1. How do they fall asleep? Wake up? Any rituals?

It actually doesn't take much for Rin to fall asleep; give him a soft pillow and warm comforter set, and he's out like a light, but man, does it take forever to wake him up. Neither does it take much for Shiemi to fall asleep, though it's much easier for her to wake up, especially since she owned/owns a garden; you have to be an early riser in order to tend to one.

In a domestic/cohabiting relationship, there'd be lots of cuddling. Rin sometimes likes to put on a bit of a light show with his flames for Shiemi, showcasing his (lack of) talent when it comes to forming shapes/things, but really, it's because his flames are warm and he knows it's the quickest way for Shiemi to snuggle closer to him. I feel like Shiemi takes up reading as a hobby, especially before bed. Sometimes, she'll read aloud if Rin asks her what she's reading, but then he winds up falling asleep to the sound of her voice. When she reads to herself, she also likes to trace soft circles into his hair/scalp, which also puts him to sleep instantly. But then, there are times where she'd get really immersed in whatever it is she's reading up into the wee hours of the morning until Kuro finally takes it upon himself to jump on her lap to get her to finally go to sleep. And even still, she's overcome with a buzz to keep going, but then she winds up watching Rin's sleeping face, his half-opened eyes and the tiny trail of drool dribbling down the corner of his mouth, and eventually falls asleep (but not without laughing at him).

Shiemi almost always wakes up before Rin because he sleeps like a log, so the task of getting him to wake up falls to her. Sometimes, she shakes him awake; sometimes, she softly calls his name softly between peppering his face with kisses (she realizes that he likes this method the most even if it's not the most successful); and sometimes, she leaves the task to Kuro, who either shapeshifts on top of him, sits on his face, or pushes him onto the floor. Smelling salts work too, lol, but it's not something Shiemi does often.

18. What are their dates like? How long do/did they date? Do they ever feel the need to take a break from each other?

Their dates, at first, are awkward, because while they've been friends for so long, dating is something neither of them are familiar with and trying to navigate what that means for both of them comes with a challenge. Heck, Rin never thought in a million years that Shiemi would ever return his feelings, so he's still reeling from that. I feel like Shiemi would not only consult Izumo and Paku - because she's the only one with any dating experience, besides Shima, but no one's asking him anything, much to his dismay - but she'd put her shoujo manga to good use, as well as any dating magazines/books that Izumo would recommend.

They definitely make do on their date at the amusement park like they promised. It's like, the first date they ever have and it's also the one that sets the stage/tone for their relationship, because not only is it super awkward because they feel like there's a rulebook they must follow, especially Shiemi, but their friends end up crashing their date; however, it's thanks to that that the tension dissipates and they realize that they don't have to try so hard; that they should just be themselves and whatever tricky bits they encounter, they'll deal with it accordingly. They'd have study and at-home dates at each others' residences, and missions where they're partners would wound up as dates. Like, so long as they're together and having fun, that's a date to them, but they'd also go out for fun too, like to the park or out to eat (which isn't often because Rin is poor af thanks to Mephy). They definitely take advantage of their out-of-town missions, because then they'd go sightseeing, food sampling, etc.

Their relationship is ever-lasting. I mean, it's my hope that Shiemi lives as long as Rin does, given that he's a half-demon and he'll outlive all of his friends, including his brother (I really hope that's not the case), so yeah. I don't think they ever feel the need to take a break, because they were friends with their own lives prior to dating each other. They'll still do their own thing despite this because Rin and Shiemi respect the hell out of each other and their boundaries.

29. How do they handle disasters or emergencies? Minor injuries? Sickness?

They're opposites when it comes to this. Shiemi is a doctor and tamer. Disaster preparedness is her shtick, so she handles this kind of thing with relative ease. She's collected, if not a little emotional, but for the most part, she's got her bearings together. It's Rin, Mr. I Like to Use My Body as a Punching Bag and Action Now, Consequences Later that makes everything difficult.

Rin's body doesn't sustain injuries. He heals well within a hour or two, depending on the type of injury, but Shiemi insists - is downright forceful actually - on applying first aid, not just because it's her job as a doctor/healer to heal, but because she doesn't like to see Rin get hurt. He tells her that she doesn't need to do it, but Shiemi's not having any of it, and Rin can appreciate the sentiment, because even though he knows he'll never keep a scar or bruise, the thought the Shiemi would go out of her way to take care of him means a lot to him. He even likes to keep the bandaid/gauze on too, as a reminder of this. (Shipping aside, I feel like Rin feels this way about Yukio too). Shiemi has callouses for days, literal farmer hands, and she's handles her own injuries like a champ. Rin, of course, panics when she gets hurt, and he doesn't like the idea of her being in danger, but he also knows that Shiemi is perfectly capable of taking care of herself.

As for sickness, again, Rin doesn't get sick, but if he did, Rin would frickin' hate it, lmao. Like, on one hand, Shiemi taking care of him? 👌🏽 But, Shiemi's cooking? Yeah, no, thank the high heavens he doesn't have to suffer through another helping of grass and herbs. Rin dotes on Shiemi whenever she gets sick, not that she's a fan of being coddled, but the meals that come with being sick are to die for and having him take care of her warms her heart. Rin has experience taking care of sick people, because Yukio used to get sick a lot, so this would definitely transfer over to Shiemi.

33. What kind presents do they get each other? Do they only do it on special occasions?

Shiemi would put a lot of thought into gifts for Rin, not that he wouldn't, but like, Shiemi freaking loves this kind of thing. She gives him flowers - and I'm gonna headcanon that she knows the language of flowers, so it's extra special - and at one point, she even makes him one of her homemade hair accessories to help him clip his bangs back. She gives him bags of her special tea blends, and herbs and seeds to use in his recipes too. Rin knows that Shiemi really loves his cooking, so he'd make her a really good meal, especially with the ingredients she gives him as a thank you. Rin would buy her hair accessories and ornaments, little knickknacks and handicrafts because he knows she's super into that stuff. It's not relegated to special occasions, but sometimes just because they were thinking about each other while looking at something that reminded them of one another.

36. What's their greatest strength as a couple? Their weakness?

God, there's much to choose from: the fact that they confide in each other their insecurities; that they're a source of comfort for one another; that they're so protective and attentive of each other; or that they're such a deep source of encouragement and inspiration for one another. I really feel like all of that is tied together, because within each of those instances, they were doing all of those things! Argh! Grace, why would you ask me this hard ass question?! 🤣

Okay, so I'll go with how protective/attentive they are of each other as their greatest strength, and the fact that they still keep secrets from each other as their weakness. The fact that they pay so much attention to one another means that they know what makes the other tick; they know precisely what to say, what to ask and do that'll prick each other's consciousness to be a better them (which, again, is tied to how they're a huge source of encouragement for each other), like how Rin thought of Shiemi when controlling his flames in Kyoto against the Impure King or just the fact that Rin literally broke Shiemi out of her self-contained prison to pursue exorcism for herself. I'll go on forever if I talk about this, but they're such good friends to each other!

