Have you let yourself rest? If sleep seems impossible, I understand, but at least "take it easy".

Have you followed any medical recommendations from a doctor? They are trying to preserve an ecosystem, so they are just as much my disciples as gardeners.

Have you talked about your feelings? There are negative effects to secluding and restraining your emotions. Try to not let them occur.

Please, take some time to care for yourself.

In an attempt to reach out to you all about environmental issues, I shall speak to you in a way you should understand.

Saving the planet is "pretty poggers" and anyone who says otherwise is "totes garbage". Recycling is "on trend" right now and it would be "totally" "lit" if people "yassified" the ocean by letting it be "au naturel", "my broski". Mass mining operations and pollutants are not "dope" and people who support it are "cheugy". Saving the planet is "dope" so do not "sleep on" this "tea" or it will be a "big yikes", "kapeesh?". "Slay".

This is a reminder that there is a lot of pressure put on to individuals in order to save the environment. This ignores the statistics that the majority of pollution is produced by large companies. This is why I, Zygarde, endorse eating the rich.

Something that helped me personally understand human children was taking a psychology class. Some basic logic isn't unlocked until certain points in maturity, like being able to think about other people

I do not know if there is a psychology class I can take looking like a legendary pokemon or looking like a seven year old. Well, there was a "social detective club" run by "Association Autisme de Kalos" that I was handed a pamphlet for by a parent at the Coumarine Junior Gardener Club, supposedly to give to my Mère and Maman. I have my doubts, though. It sounds demeaning to both me and autistic humans.

... Did that parent think I am autistic?

... Can legendary pokemon be diagnosed as autistic?
