something i will never ever shut up about is that gravity falls DOESN'T NEED A THIRD SEASON AND WOULD PROBABLY BE RUINED BY ONE. don't get me wrong, i love gravity falls with my whole heart. it's been my favorite show for years. but the end was PERFECT, it perfectly sealed off everything and completed the story and was satisfying and good and honestly the best ending i've ever seen to a show. if there were a third season the perfect end would be sealed off and it would feel like they just stitched together another story. Gravity Falls was about that one summer and they concluded the story and it's not because dipper gets a letter that says "see you next summer" that alex litterally meant to throw out another season for god's sake
