Some beautiful Columbia river steely gonna be dinner tonight along with some jeera rice. Smoked on oak and finished on the bbq. Butter lettuce and fennel salad with a lemon vinaigrette, from my best half.
And before you ask I do my fishing at Winco

Breakfast is my favorite meal, besides lunch and dinner😏. I don’t get to make it very often, if I’m on the road it’s Starbucks, and that gets old quick.
So I keep pantry and freezer staples so when the opportunity presents I make it happen.
Yesterday was the chorizo gravy over a cheese and bacon scone. Today I made corned beef hash.
The chorizo I keep a couple of pounds in the freezer, the corned beef in the pantry and of course taters and onions are always in stock.
Bell peppers freeze well so they live in the freezer with the garlic.
10-15 minutes later corned beef hash.
Eat well stay well my friends.