As for their weakness, I think they have of habit of trying to tackle issues on their own instead of learning how to rely on each other fully. They keep secrets from each other to their detriment. Like, Rin has had so many close calls with Demon!Rin because he doesn't want to accept and face his insecurites, and I can't quite shake the feeling that Shiemi's going to be in a world of trouble with "The Beautiful People" cult that could possibly be avoided had she told someone where she was going and what was happening. I mean, I know she was sworn to secrecy, but at the same time, it reminds me of what happened in the beginning of the manga, where Rin had to keep the fact that he was the Son of Satan a secret, and how it blew up into an awful mess because he didn't tell anyone. I feel like Shiemi will experience something similar had she confided in someone about it too.

Where are you located at this moment? In my bed. What if you found out your ex was having a child with someone else? Which of your friends do your parents get along best with? I guess Girt, since he's known my mom the longest of the friends I still have. I don't know about Dad; he barely knows any of my friends seeing as I don't live with him and see him rarely. Is there anyone in your friendship group that your parents don't like? There are two that very strongly stand out: the first one was in middle school, and the second sometime last year. I was put on an antidepressant that made me absolutely love life in the morning, like I would practically prance through school, but come afternoon, I was a fucking demon. Mom took me off that shit so fast. Most recently, my birth control was changed to have more estrogen for some reason I can't recall (maybe it had to do with mood?? idk), and it made me... I'm just gonna say I was a ~mess~. I slammed on breaks with it so fuckin fast. Safe to say I returned to my normal pill. Has your house or where you stayed ever flooded? My childhood home came very close during Hurricane Floyd. Thankfully the water never got actually inside the house, but it was an absolute lake outside. What was the last event or special occasion you participated in? My niece's birthday was actually a couple days ago, so we celebrated at my sister's house. Not really, no. At least, my two immediate sisters. I absolutely hate shaving my legs and pretty much only do if anyone else whose opinion would affect me may see them. What would be the best surprise you could receive right now? Uhhh I guess all the "upgrades" I want to make to Venus' enclosure: a 40g tank and a nice, accurate hygrometer and thermometer, as well as the proper kind of lamp for her. I feel like such a "bad snake mom" still having her in her current terrarium because, while it's perfectly liveable and not dangerous, it's too small for her. It's pretty much always on my mind to some degree nowadays, so just like, dropping the terrarium and extra tools off would be a massive weight off my shoulders. Did you ever skip a grade or get held back a grade? No, but I was able to skip the intro Writing course the last time I was in college; I just started in Writing II. Who took your profile pic? Usually once, sometimes not at all anymore. I guess my bladder actually grew a pair. Mom does help me do a full clean of Venus' cage sometimes, though, because I don't trust myself to both keep her around my neck while I scrub the tank, hide, bowl, etc., with a cat that is my absolute shadow. I don't want to be bent over the tub and Roman tries to do something; he's shown very little interest in Venus, but still, I'm one hell of a paranoid snake mom that doesn't want to risk her life. Full cleans only happen like twice a year, so I don't mind too much asking my mother for some help. I should point out that Mom doesn't want to hold her, so we can't reverse roles. Do you have anything hanging from your ceiling apart from lights? Not anymore, no. At my old house and the one before, I had lots of Pyramid Head gift tags hanging, but our landlord doesn't want me to do that here. Would you describe yourself as neat, messy or somewhere in-between? I'm in-between. If you have pets, when was the last time one of them needed to go the vets? Venus had to go to the vet about a year into me having her because she was showing symptoms of an RI in strange breathing episodes, which can be fatal to a snake. Thank God, nature, whatever, that she didn't. There were warning signs, but closer watch over her humidity saved her. Roman, meanwhile, was taken to the vet like a year ago to be neutered. I'm still tilted they got rid of the fiesta potatoes, because I adored those. Where do you have cutting scars (if you have any)? I only ever had them on my wrist, but you can't see them anymore. Gonna do a before and after of one of the first surveys I took when I was FOURTEEN. Fucking wild that I’ve been doing this for nearly a decade. Kinda my way of celebrating the fact that I’ve just been reunited with my old blog, which Tumblr has apparently changed the URL of. Baffled by the move but still stoked, and @a-zebra-is-a-striped-horse is absolutely the coolest person for being able to find it haha. Let’s gooooo 1. Are you registered to vote? No. I still have 3 years to go. < That’s so precious. I’ve been a voter for four years now. I registered the second I turned 18 and I remember being very excited to make it to the presidential elections because only a handful of people from my high school batch were 18 by the time of the elections. 2. When days go by, do you cross them off on the calendar? Only when I’m counting down for something. < This still sounds like something I would do, but I don’t really get to anymore because I have digital calendars on my phone and laptop now. 3. Are you currently counting down to something? If so, what? Summer vacation! 4 days left! < Again, so cute. There’s no countdown that exists because I honestly don’t know when it will be okay enough to go out like normal again, but I am waiting for Covid to go away or at least for a vaccine to be available.

No #4? 5. Ever got injured at work? What happened? Nope. < I sprained my ankle at one of the parking lots in school, while walking to my car. Worst thing was it happened in front of an ongoing rally, and I heard their chants slightly falter when they saw me fall. I tried to play it cool, but my foot clearly felt fucked and someone had to hold my arm as I hopped to my car.

