It's hard, adjusting to life at Rhodes. Everything is loud and soft and busy, in ways that don't fit right. Food is always just...right there. No one attacks them in the halls as they move from exam room, to training room, to dormitory.

Zima hates it. Life shouldn't be this easy, should it? Why now, was there a respite offered to them?

But when she sees Anna reading her newest book, smiling to herself? When Lada returns from the kitchens with dinner, proud of learning a new dish?

She mustn't allow herself to become complacent. She bristles at the long-forgotten emotions boiling inside her.

But at the same time...maybe they all can find some kind of solace here.

my mumu loving friend, I've been trying to complete waves 8 of IS3 using bearknights (USSG + Jaye + FEater + Beehunter + Aurora) and I'm. struggling.

sometimes I get so so close but the lack of any aerial stuns or medics is killing me.

Oh yeah the lack of consistent air power is going to kick your ass big time, you more or less have to hope for Glory Pack and do some tactical suicides to ground the Drifters, or get so much ASPD that Rosa just eats them alive Gummy style.

Best of luck because that's hell you're walking it.

So I go reminded that this screen was a thing today cause I got new furniture today, and its such a neat look what arknights devs saw as the core original factions on release. I just kinda wanted to go through and see how much these factions have gotten story wise. Putting it under keep reading just cause it got long.

Followers: Nearl got her story told but shining and nightingale are just kinda waiting for there moment in the main story and only have gotten snippets.

Glasgow: Siege is pretty much the mc of the victoria arc, and as a whole they've gotten a solid amount.

PL: Kinda shockingly they've only gotten cob and IS for texas's story, and sora's character. Exu has gotten a fair amount of teasers she'll play a role in laterano later, but for what has felt like the most marketed faction they've actually been pretty tame with them.

Lungmen: honestly a weird place where they've gotten a fair amount of story but some like hoshi feel sorta neglected.

BS: No event on global but one on CN and they've gotten a manga. Probably more to come as well.

AH: two anni events sorta grani's event and a fair amount of focus in IS3 with a lot more story set up. Even though they have been put on the back burner by hg.

Rhine: some nodes in maggies event sorta mansfield, dorothy's event, and the 2nd longest story event in lone trail. Though some like Ifrit haven't really got much story focus yet

Karlan: Two normal events which feels oddly tame for how popular a group they are.

USSG: One mini event and leto. Poor baby bears the neglected of the original factions, at least there mom loves them at least.

I don't really have any thoughts besides "please give shiningale and ussg stories hg" I just kinda wanted to go a break down of it since I found it neat, and cause I'm procrastinating on a paper.

We know the bears stay at Rhodes Island, and we know Rosa doesn’t die.

Rosa is determined to help people, and working with RI is a good way to do that. She’s driven at first by a desire to make up for the harm she has caused, but eventually simply because it’s the right thing to do.

I’m not sure she ever really forgives herself, she just accepts that beating herself up about the past isn’t helping anyone, and that she should stop doing it. Zima and Istina forgive her though.

She’s easy to get along with and has a good deal of knowledge about Ursus nobility, which is sure to be useful whenever RI needs to do something in the country. In fact, I think it’s safe to assume Rosa and the rest of the USSG become one of the mainstays of RI operations.

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has recommended that the founder and former chief executive of Binance, Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, should spend three years in prison for his role in enabling the crypto exchange to violate federal sanctions and money laundering laws. The DOJ’s attorneys stated this in a sentencing memo filed in court on Tuesday. The attorneys argued that Zhao should pay $50 million in addition to spending 36 months in prison. This comes as one of the officials of the crypto trading platform, Tigran Gambaryan, is also facing trial on charges of tax evasion, money laundering, and foreign exchange contravention. Zhao had pleaded guilty to violating the Bank Secrecy Act last November. However, his attorneys argued he should serve no jail time, citing the fine he paid and his “extraordinary acceptance of responsibility.” Instead, they suggested he be sentenced to probation, which could include home confinement at his home in Abu Dhabi. The sentencing memo The DOJ in the sentencing memorandum said: “Given the magnitude of Zhao’s willful violation of U.S. law and its consequences, an above-Guidelines sentence of 36 months is warranted. “That sentence, together with the agreed $50 million fine, is sufficient but not greater than necessary to balance the relevant 18 U.S.C. 3553(a) factors and achieve the goals of sentencing. “The Court should impose the unlawful-proceeds Guidelines enhancement The Court should impose the two-level enhancement in USSG 2S1.3(b)(1) because a preponderance of the evidence shows that Zhao knew or believed that at least some funds his company processed were proceeds of unlawful activity.” Much of the filing echoes arguments made by the DOJ when it first announced charges against Binance and Zhao last year, pointing to how the exchange operated within the U.S. The filing also looked at how the Sentencing Guidelines address Bank Secrecy Act violations, saying they “are not designed to adequately punish either misconduct on this scale or misconduct that harms U.S. national security.” “The sentence in this case will not just send a message to Zhao but also to the world. Zhao reaped vast rewards for his violation of U.S. law, and the price of that violation must be significant to effectively punish Zhao for his criminal acts and to deter others who are tempted to build fortunes and business empires by breaking U.S. law,” the filing said. Zhao originally faced up to 18 months in prison under the terms of his plea agreement. The DOJ argued in Tuesday’s filing that “the scope and ramifications of Zhao’s misconduct were massive,” and so “an upward variance is appropriate here.” “In part, because Zhao failed to implement an effective AML program at Binance, illicit actors used Binance’s exchange in various ways, including operating mixing services that hid the source and ownership of cryptocurrency; transacting in illicit proceeds from ransomware attacks; and moving proceeds of darknet market transactions, exchange hacks, and various internet-related scams,” the filing said, pointing to fund movements from darknet markets and crypto mixers. Zhao was originally set to be sentenced in late February, but the hearing was postponed by mutual agreement to April 30. He has not been able to return to Dubai, where his partner and some of his children live, since he first appeared in federal court in Seattle, Washington last year. Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, pleaded guilty to charges of its own at the same time as Zhao, agreeing to a massive $4.3 billion fine and that it would report to a court-appointed monitor. The monitor has yet to be appointed. In Nigeria, the government has also accused Binance of aiding money laundering and influencing the country’s currency movement. According to Gomexus there isn’t any power knobs that can work on the Blue Azores by Okuma, that they have. So I used the 47mm Power Knob meant for the Daiwa Spinners with a standard accessory pack. I was able to not only fit my Blue Azores 8K but my 6K as well! What a look! Metallic blue with chrome silver! Hate to say it but doing this has gotten too easy.
