Money Changes Things

It has come to light that as the years pass, what was is no longer. Friendships fade, jobs change, people change. But when friendship changes because of money? That’s a problem. Suddenly everyone is your friend because you’re able to provide, help, do and go for them. Amazingly, the nerd/ugly duck gets the dates. Oh! But everything comes at a price. People like you sure. But not for the right reasons. As funds dwindle or your priorities change, friends suddenly fade off into the distance. That cutie from the coffee shop no longer calls. You’re new best friend is the credit calls that you receive every other day and the random automated message from your bank telling you just how broke you are. Such a sad situation. There is hope! Some of those friends stand beside you. They care enough to help out. That may be an ear to listen, someone to talk to or just a hug. And that’s okay. Money changes everything.