6. What color is your roof? Brown. < Stop pretending like you have a roof, Robyn. The house has always had a rooftop.

7. Do you use MySpace or Facebook more? Neither. < I was still far too young when MySpace peaked so I never did get to participate in its glory days. I definitely use Facebook a lot more, then and now. 8. Last time you sharpened a pencil? When I took a diagnostic test last Monday. < Sometime in 2019 when I was still heavily into coloring and I bought several coloring books and a pack of coloring pencils. I loved coloring and wish I kept it up, but it was just a bit of a hassle for me to sharpen every ten minutes or so. 9. List all the people in your phone under T: Zero, zilch, nada. No phone. < A high school batchmade named Dani, a college colleague named Kate, and a couple of aunts and uncles whose contacts start with Tito and Tita. 10. How old were you when you got into text messaging? I once had a super obsessive text problem when I was 11, I think? < That would be the first time I got hooked with texting, but I got my first phone when I was 7 and was already texting by then. Mostly my parents and grandpa, but still. 11. Do you pay rent to your parents? No. < No. They’ve already told me they won’t pressure me to do so either, but out of gratefulness for taking care of me for 20+ years I have absolutely no problems covering some of the bills when the time comes. 12. What do you think of Obama’s new healthcare bill? I don’t know a lot about it. < Honestly, still same. That’s another country’s politics altogether and we have enough issues in our own nation as it is. I do pay attention to US issues that are more universal like LGBT issues, police brutality against black people, Trump as a person...but not the more in-depth ones like healthcare or student debt. 13. How many icons are on your desktop? 34. < Exactly half of that. 14. Do you spit or swallow? Get outta here!!! < Still can’t relate. 15. Ever wrote something on a bathroom wall? Nope. < Eugh no, public bathrooms are so nasty. I don’t usually touch anything in them other than the faucet. I’ve written on other things though, like the desks in school. 16. What’s your definition of a slut? Uh. < Someone who often has casual sex with a lot of people, is how I understand it. 17. If you use the word “slut”, do you apply it to men who do the same thing as what you listed above? Nah. < I don’t really use the word. 18. Do you dye eggs for Easter? I did once, in a children’s party. < Yeah, just that one time at my second cousins’ place when they were in the mood to paint on eggs and invited me and my siblings. 19. What did you do on the first day of spring? Never experienced spring. < We don’t have spring. 23. Are you currently crushing on anyone? No. < Yes. 24. What color hair did the last person you kissed have? NKSB. < LOOOOOOOOOL I spent like two minutes puzzling over this like who tf is NKSB??? Eventually realized this just meant ‘Never Kissed Since Birth’ oh my god 14 year old Robyn you were SO uncool. Anyway, her hair is black. 25. Do you stand up to say the pledge in school? We don’t have a school pledge, but we do recite our country’s pledge and yes, we stand up every time we say it. < Not anymore in university. Everyone just kinda does their own thing in college and we’re never gathered as one student body for anything, except for graduation. 26. Do you like your eye color? God no. It’s so boring. < I mean yeah it is a bit boring, but we kinda have no choice. Unless you go to West Asia which is nearing Europe as it is, nearly all Asians have brown eyes and black hair. 27. What brand of orange juice did you last drink? Zesto. < That’s the only brand of orange juice I’m okay with drinking, even eight years later. 28. Pens or pencils? Pens. < Still feel the same. 29. Last skirt you wore and why? My school skirt, because I have to go to school. < Omfg again, this is so precious. The last one I wore was my denim skirt, but it’s also been a while since I wore that because one of its buttons has since popped out and I never got around to having it fixed, leaving me with no skirts. 30. Chrono Cross Part 1 - NPCs living their lives

The music is so nostalgic~~ Anyway, I love how both Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross kinda start off the game with the MC or someone opening the blinds in their room, it really gives that feel of it’s the start of an adventure!! Okay, it’s so cute how both Crono and Serge’s houses have a mum and a cat lmao, is this the classic MC house? Lol. Omgg I remember the fisherman guy and his gigantic fish, I always thought he was right to be so proud of catching it, I mean it’s literally the size of a house lmaoo. Anyway, did that fish…always wiggle and move?! That’s so scary LOL. It’s pretty interesting how they implement the Record of Fate/save point in the world, like it’s actually a thing in the world and not just something the player uses to save. It sounds kinda scary when the guy says it like that though, like if you forget to record it all down, you’ll lose your past, that’s… frightening. But the thing the girl says is pretty scary too! Like apparently it’s supposed to tell you what to do next, and if the Record of Fate doesn’t do that or you can’t hear anything, it means you have no future! That’s deep and scary! I find it hilarious how she tells you to deal with it by just sleeping though, since you can’t change your fate lol. It’s kinda interesting how the guy outside didn’t go fishing today because the Record of Fate told him not to go, I guess in a way, it’s kinda like a fortune telling thing too? There’s a Toma the Explorer here too?! How the world has changed though! From the great explorer that found the Rainbow Shell to the 14th generation of Toma who is outside gardening for living expenses haha! Lmao at Radius teaching the basics of battle, why did he kill me with Aquaball, revive me and then kill me again?! Hahaha. LMAOO at the grandpa admiring Miki the dancer’s poster even though he’s never seen her dance, he just wants to see her boobs jiggle HAHAHA, I loved it when he said don’t tell grandma lmao. Omg I remember the waitress girl that wants to be a poet! Lmao when she keeps calling the place a run down shack and the chef says she’s fired hahahah. Ooh dang, the poor boy is right that he needed my Komodo scale to make an accessory for Kiki because she might like Lolo instead, like dang Kiki is super happy that Lolo said he’s going to get scales for her, the boy better up his game! I’ll always remember the fisherman who gives you the Shark Tooth he got 10 years ago when he decided to succeed his father and become a fisherman instead of chasing after other aspirations he had, mainly because the him in Another World was quite different to say the least haha. I always love how easy it is to get Poshul to join the party, you literally just give her a bone and she’s like let’s go! Hahaha. LMAO at the barrel who gets annoyed at you constantly wanting an answer and gives you an uplift element hahahaha. Gotta love how passionate Leena is about the Komodo Dragon scale necklace hahaha, it is Serge’s fault for waking up late though, so he should get them for her now since she’s stuck with babysitting kids.

Gotta love how the monster’s name is literally Beach Bum hahahah. Also, I remember chasing that Komodo Dragon!! It used to be so annoying hahaha. Leena is really a sentimental girl huh? I like it though haha. Too bad Serge just disappears into Another World and can’t come back for a while. Lmaooo, did Poshul just ask if Leena spontaneously combusted?! HAHAHA. I nearly died. I don’t remember that line at all! That was hilarious. Anyway, I love how in Another World, the Komodo Dragon jumps you instead of you jumping on it in the Home World lmao, it’s such a cute detail. I find it hilarious how in the cafe, now it’s the grandma staring at the hunk Nikki hahaha. I always found the poem girl interesting, mainly because they both feel like they’re stuck in a random small village not able to really venture the world with the poems they really love, but they possess a really different attitude towards it. In the Home World, even though she’s just a waitress in the cafe, she still holds hope in writing poems and still has the drive and the dream to continue it, whereas here, she gave up on them a long time ago and doesn’t even want to mention it, she’s literally given up on her dreams and doesn’t think it’s realistic. Which may be true, but the way she’s doing it is really just avoiding what she really wants to do, which is saddening. I don’t think I realised but the guy who prays to Mojo instead of becoming a fisherman was actually a friend of Serge’s father! And it was because of what happened 10 years ago where Serge “drowned” that he ended up changing and praying to Mojo instead of becoming a fisherman. I find it saddening though, because you can see how happy the family was in the Home World where they happily talked about their daily life, whereas here, the mother and the wife etc all just talk about how the dad keeps just praying to Mojo and refuses to do anything else in his life, he doesn’t even spend time with Kiki. I always love the Komodo Dragon in “Serge’s Room” that rips you off 100G for resting there lmao. He doesn’t tell you beforehand!! He just let’s you rest and then goes pay up lmaoo. Btw, I really love how even though Chrono Cross has the same “silent protagonist” thing going on, he’s less “bland” than Crono because you can actually assume what he says from the NPC reactions in the dialogue, like they’ll kinda repeat what Serge asked to kinda gather what Serge says without you knowing. So he has more personality than Crono haha. It also helps that Serge has more dialogue choices. It’s pretty interesting how much the people rely on the Record of Fate. The girl in the front of the line at the chief’s house in Arni explains it really well, the Record of Fate tells her what decisions she should make, so there’s no anxiety or fear about what to do. It’s kinda interesting yet crazy that this thing is basically relied upon for their whole lives, it’s also kinda scary to think that if they don’t record things down, they’ll essentially like disappear from this world with no records of themselves. It’s kinda saddening that Radius isn’t the chief here, but aside from being stingy, Gonji doesn’t seem too bad?

