I hope you dont mind me asking this but just out of curiosity where do you download the movies for your screencaps/ icons?

Not all icons are made by me and the screencaps almost never are unless the FC is super rare (i.e. Lily's). Most of the time, I'll look up free-to-use RP icons on Tumblr for the specific actor/film, but when that fails, I just Google screencaps to edit.

ok so I remembered this adorable UK commercial for the Rainbow Brite doll I saw a while back and I thought "that's so Lily in the 80s AU" so I rewatched it and the girl in it might actually be her faceclaim!?

@wrensfeatheredpen and I were talking about a role reversal Corpse Bride AU that makes more sense for the characters than the one that's been floating around lately. So instead of Victor having fallen in love and been killed by a female version of Barkis, what if Victoria was actually the intended bride and Victor was murdered because he stood in Barkis's way? For whatever reason, he and Victoria were separated in the afterlife (maybe she got lost in another part of the underworld?) so when a living Emily accidentally proposes to him, he is expecting her and once he sees that it isn't her, he's bummed, but more understanding of the situation than she was.

So the story now revolves around Emily helping him find Victoria so they can both move on together and figuring out who the people she really loves are (cause spoiler alert, Barkis was the man she thought she loved and was going to marry) along the way + learning to let them go and find happiness in her own way
