  Grigoriy Ponomarev sufrió esta grave lesión en su combate ante Mukhamad Vakhaev DIEGO MEDINA En la pelea del pasado viernes del peso pesado entre los rusos Ponomarev y Vakhaev, se produjo una de las lesiones más escalofriantes que se recuerdan. Another Egyptian migrant. He is Cairo's little brother and right hand man. His main function is working on creative ways to promote their strip clubs, aiding with the collection of money from their strippers, escorts and prostitutes and helping to oversee the payouts once their cut is taken. Cairo Vakhaev aka King Cairo

This is the main man in charge of The Ravagers. A criminal group with the monopoly on all businesses using sex as the main selling point. They own the strip clubs but they also have full control over all the prostitutes, escorts (luxury and lower end), etc. Sex trade is the name of the game and on the more criminal end they aren't afraid to steal boys and girls if need be to sell them on the black market. Cairo is a person that will undoubtedly make you uncomfortable. As a child he endured sexual abuse throughout his entire upbringing and now he's gone the extreme route of making sure that he's never the one in that position again. Naturally now he's in full control, the pimp of all pimps if you will, and is taking his past out on this city. He and his brother migrated from Egypt to the U.S. many years ago. Cairo is a humorous person, he's smiling more often that not and is good at making people laugh. (Though his jokes are typically dark). He can likely talk anyone's clothes off but you should be careful of that--he's had a lot of sex and through that he's discovered that his pleasure comes from violating his chosen partners sexual limitations and somewhat humiliating them or leaving them in pain. But hey. Some people take it better than others. He's handsome and interesting looking and he's quite aware of that. (But there's something in his eyes that tell you he's dangerous). He's essentially the Hugh Hefner of Shadowland only much younger, much hotter and far more wealthy.