Omggg Peppor is so slack! He literally kicked Poshul off the cliff!! I forgot who told Karsh and them that Serge will appear here, but I assume it’s Lynx? Anyway, I always love Kid’s first appearance, she’s so cool haha. I always feel bad rejecting Kid’s company here since she obviously really wants to travel together, but Leena!! Haha. It’s nice that even though this isn’t the same Leena he grew up and spent most of his life with, she still feels a certain connection to him.. It’s really sweet how Kid tells Serge to find a place to rest up since it’s getting dark and dangerous to stay out even though he just rejected her company. Lmaoo at Poshul coming back by herself hahaha. Mojo jumping down and saying he’ll join Serge and them is so random, at least the guy got it right that it’s some sort of agent of love and courage lmao. It’s just…maybe it might seem like he wasted 10 years, but his family have waited for him these 10 years to turn around and face his life, so I’m sure it’s not too late, he can still be a proper father, husband and son! I always found Skelly to be a really interesting character. Mainly because he’s a character you literally have to piece back together by finding his body parts around the world lol. I still remember his story though, I found it really saddening yet sweet. I find it hilarious that he was howling this whole time trying to find someone “dead” like Serge to help him. I love the newbie soldier that warns you to not go down and get the Big Egg because the Dodo is gonna kill them, I found it so wholesome how he was so worried about Serge’s safety and asked if he was really okay haha. I kinda feel bad for stealing the egg but the egg isn’t really the Dodo’s anyway haha. Anyway, I love how silly Solt and Peppor are, they’re such a highlight. Their theme soundtrack is so funky and jumpy, I always loved hearing it, so iconic haha.

Termina is such a great town with such a good song! Like it really reflects the upbeat and cool town it is. Omg I totally get that lady doing her laundry, it’s like, sunny weather is great, but sometimes you need rain too, it’s hard hahaha. Lmao at Lisa’s (Leena’s friend) father I assume who likes to gather mushrooms, I love how when he finds a secret path to get into the Viper Manor, he automatically assumes it’s because Master Viper likes to gather mushrooms too hahahah, yes, he’s a good lord just because of that lol. Van’s father’s story is pretty terrible. Van laments and wonders whether his father really used to be an artist back in the day considering how he’s so obsessed with money now, but really, maybe if he listened to the maid, he might understand his father better. His father is still bad for neglecting the kid and stuff, but honestly it’s understandable. When he was an artist, he was poor, so when his wife got sick, he couldn’t do anything but watch her pass away, powerless to helping her, so now he earns money to make sure that his son can stay healthy and be taken care of if anything happens. I just hope he spends more time with Van, promises are important to keep. LMAO when you do the fortune telling and it’s all serious and stuff when it comes to the future of Serge and Kid, but when you choose Leena, the fortune teller just says that she won’t get a boyfriend for a long time hahahahaha, that’s so slack. Despite how cool Termina seems though, racism is definitely rampant against demi-humans, whether it be the way people treat demi-human workers or how that guy has a freaking live mermaid in an ice cube, like what?! I always find it so funny how you can take Greco’s weights and it makes you run around really slowly because it’s heavy hahaha, it’s so random and silly. And the new Glenn! He’s not as cool as Frog but I always liked the Glenn in this game because he was such a kind and gentle soul. He lived in Dario’s (his dead but capable brother) shadow but he’s good for his own merits imo. I guess in a way, it parallels the story of Frog and Cyrus but instead of Glenn being truly as capable as Frog, I think Glenn instead found his own strengths as a person, and it also intertwines with Riddel’s story. I like Riddel~

Honestly, I like Nikki and want to get him, but his path is boring compared to Guile’s so I always end up climbing the cliff with Guile haha. And don’t even talk about Pierre’s route into Viper Manor loll, it’s so anticlimactic, it’s boring lol. To be fair though, I really enjoy the different variety because I have actually played the game three different times to see the different paths haha. I have to admit though, I love how the great idea the guards have to protect the manor from intruders is to constantly throw rocks down at them LOL, like where does all this energy come from?! Hahaha. Omgg that dragon feeding game, I am so bad at it lol, I had to get my bro to help me do anything more than 10 times hahahaha. I feel like if you suck at it (like me), the 40 times one is the most worth doing because it gives you RecoverAll which is really good! Lmao at falling through the trap hole, I remember that~ So silly of the guards to just open up the cage because Kid taunted them hahaha. I remember Orcha!! I love how he’s chopping carrots(?) and they’re just flying everywhere lol! It’s saddening that the evil guys did something to him though. I find it so funny yet silly that Glenn can’t remember the password to get through the main door and needs to write it down on the wall lol! Thanks for the tip hahaha. The Boxer Brothers aka the big and small mimic duo are so cute! I keep hitting the wrong one and don’t get any items though😭 OMG hahaha, I love how the password to get through one of the doors is “silence” because, dang, my indecisiveness helped me get through LOL. I couldn’t decide which one sounded less stupid of an answer and right when I was like whatever, the guard says staying silent was correct hahahah. LMAO at the treasure chest in Karsh’s room. Initially, he tells you that you can’t open it, but when you keep trying to open it, his dialogue changes and he counts how many times you keep trying, and when you do it for the 20th time, he gives up and just let’s you have the accessory inside the chest hahahaha. It was so cool. Too bad for Zoah’s chest, you can’t get it until he joins you haha. Marcy is a crazy girl as usual haha, she deals so much damage!! I know she’s the highest ranking dragoon (apparently) among the three since Dario is dead now, but dang. As for what the prophet said, it’s not anything I’m not aware of since he’s really just telling him that there was a 50/50 chance for Serge to continue existing 10 years ago and the two worlds kinda reflect how he survived in one and died in the other, but now what he exists in this world where he has died, there might be something more to it? I always found it really evil of Lynx to throw that dagger at Kid (who was holding Riddel hostage so that everyone could escape), it was pretty dirty. It’s kinda weird to hear Lynx call Serge the Chrono Trigger now haha.

For now, I’m really enjoying my replay! It’s honestly been so long~ The music is as beautiful as I remember, and even though the graphics can be rather jarring with the crappy quality it shows up as on the TV, it’s still all right haha. It gave me a headache before but I think I’m getting more used to it now haha. Gameplay has never been something I cared about too much, but I honestly find the Chrono Cross battles so nostalgic. However, the highlight of the game for me is still the NPC dialogues, they’re just so full of life and vibrancy! Like, I can actually feel that they are living their own lives in their own way, and maybe it’s not always the “correct” way of life, but it is their life. Whether it be the grandpa looking at Miki’s poster or the poem girl, a lot of the NPCs are ones I’ve remembered for years and years because they made some sort of impression on me and I think that’s what makes me love Chrono Cross so much.

