyết định có thể sẽ được đưa ra trong phiên họp tiếp theo của Hội đồng Bảo an.

Bulgaria and Greece resurrect a dormant Russian oil pipeline project.

Following months of negotiations, Bulgarian Energy Minister Rosen Hristov and his Greek counterpart, Kostas Skrekas, have officially revived the project for an oil pipeline between Burgas, Bulgaria, and Alexandroupolis, Greece.

On Thursday, the two countries agreed to form a working group to investigate the feasibility of implementing the project. Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, who met with his counterpart Katerina Sakellaropoulou, and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis were both in Greece when the agreement was signed.

"The Alexandroupolis-Burgas oil pipeline is strategically important to Bulgaria because it provides an opportunity for true diversification and alternative supplies of non-Russian oil to the refinery in Burgas - the largest in the Balkans," Radev said at a press conference with Mitsotakis.

The oil pipeline would improve "supply security and efficiency by avoiding long waits and the risk of tankers passing through the Black Sea straits," he added.

The pipeline will transport oil to the Russian refinery in Burgas, from which tankers will transport it to the Aegean port. In the long run, it aims to completely replace Russian crude oil imports by sea, especially since Bulgaria's current exemption from the EU embargo on Russian oil expires in 2024.

Bulgaria is also willing to work with Greece on a large-scale project to transport green energy from North Africa and the Middle East to Europe via Greece.

The Russian oil company Lukoil vigorously supported the idea of resuming work on the oil pipeline construction project at the end of last year. According to Lukoil, the project could help replace the Russian oil it currently imports by tanker through the Rosenets port.

Years ago, the project was intended to bring Russian oil to the Aegean via the Bosphorus, but it was halted by a local referendum on ecological grounds. This time, the project is intended to transport oil from the Middle East and other sources to the Bulgarian port city of Burgas on the Black Sea, where the only Bulgarian refinery, owned by Lukoil, is located.

Histoire du West Highland White Terrier ( Westie )

Le West Highland White Terrier est une race assez ancienne, il n'y a donc pas autant d'informations fiables sur son origine et son développement que nous le souhaiterions. Quelques sources écrites du Moyen Âge affirment que les ancêtres des West Highlands d'aujourd'hui chassaient avec succès le petit gibier dès le XIIe siècle. Dans le même temps, les chercheurs modernes sont convaincus que la véritable histoire de cette variété de terriers a commencé au moins plusieurs siècles plus tôt.

La patrie des West Highland White Terriers est considérée comme l'ouest de l'Écosse avec ses crêtes rocheuses et ses paysages de montagne minimalistes (West Highland de l'anglais - western highlands). C'est ici que les petits mais aux poils hirsutes ont révélé leur potentiel de chasse, tirant les loutres des crevasses de pierre et creusant des trous pour chasser le blaireau. Ce qui est intéressant : au début, les West Highland White Terriers avaient une palette de couleurs plus étendue, allant du fauve au bringé. Mais les individus aux poils blancs dans ces temps anciens n'étaient pas cités, car ils étaient considérés comme inutile, alors les propriétaires ont essayé de se débarrasser de tous les chiots blancs de la portée.

La race doit son apparence actuelle à deux éminents Écossais qui ont vécu au tournant des XIXe et XXe siècles - le colonel Edward Malcom et le 8e duc d'Argyll, George Campbell. Les deux messieurs ont abordé la question de l'élevage d'animaux de manière innovante, en commençant à sélectionner et à promouvoir de toutes les manières possibles précisément les chiens aux poils blancs. Eh bien, comme à cette époque le nom du West Highland White Terrier n'était pas encore fixé pour la race, les chiens du colonel étaient surnommées terriers à demi-talloch (d'après le nom du domaine dans lequel ils ont été élevés), et les animaux de compagnie du Duc d'Argyle - terriers rosenet.

Le premier club West Highland White Terrier a été ouvert en Écosse en 1904, et son fondateur était un descendant du même George Campbell. Très vite, ou plutôt trois ans plus tard, le premier élevage démarre son activité, spécialisée dans l'élevage de Westies blancs comme neige. Cependant, ce n'est qu'en 1924 qu'il a été possible de mettre fin à la formation de l'extérieur unique de la race, après que les éleveurs ont été officiellement interdits d'exposer des chiens dans le pedigree desquels d'autres représentants du groupe terrier (Scottish Terrier, Cairn Terrier) ont été notés.

Apparence du Westie

Le Westie est un chien blanc comme neige et compact avec un regard inquisiteur, ressemblant vaguement à un bichon frisé. Grâce à leur apparence mignonne et à leurs dimensions plus que modestes (la taille d'un chien adulte peut atteindre 28 cm, son poids peut atteindre 10 kg), les West Highlands conviennent parfaitement au rôle d'habitant en appartement. En même temps, ils ne sont pas particulièrement fragiles, ce qui signifie que le propriétaire n'a pas à contrôler chaque pas et chaque saut de l'animal.

Tête

Le crâne du Westie est large, légèrement bombé, avec un stop prononcé et des arcades sourcilières proéminentes.

Mâchoires et morsure

Malgré le fait que le West Highland White Terrier est presque un chien miniature, ses mâchoires sont puissantes. Quant à la morsure, il s'agit d'un type complet de représentants de cette race en forme de ciseaux.

Yeux

Les yeux larges et assez enfoncés du West Highland White Terrier sont en forme d'amande et ont une couleur d'iris foncée. Le regard du chien est intelligent, perspicace.

Nez

Le Westie a un gros nez noir, qui ne dépasse presque pas du museau.

Oreilles

Les petites oreilles pointues du West Highland White Terrier ne sont pas trop larges et sont bien droites. La face externe du tissu de l'oreille est recouverte d'une fourrure veloutée, qui n'est jamais cisaillée.

Queue

Il a une queue droite jusqu'à 15 cm de long, qu'il porte presque verticalement.

Pelage

Le pelage du West Highland White Terrier se compose d'un sous-poil dense et poilu et d'un poil extérieur dur pouvant atteindre 5 cm de long.

Couleur

Le West Highland White Terrier est l'une des rares races dont les représentants modernes existent dans une seule couleur - le blanc. Un point important: la couleur du pelage est extrêmement instable et très dépendante de facteurs externes.
