Would a lucid Ashoka be angry about the death of Barris?

I always assumed Ashoka thought Barris was put to death in her place after she was arrested. She didn’t know that the disgraced Jedi was still being held.

Maybe Rex let slip something about Barris one day and being the worst lier in the GAR didn’t help him when Ashoka started to push for answers.

I think she felt awful and enraged, how dare they murder the woman she once called friend, in HER name!

Fox and Wolffe never saw little ‘soka so infuriated. They could only try to comfort and hold her as they apologised and apologised to the shaking and sobbing Jedi, but she was distraught beyond all comfort and Rex had to sedate her.

All they heard as she was carried away in Rex’s arms mumbling how they had killed her friend.

The poor girl didn’t realise that what they did was for the best, to protect her.