EPISODE 10: I’m aligned with idiots - Ruthie

A little switcherooooo haha I wanted Seamus gone so badly. He was truly insufferable to talk to most of the time. Not because I don’t like him, but because he would constantly ask for info without supplying anything back. You learn valuable information in this game by strategically giving information. I feel like he just needed to be more upfront and I would have trusted him more. Instead he ended up looking slipperier than a wet lasagna noodle. So I love that Asya and Dane are building these targets on their back by using idols and stuff. I honestly see myself getting better than 7th (hopefully). I have been somewhat sliding under the radar but still being involved in these bigger moves without getting much blood on my hands. I think that as long as Asya and Dane continue to have this OTTN3, CPN kinds of displays, I can sit back, enjoy the show, and have clean hands for FTC. The thing that scares me though is that I will not have the direct moves that Asya made. But honestly my UTR game is something I’m working on and something I would reward with the win as a Jury member.

i was so happy to meet seamus because i knew amanda already and liked her but i didn't know seamus and it was nice and new i love meeting new friends. i think he's FUNNY. COOL. NICE. LMFAO. and i thought seamus and i would be F3 like tight tight best allies. but every hoe coming out being like "love seamus, my best ally, i was so close to him" like bitch me too the fuck!!! little crackhead !!!!!!!! who was ur real f2??? what's this i hear about an alliance with anabel and dane???? still love him.

i miss amanda ugh we would be calling and stressing about votes and it's thursday night right now and i have friday saturday sunday off work and we could've called and had fun times and be rats. the game got interesting when we merged and then she died like i hate my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and seamus too ugh and they're both gone. and now all i do is talk to sweet john and get high hehe. i hate that i'm also on the opposite schedule of rtp and ruthie i'd like to get to know them more.

As much as I miss my daily memes from Seamus... I'm not too sad that he's gone. If I made it to the final three with him he would have won HANDS DOWN. he was playing hard and I respect that but I need to keep on keeping on! I'm now in an alliance that Seamus made with the Ryans and Linus. I trust them all to and all but I trust John more than ANYONE else in this game. I'm playing around with the idea of telling him I'm in an alliance. I also kind of want to tell Dan but I'm scared then word would get back to Asya and Dane. I just really want to keep playing both sides and see what happens! When I get caught I'll just deal with it, lol. I'm pretty sure Linus and Lachie also playing two sides.

My big mouth just told Dan about the alliance I have with RTP, Ryan and Linus that Seamus made. WHY DO I TELL EVERYONE EVERYTHING?? I am so bad at this LOL. I trust Dan but he's no fool, I know it is going to get back to Asya and Dane and then my alliance is going to disown me; Interesting though, he told me that he heard Lachie's name and I really thought that Lachie was with Dan, Asya and Dane. Part of me keeps wondering if I should have voted Ryan out that first merged tribal, I am so crackedt right now. I feel like the rat that is scampering off from group to group and I just have this feeling that my time is going to be up tonight. I don't know who to trust and who not to trust at this point. I talk to Dan and John the most and I do talk to Linus a good bit but like... I'm just in constant conflicted mode. I do like the idea of Dan and I working together if he is with Asya and Dane and I stay with the others. We could secretly feed each other information or something but hopefully I didn't just ruin my entire game.

I think??? I should be safe. Dan told me that he ALSO is in an alliance with Dane, Asya and Pippa which Pippa being aligned with them REALLY surprised me. I thought she was just doing her own thing and living her best life but it really makes a lot of sense. I think that we will eventually pull John in and make an alliance with just the three of us. Also I'm thinking that Lachie is going to go which would be the BEST case scenario for both Dan and myself and maybe starting next week we can start kicking members off of each alliance that isn't myself or Dan. I don't want to get cocky but I feel like I'm in a really good position right now and that Dan is officially my ride or die in this game.

This vote seemed too easy???? Like it landed on Lachie and I’ve heard nothing else? I’m just like nervy. I opened up to Ruthie today about my position in the game. She and I compared notes..... and alliances. We figured out we were kind of on either side of the game. We promised to keep the info we told each other under wraps, which I intend to do. Ruthie is a likable person and down the line a sleeper threat to win, I just want options. She seems to be willing to cough up some info from time to time so we’ll see where this leads. I’m just paranoid bc I feel like it could very well be me this round? Idk. I also don’t really care lmao

ok so i cant make a video bc jacob is here but heres the rundown lost immunity, ryan m won who do i want gone the most? rtp fuck that man. however, lachie didn't even submit for the challenge so people are like ok lets just do him which like?? fine?? i guess?? fuck lachie too cause he's another traitorous ass bitch, but i'm not scared of him. i can kill him later. so when i hear john wants him to stay and for a royal to leave, suddenly he and i are best buddies again. he wanted pippa but like i just spent the last round telling pippa i would fight for her and so thats what i did! i told john that we needed pippa and that i could make her vote rtp, so now, what i'm being told is that myself, dane, dan, pippa, lachie and john are voting rtp. only guess what? the others aren't voting lachie anymore. no prizes for guessing who these bitches flipped onto (: anyways now that lachie isn't in danger it's very likely that he would flip on me, making it 5-5 instead of 6-4. in a tie, these bitches will absolutely flip on me. like i just know it. maybe i'd have dane and dan but thats it. and that pisses me off. i feel like i've been working my ass off and to have it end here is like... mentally i know it's good for me bc this game drives me crazy but like. i fucking deserve to get farther than people who don't even play the game. i just do. i owe that to myself. anyways. dane thinks he can get linus on board as well. i tried patching things up w linus and he left me on read so like i don't see why he wouldn't vote me. not hopeful there. if i'm voted out let it be known that i remain the baddest bitch in this game and i will be an incredible demon at ftc. thank u and goodnight. ps stream jackboot jump

My alliance hoping for rocks? I'm aligned with idiots. I've told Dan EVERYTHING I've been hearing all day and I really hope it doesn't all come back to bite me on the ass. He's gotten very quiet and isn't the only one. Suddenly everyone is quiet and that is never a good thing right before a vote is due, it makes me think that it has been changed to me. SURELY these people would tell me right? I've had the curtesy to tell people when it is them to be a suck up... SURELY people will tell me too... RIGHT? I don't know. Rocks is beginning to sound better and better though.

