Hallo hallo-! Ngl i got giddy when i noticed that you do tales from the smp stories!
Can I ask a smol Headcanon with Sheriff Sherman Thompson (my beloved-) who just really wants to retire and spend the rest of his days with his s/o (just fluff cuz i oddly find him adorable for some reason lol ^^;;)
And if you can maybe his s/o interacting with the others?
Also idk if you do the anon things but imma be π» anon cuz i really like your work so far and I think imma stick around! ^^

The minute Sherman retired, not only was he glad happy to leave his job after taking care of the bandits for good, he was also very excited to see you.
He was literally a week away from retirement so leave him alone cause he was getting pretty impatient to see you again.
He loves you very much and it worth the retirement cause he would be able to spend more time with you.
He was very happy when the minute he got home, he got hugged by you cause this man missed you a lot more than you think.
"I very happy to see you." You said as Sherman smiled.
"Me too Y/N/N (Your nickname), me too." He said.
You knew that he took his job as a sheriff very seriously and you supported him all the way.
He would always write you letters and you were pretty worried as to why he didn't recently and when you saw the reason you were very happy considering he came home.
While you're cooking dinner for the both of you, he would come up and help you after giving you a small kiss on the side of your forehead.
He told you about the events that took place not too long ago at the town he worked as sheriff in and you were practically shocked but glad that the bandits were taken care of for good.
Though you basically comforted him when you saw him sad over John's death which happened during the standoff.
Sherman is pretty protective of you and you know it very well and you have told him multiple times that you can take care of yourself but he's just worried.
He basically shows how much he loves you by helping you around the house considering his love language is acts of service.
He would mostly give you small kisses on the side of your forehead to show affection this way as well.
He's a simple guy and whatever he gives you as a gift, you love it even if you didn't ask for it.
When it comes to having pets around the house, you two have a German Shepherd as a dog which Sherman brought over last year and his name is d/N (Dog's name).
He just loves you too much to even think about losing you cause that's what he fears the most.
Both of you would go on evening strolls around the place you both live in and it's one of your favorite things to do together.
Lastly, he just loves seeing you happy and smiling cause it makes him happy to know you're happy.
