Played with some free AI art programs, and was pleasantly surprised.
Yes, I could draw it myself, but as I am deeply lazy, that doesn't happen often.
In classic INTP form, I have therefore instead found a way to talk a computer into doing to for me.
A sample:

Wanna morph him into a realistic looking demon instead of an otome/anime design? Done.
Ai isn't perfect, and drawing it yourself is much better and less prone to error. There are some pretty severe limitations to ai artwork. But if you want something quick and dirty, it's not bad!
I actually saved a few other ai drawings to use as references for my own traditional artwork. I've been learning watercolor, and seeing how it did the skin and hair on a few gave me some ideas. Plus I bought some inktense pencils I need to try out, and it might help me there too.
As reference material, AI is great, if you think of it as a stock photo. Then you can fix all the shit that doesn't make sense when you redraw it.

Children avert your eyes, or you’ll see thighs. Posting this little doodle of my other favourite ship which I finished the other day and think is adorable. If anyone wants me to explain why I ship this I will do so to them at length; I wrote a 45k fic about them getting together and never finished it because I’m the worst but dammit my feelings are valid.
Credit to spectr00m for her awesome pose references that I’d be useless without, and as always the SLBP artists I wish I could name who I shamefully steal from every day.

Did a kinda speedy edit of Yasunaga (Hanzo’s dad). Not fully customised like my usual cheebs, he’s mostly just Hanzo with some additional parts cobbled together from various other cheebs (the coat is from Goemon)
I just had to repaint the hair a little bit and tweak his face. I’ll probably redo this in the future with a full-custom one like my usual custom cheebs.
Bonus: Hanzo and Hanzo :V

We have another case of the banner text being changed for the English version. The reason here is because the original battle event was a New Year event, so the papers they were holding were originally New Year Resolutions (similar to the previous New Year themed battles).
However, we’re running this event NOT during New Year in SLBP, so it all just turned into cat-themed dialogue.
“Change my name to Touda Nobunaga”
(糖 Tou is sugar, e.g konpeiTOU)
“A cat for each day”
“Become advanced in romance”
(lit. “Senior in romance”. Senior as in “higher rank/higher level”)
“Best seller”
“Make greetings with a smile”

(lit. just says “moderately tidy”)

(lit. “Gonna howl this year”. There’s an old idiom that “When the tiger howl, wind will rise”, i.e successful. I don’t know if this is a pop culture reference or anything, but there were people going around saying “I will howl this year” on the Year of the Tiger)
