Honestly, I can absolutely see Tavish, Jane, Misha, Spy, and Dell surviving through the skin of their teeth. Medic would probably contract for both the research possibilities and, well, shits and giggles. Sniper...he was dangerously close to doing so in the comics, but he's managed to pull through (thank goodness). Pyro is Pyro; I bet they're already able to see and even befriend some witches thanks to their pyrovision.

As for Scout specifically- yeah, he is a stubborn son of a backstabbing snake, though someone PLEASE check on whether or not he's been taking care of his soul gem properly; dude's more than likely to have it turn completely dark due to carelessness than despair or anything else. Seeing that he's also created by God himself as a gift to humanity in the comics, I can see that Kyubey would be VERY interested in that potential he has going on.

And no doubt about it; the entirety of Emesis Blue is basically the fandom's own version of Rebellion; an endless samsara of agony and pain that could only be severed through either divine salvation or damning the entire world as a whole. Come to think of it, Fritz's actions near the end do mirror those of Homura's, but I'm certain someone smarter than I am would be able to elaborate on this further and in a much clearer manner than I could.