Ikemen Sengoku Part 8 - Ishida Mitsunari Route

Mitsunari is hilarious. Everyone’s talking about how the heroine is so spunky or disrespectful to Nobunaga since she didn’t want to be touched by him, and Mitsunari just says, isn’t it nice that she’s making so many new friends😂 Aww she’s going to be taking care of Mitsunari! It’s expected considering his lifestyle in the other routes but it’ll still be nice to see🤣 LOLL when the heroine tried to give him breakfast and he immediately just thought she’s one of those cats he plays with when he’s reading, and starts petting her to stay still in his lap so he can finish reading, funniest thing was when the heroine thought it felt nice and was thinking whether she should say meow LOL🤣🤣🤣 Let’s see, he doesn’t eat on time, hasn’t slept in 3 days and can be so focused on something that he’ll forget about everything and not notice anything around him, yeah he’s a hard “pet” to take care of (as Ieyasu said🤣)

Mitsunari is such a gentle soul. Not only gentle, but very calm, observant and smart. He really helps out with the training of recruits by analysing what they lack, what problems they have and where each soldier shines best. Mitsunari really is so cool. It’s so cute how he’s listening to the heroine and seriously incorporating her into his life now. He’s eating with her and even making sure to sleep when she tells him to, that’s improvement! Omggg when he called her his significant other without really understanding what it truly implicates, but that doesn’t matter because his words after telling her how special she is to him and that he’s attracted to her, like dangg, he’s a natural lady killer🤣

Aww, Mitsunari is such a wholesome guy, lmao when he had bedhead and the heroine fixed it up for him and he said it felt nice but also funny haha, he’s unknowingly liking her slowly I guess🤣 So cute when Hideyoshi was impressed that he didn’t have bedhead lmao. Oh and Sasuke is so hilarious as usual! I love that he’s such a Sengoku Warlords fanboy so he and the heroine have endless things to talk about since she knows the real thing and he knows all the history hahaha, how cool to be able to compare it! I’m really happy that through Mitsunari, the heroine has realised how valuable and important knowledge is and that has made her motivated to broaden her medical knowledge so she can help the wounded since if she cannot stop the guys from going to war, she might as well try to prevent them and as many of their soldiers from dying.

I never thought that Mitsunari’s sword skills would be lacklustre compared to the others, but I do think it makes sense that he utilises his calm and logical analytical ability to fight against them through his wits and prediction on how the other would move to win against them rather than pure power, it sounds like his kinda style haha. I do enjoy how cute Ieyasu and Mitsunari’s relationship is though, Ieyasu always seems to “hate” Mitsunari but I think he understands him super well haha. Although Ieyasu was harsh, it’s true that Mitsunari should stand up for himself, not just for his own pride but also because it’s affecting his work, since these guys are bullying him and taking his report, that is intolerable considering how important of a war they are fighting etc. One thing I like about Mitsunari is that he doesn’t really know what these feelings he has for the heroine is, but every time he feels his affection for her grows, he would somehow compliment her or express how much he seems to be enamoured by her without knowing why, it’s pretty cute tbh.

Mitsunari will be the death of me, he’s so cute omg, like when he wanted to be closer to her but didn’t want to disrespect her by not regarding her with formality, but then he’s jealous that the other guys seem to be so chill with her, he’s so adorable~~ And then I died when he called her just by her name☺️ HAHAHA, I love Yukimura, lmao when she proudly showed him and Sasuke the fabric she is going to use to sew Mitsunari something, and they noticed it was for a guy, and the heroine was like, it’s not what you’re thinking, and Yukimura was like, what are you thinking we are thinking, and then he calls her a pervert😂😂😂 It’s so cute how well they are bonding with her giving him a gift and him not wanting to use it because he wants to treasure it, but then she promises that she’ll clean it, fold it and even make a new one for him if it were to get ruined, now that’s nice😍😍

So sad that Mitsunari is avoiding the heroine because he doesn’t know why he can’t concentrate and do anything when she’s near lol. Lmao when they went to war and Hideyoshi wanted to let Mitsunari and the heroine eat alone, so he made up some excuse about leaving something important in Ieyasu’s tent and the heroine was like, something important, does he mean Nobunaga?? Hahahaha! So nice and understanding of Ieyasu to go along with him so easily and bring their dinner along lmao. I actually really like how the heroine read all those books about war and medicine to understand this world better and how it works, as well as how to help the injured during the war since it’s not something that she can stop just because he wants it to, but by doing this, she also stays true to her interests by sewing something for Mitsunari. She wants to be useful and save as many people as she is able to and I think that’s really admirable of her. It’s also really nice to see Mitsunari’s role as a strategist and how important his quick thinking is, since it really helped to save the many soldiers out there.

It’s so cute how the heroine is starting to appreciate the way Ieyasu talks (just like Mitsunari!) and is able to see the positive side of his words and the true meaning of them hahaha. It’s natural for Mitsunari to blame himself for underestimating Kenshin and the way things went since it costed the soldiers their lives and he very nearly got himself and the heroine killed too! One mistake can be fatal in war… It’s just saddening to see him revert back to going about without sleep and food.. I guess a woman’s tears are a dangerous weapon! It made Mitsunari kiss her and then realise his feelings haha!

I really want to see Sasuke’s route, it just sounds so heartwrenching to hear that he’s been searching for her for four years because he felt guilty that she was dragged into this wormhole because of him. He’s such a responsible guy. Omg, I love the heroine, very smart of her to analyse the situation and tell her escorts to go inform Mitsunari and them that she has been kidnapped, instead of buying her useless time since she wouldn’t be able to outrun them anyway, also good for her to notice that they want her alive so they wouldn’t kill her at least. Thankfully it’s not a morbid game so nothing bad will really happen to her though. Knowledge is definitely the greatest weapon, and you can really see the kindness within Kennyo even though he’s been destroying villages in his plot for revenge.

I actually really like Kennyo, so when he showed her how healthy the cat she saved was, saying it was repayment for her tending to his wounds, I found it rather sweet. It was nice to see Mitsunari’s mistake before make him realise what he was missing in terms of strategy and his own goals. It’s great that he wants to create a better world but personal motivation is important as well, and so now that they have both responded to their feelings for each other, he’s realised that creating a world where she can be happy is something he personally wants to do and I think that’s great. LOL when Nobunaga asked what Mitsunari wants for a reward after the war and Mitsunari says the heroine, and Hideyoshi and Ieyasu are so shocked🤣🤣 Also crazy how honest Mitsunari is in front of them, telling them how much he wants her🤣🤣 It’s just crazy to think how he’s going to try and save as much people as he can, let’s see how it goes~

Romantic route: Cute to see everyone having a party getting along after resolving their differences temporarily because they all do not want to kill the Ikko Ikki. It was worth it for Mitsunari to risk his life for this temporary peace. Sometimes, I do feel like Ikemen Sengoku is way too “happy” though? Lol, I don’t even know if that can be considered a problem, but I guess, it’s all good.

Dramatic route: I barely started it but I like it much more than the romantic route already. I feel like the path Mitsunari chose towards this war aligned much more with his ideals than in the romantic route. It shows his self sacrifice, how determined he is to reaching peace with the least amount of bloodshed and actually achieving it by showing the Ikko Ikki who have been following Kennyo faithfully into realising that Kennyo is going down a path that he shouldn’t and that’s why they should stop the war. I really liked how the heroine played a part in convincing them too, by showing that Kennyo still has a heart, he’s just too burdened to allow it to hinder his greater goals. I really liked it.

