Ugh I can't believe I spent another year making friends and memories and growing as a person instead of making a million dollars and beating every world record while simultaneously solving every problem on the planet that has or will ever exist. Another year wasted.

ok. tell me about ur lil guy that u keep tagging posts for as “fedorafreak”. im so fuckin intrigued and confused
OK so The Fedorafreak (AKA Nathan Patrick) is a tailor by day, PI by night, and paranoid constantly. He is a rogue android created by a private company led by a godlike being that is trying to create a version of humanity that it can control (with very little real success). Nathan spends his days investigating cryptids and being offputting. He has a couple of different iterations that believe different things (which i will put under the cut)
the TNC version (the abbreviations here just stand for writing projects I had with some friends) believes the weirdest, most outlandish cracked conspiracy theories that no reasonable person would think. "The moon landing isn't real, but it is instead claymation", "aliens point fans at the earth during winter to make it cold", etc. just complete weirdness.
TNNE Freak is much less ridiculous, more cautious, much more scared, and. just generally more terrified of everything and everyone. This version isn't as convinced of the supernatural, and is much more likely to try to find "rational explanations" for everything around him... with mixed success. he's like if a chihuahua was an adult man.
Both versions can be kind of silly and tend to see connections that no one else would notice, usually because they don't exist. He's just a strange and kind of fun guy that is so scared. Other cliffnotes that are universally true:
he looks like a muppet
he loves to drink coffee but can't actually metabolize caffeine. he doesn't even like nice coffee. he drinks the cheapest, most burnt trash he can get ahold of just because he likes the taste.
he has very strong opinions on menswear and dresses like a typical detective kind of guy
Anyway all of this to say that he is one of my favorite OCs and obviously points to my own taste in characters I like. You can check out his tag on my sideblog to see more information or pictures of him :)

I always feel really shy & anxious talking about agere so I'm sorry for not really talking on here very much :<
These past 2 months have been so hard for me. I've been really depressed and the worst of it happened right on Halloween so I didn't get to enjoy it or dress up.
I'm not as sad as I was but I'm still healing. I might try and watch some childhood/comfort movies. Maybe some games. I wish there was an easier way of finding old flash games. I miss all the ones we had for nick/noggin

Shout-out to my fellow weirdo makers out there that create thousands of parallel universes that their OCs simultaneously exist in, where they are, at their core, the same character, but each have subtle differences that make it difficult to fully express what is perfectly consistent across all of them.

"An end to woke" is such a fascinating example of doublespeak. And it's just out there. People are taking this with a straight face. What is "woke"? Asking a republican to define it will have them dancing around the issue, until you finally ask, "well, what does that mean, though?" Then they sort of just go quiet and stare at you. It means nothing. It's meaningless. "Woke" for republicans is just "things I don't like". It's such a non-description that allows them to carefully skirt explanations of the fact that they are encouraging the removal of rights for already underprivileged individuals while creating an environment that punishes discussion about this rapid descent into fascism. The right is literally using cult tactics.
