Dear Jen! How late everything going? Did your event go well yesterday?

I wanted to ask for your advice for someone who doesn’t where make up. I’d like to get a light makeup routine for day to day but I’m not sure where to start.

where to start, hmm. A lot will depend on what you think is the most important, or what is considered light makeup.

I think a good moisturizer is a start. My favorite that moisturizes and preps the skin is embryolisse - lait creme concentre. I think skin tints are great for daily wear. I love MAC Face and Body, and they have a new serum foundation that I haven't tried yet. But Maybelline and L'Oreal have great skin tints as well.

Concealer to me is a must. You could forget about the foundation/skin tint and just use that. It brightens the under eyes, plus evens things out.

A powder, some people don't like to set things, but I promise at least the under eyes should be. Pat McGrath has a great under eye powder that I'm never without, just ordered it at the Sephora VIB Sale.

You need to put color back into your face. Whether it's a blush, bronzer or both. Choose one. It's important.

I think a great highlighter is a must for me. Or even just something like the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter is something else I'm not without.

A good lip product. Doesn't matter if you love lipstick or just a lipbalm, it makes the lips look there and more plump.

The PS5 under Jim Ryan has been a sales success, but it's also been the death of the very creativity that made PlayStation to begin with.

He murdered creative all smaller development for the sake of "games too big too fail" and promoting games as a service. Those same GAAS titles still haven't arrived.

PS5 has 1 exclusive game this year.... 2 if you count PSVR2.

It's too late the save the PS5 as far s its creative output goes. But with Jim Ryan gone, the eventual PS6 may at least be able to guide PlayStation back to the things that made it so distinctive in the first place.

I just put in my sephora VIB sale order! I'm replenishing some staples (brow pencil, dry shampoo) also i finished my tube of bobbi brown lipstick so I am getting a replacement for that, and i am treating myself to some fragrance (juliette has a gun sampler kit) (i already know i like them hehe)

Aku banyak mengingat memori baik tentang momen tahun baru, dari dulu mama dan bapak tidak pernah mau tidur larut untuk menunggu malam tahun baru, jadi aku berkali-kali melewatkan momen tahun baru dengan cara berbeda dan tentu dengan orang yang berbeda.

Sebelum aku memiliki kamera untuk mengabadikan, ternyata beberapa kenangan terabadikan dalam memori, seperti momen dimana aku menangis karena takut bunyi kembang api yang berada tepat diatas kepala, momen ikut nataru bersama rekan kerja bapak yang beragama nasrani lalu dibangunkan tepat di jam 00.00 untuk saling mengucapkan selamat tahun baru dan beberapa momen bermacet-macetan ke VIB (dulu tempat menunggu kembang api).

Setelah merasa sudah besar, aku pergi melewatkan momen tahun baru bersama teman-teman.

Setelah semakin dewasa, aku melewatkan malam tahun baru sendirian tanpa ada perayaan apapun.

Semoga pergantian tahun ini bukan sekedar momen perayaan, tapi sebagai momen refleksi diri agar terus jadi lebih baik. Jika ternyata aturan bilang tidak boleh merayakan, tapi kalau untuk menjadi tanda waktu bahwa hidup akan lebih baik, boleh saja kan?

The Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag that I saw all over Disney World last week, priced at $38, which was the most popular item at Lululemon in 2022- is it worth the hype? Travel and Leisure weighs in.

While being midway though watching the White Lotus season two, I cannot help but notice the exquisite fashion of the characters. Town and Country breaks down critical moments throughout the show.

The iconic Mickey Bar sold at the Disney Parks has been available at Publix for some time.  At $6.00 per bar in the park, the Publix variety costs $10.79 for a package of 6.  Walt Disney World News does a taste test to see which is the superior Mickey.   

The best thing I ate at Walt Disney World: Mushroom Risotto at Le Cellier Steakhouse.  I had always wanted to try this restaurant- it was always booked whenever I was at Disney.  The risotto was outstanding, it tasted very rich, creamy, a lot like a mushroom pasta.  Definitely something I plan on making and eating these over these next couple of weeks.