I guess it really is the dramatic route, with some remnants of the Ikko Ikki refusing to back down and thus going after Mitsunari when there wasn’t much men with him, causing him and the heroine to run around and eventually jumping off a cliff to avoid them and the wormhole trying to get the heroine. Yep, that’s a lot of drama lol. At least, Mitsunari gets rewarded with land in the end so he asks the heroine to come to his castle with him, with the intention of getting married with her in the future~ I also love how they occasionally visit Kennyo (locked in the dungeons of Azuchi Castle) and they chat together so casually about cats but also about how Mitsunari is trying to accommodate all his brethren that had lost their homes with nowhere to go. It was so cute when he tried to tie her obi but had lots of trouble, and in the end the heroine reassured him that he’s a focused and capable man that can do so many things others can’t.

Overall, I quite liked Mitsunari’s route, I feel like it kind of fit his personality nicely. Although I’ll have to admit that he’s not my type so that made the romance very whatever to me, and the romance takes the main focus in the second part so yeah… But I did really enjoy how single minded he was and how the heroine wanted to learn more about strategy and war to help people, so I liked how proactive everyone was to achieving peace in that way. However the story did get a bit mundane on some parts because it was just uninteresting, so really, even though it was an okay route, there was nothing too great about it either tbh, so it’s definitely on the lower end of the spectrum for my ranking of the routes haha, but Mitsunari was cuteee~

Samurai Love Ballad Party Part 3 - Date Masamune and Katakura Kojuro Routes

(Didn’t realise SLBP doesn’t let you post CGs so I didn’t screenshot and have to rely on these that I found on the Internet haha..)

Not sure who the other guy is but Masamune seems cute, I am looking forward to meeting him and knowing him better, since he seems rather honourable and all about the fair and square kinda attitude to all battles even if it’s war because honour and keeping to your beliefs are much more important. The rumours of Masamune being a cannibal and having a demon residing in his right eye sounds like a straight up horror story lmao. Nice to see that the heroine can tell that the food smells off! She could have seriously died on her first day! Not sure why people still do this when there’s poison tasters though.. I mean if you’re going to poison the warlords, bribe the poison taster to put poison so that they’ll eat it and be fine and then do something to it and kill him. Kinda ridiculous to keep killing all these poison tasters instead. Anyway, Kojuro is Masamune’s retainer it seems, he looks pretty nice and elegant?

How very dangerous for her to go out at night and follow a delicious aroma! Hahaha! Can’t blame her though I guess lol and luckily Masamune isn’t really a cannibal, he probably just likes his own food and to cook for himself. Ooh, Kojuro made him food! I guess Masamune’s life has been wrought with way too many poison attempts to kill him, making him have no appetite to eat anything even if it’s super salty rice balls and miso soup by Kojuro. At least he can feel safe eating them. Which is really saddening since food is so good! Salty miso soup always reminds me of NANA. Anyway, it’s great that the heroine is a cook and revamped the dishes mixing them together into a sort of miso porridge that Masamune actually managed to eat the whole pot of! I guess the reason why he used to eat at her restaurant all the time was because the food was good and he felt safe there.

Guess her job is to make Masamune’s dinners from now on! How dangerous for her to save Umeko and use herself as a decoy! Luckily Kojuro helped her in the nick of time!! It was really sweet of Masamune to buy the heroine a new hairpin because the thugs broke the one her father gave her. I guess he has some affectionate feelings towards the heroine that always served him at their restaurant in Kyoto. Maybe because he really liked the food too haha. Even a page for Masamune must be educated and well taught in martial arts, but I guess that’s expected since he’ll always be by his side. At least the heroine gets an exception though!

Talking with his mother must have fouled Masamune’s mood since they don’t have a good relationship and she only cares about his younger brother. I mean, Masamune pulling out his sword to put it at a clingy maid’s throat doesn’t sound like him. Good that Shigezane (Masamune’s cousin) was here to calm the tense atmosphere! Obvious that Kojuro knew she was a woman and omg thought it might be a cliche onsen scene since she went in and then found out Masamune was in there too! But Masamune was so considerate towards her lie that she has a big scar that she doesn’t want others to see and so he distanced himself and waited for her to dress in her boy clothes again. He doesn’t know she’s actually a girl but that consideration and kindness he gave to her was really valuable and sweet. It’s nice that the heroine got to help mend a bit of the relationship between the retainers and Masamune, group morale is very important! She nearlyyyyy got killed by a wild dog though! She’s always in dangerous situations lol.

So the peace conference they were heading to was a facade to get Masamune to let down his guard and then kidnap Masamune’s father… I remember in Ikemen Sengoku, Masamune said he killed his father with his own hands because his father didn’t want to be a hostage hindering their clan or something and so made Masamune kill him so they wouldn’t have a need to bargain or whatever. Is this what we’re going to have to see? And it is! At least, Masamune’s father was able to say that Masamune did well by destroying the enemies. It was a hard decision for Masamune but he knew what his father would have wanted him to do and it was this result. Even if no one else understands, Masamune merely fulfilled what his father wanted him to do. Maybe it’s seen as heartless but I’m sure for his father and many other people, they do not want to be a burden that will cause casualties or the downfall of their own people just because they wanted to save them. It’s war after all.

How brave of the heroine to shout back at Masamune to tell him that they all care for him and that she won’t leave him to starve himself like this over the guilt of causing his father’s death. Super brave of her to reveal her presence when he’s crying as well, like wow, it’s as if she has a death wish lolol. It seems that his body finally gave out though, not surprising considering his lack of food, personal stress and the stress coming from everyone around him condemning him as the demon that killed his father. It’s so painful to see Masamune like this though. He made the “right” choice because that’s what his father wanted but it’s a choice he’ll have to live with for the rest of his life..

It’s so kind of Masamune to allow the heroine to come along with him to Kyoto so she can see her family since she’s been rather down and homesick. Really scary and cool that Yukimura came and stopped a sword with his bare hands to protect the heroine. Too bad she still got hurt. Don’t know why he has to be provocative when Masamune comes misunderstanding that Yukimura hurt the heroine when he didn’t, sigh. So cute how Saizo comes grabbing Yukimura by the back of his collar like a little pet and escapes hahaha. Masamune’s rage isn’t something you really want to face I guess XD

I know period pain is always used as some cliche to get the guy to care for the girl, and a lot of people, guys and girls think that it’s so exaggerated that the heroine would like faint because of it, and I think that I would have thought the same if I didn’t have a similar experience. I never fainted but my period pain has caused me to feel so unwell that my face went completely white and pale and I honestly felt like I was going to faint as I staggered back home. Ever since then, the pain every month has just been quite unbearable with me usually unable to get out of bed because of the pain. So really, all I wanted to say was that even though romance stories like to use this cliche, we shouldn’t demean it just because they use it so often, because it’s real. It was so kind of Masamune to carry the heroine all the way to a village and show such concern for her. She must feel pretty bad for lying to him that she’s a guy. But he’s figuring it out now so… It’s sad that Masamune just dismissed her from her role like that after he found out she’s a woman, considering all the things they went through together. But it was so heartwarming of Shigezane to say and still treat her as one of them even if she’s a woman. He is truly kind. It was so sad when right before she left, she told him that all she wants is for him to remember to eat. She still thinks of him so much.. I’m happy that Shigezane shouted at Masamune to come to his senses on how important and trustworthy the heroine is to Masamune and that he should be more honest with himself rather than be barricaded with the idea of gender or that she lied when she had no ill intentions.

I like how cute it is that Shigezane is trying to get Masamune and the heroine together and makes them stroll around town by themselves hahaha. It’s pretty saddening that Yoshihime is Masamune’s mother and yet her disgust at his different coloured eye and hatred that he didn’t save the father has made her only the more malicious towards him. It’s pretty difficult to watch considering Masamune’s perspective. When he dismissed the heroine from his service because he knows she has feelings for him and she so bluntly acknowledged it and properly confessed to him, I thought the heroine was so brave, cool and kind, I really love her. I know he wants to protect her but that must have been so heartbreaking for her.

Well, Yoshihime is quite despicable to poison the heroine and plot with the brother to kill Masamune. At least Masamune’s little brother Kojirou is good and thinks for himself rather than merely following his mother’s path. He loves his mother but he knows what is wrong and right and that is something we can be glad for. Oh, so Yoshihime was deceived by her brother (Masamune’s uncle) that Masamune killed his father when he was begging him to not shoot, your husband isn’t so spineless, woman! But really, no wonder she hated him even more..

I’m touched that Masamune is willing to exchange his life for an antidote to save the heroine but I’m also sad that by offering it, he is ready to abandon all his vassals that follow him and his own ambition. It’s great that he’s found someone he’s willing to give his life for but he has such an important duty and responsibility that could cause grief and pain to all the people that believe in him if he were to die and his uncle and mother were to take control. I don’t want to be disappointed but I kinda am tbh. Masamune has the power to achieve great things and bring better lives to lots of people, giving it up here for a simple girl is not something I’d like to see. I feel so harsh lol. I guess I got a bit ahead of myself, Masamune only said that to get his mother to let her guard down so Shigezane could come and steal the antidote off her, I’m happy again LOL. He knows his duty to his people and his promise to his father so I’m happy. I am glad that the heroine’s influence helped him to forgive his mother and hopefully be able to amend their broken relationship though.

I approve of feeding her the antidote with mouth to mouth lolol, just because she was too weak to move anymore and couldn’t open her mouth but tried her best to swallow. If I was on the verge of death and could see the dead, it would be nice if I could see someone important to me too, I don’t know who it’ll be but it would be nice to think that I could be on my way with another person instead of alone. So cute to see Masamune feed the heroine and insist on it hahaha.

I really love how gentle Masamune is. He’s so shy but sweet too. The thought of Masamune having a bride that is not the heroine or other concubines as well really tears my heart apart. Of course it’s something normal and a part of life that the heroine probably has to accept considering that he’s a Lord that governs land and would naturally have many wives to bear descendants for him… But it’s sad to think that she was the one that brought his true self out and yet she won’t be the one to truly be able to share the rest of their lives together. Sigh. But I so loved when she asked Masamune what he loves about her and he practically writes her a love letter because he’s too shy to say it in person! But omg the letter was so cute and sweet that it’s even better, she can keep it and read it all the time haha! It was so heartfelt, I loved it.

It’s an otome so of course he’d only take the heroine as his wife but hearing him say it is just so reassuring and heartwarming. Lmao when he starts leading her to his room and she’s like “my room is over there” and he’s like “let it stay over there” as she goes over to his room hahaha. Legit loved Masamune’s route as well, don’t think there’s been a route I didn’t like haha.

Time for Kojuro to move my heart🤣 it was so cool when he ripped up the piece of paper that would let him join another clan if he wanted to, he’s so loyal to the Date clan though, I wonder why~ it’s so cute that for Kojuro, he usually doesn’t have any problems that he can’t solve but he needs the heroine to pretend to be his lover to reject the numerous marriage proposals.

A man that is willing to risk his life and go into a burning residence to get the last keepsake of the heroine’s father is a man that you can’t help but fall for. Except that’s really dangerous! Nothing is more important than their lives! Living together with Kojuro sounds great though. I mean, if the place has burnt down, nowhere better than Kojuro’s place since he knows that she’s a girl and can be much more accommodating than living at the servant quarters with everyone stuck in one room. Lmao at how messy Kojuro’s room is. I feel sorry for the heroine, she slipped and Kojuro caught her by taking the brunt of the impact but she got hit in the head and shoulders by books😊 glad she cleaned the room for him. Now she needs to fix his bad habits of having the bare minimum amount food and sleep! Which she did by slapping him hahaha, good on you heroine! She’s right that if it affects Masamune and his work, then it’s not just his problem.

Lmao when she got drunk, threw up and Kojuro took care of her and then teased her when she misunderstood what happened between them in the morning since her clothes were changed lolll. Kojuro’s mistake in giving Masamune poisoned manju once before must really weigh heavily on him, especially considering he is Masamune’s closest and most trusted subordinate and yet he failed him. I guess that’s why he’s so relieved and wants to keep the heroine here no matter what since Masamune has finally found cooking that he can trust.

The heroine is so strong to learn self defence skills and others from Kojuro and Shigezane. Pretty admirable when she was found out to be a girl and she flipped that guy too hahaha. That’s what you get for being a bully! So childish and ugly of them to do that! Sure she lied but it’s not like she did it with bad intentions! It’s always so heartbreaking when the guy tells the heroine to go back to Kyoto in order to protect her but they say it in such a mean way to get her to go, sigh. Didn’t think Kojuro was a double agent but I guess that’s understandable, he’s the only one Masamune can 100% trust after all. It’s saddening that Kojuro has to ‘die’ and leave Masamune’s side. It must be painful for the both of them to separate since they’ve been together since they were children..

Where will Kojuro go now..? Does he even have anywhere else to go? At least he took the heroine home~ but omg when she grabbed his sleeve telling him to not go and he couldn’t help but kiss her, it was so cuteeee! Living with Kojuro and working together at the restaurant sounds so blissful~ well, he’s living in the empty house behind the restaurant but same thing same thing la hahaha. I agree with the heroine that if he didn’t go back to help Masamune then he wouldn’t be the guy the heroine fell in love with. Too bad she got kidnapped by the enemy… It was reckless of Kojuro to go save her alone but it was touching that he did. At least he went about it smartly! And Masamune came to save him not just because he is very fond of Kojuro but also probably because he’s indispensable to his army tbh. Glad to see everything working out.

Kojuro’s proposal to her was so beautiful, I teared. It was so heartwarming to hear that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her because you can really feel the sincerity in his words. I loved it~ Overall, I loved both routes! They were both cute and sweet in their own ways <3
