Chrysalis as Heket
Twilight Sparkle being the lamb means Shining Armor is dead, Chrysalis x Cadence shippers rejoice
Cult of the Lamb AU-
Twilight Sparkle is the Lamb (main character, she became an alicorn/god, popular ship is with Luna who is Nari option, opportunity for angst and a little insane)
Nightmare Moon/Luna is the One who waits (one who was imprisoned for countless years. Dark and mysterious. Two names. Hates sister but still loves her deep down. Angst)
Celestia is Shamura (sibling who regrets, who looks at the past longingly. Prophecies Prophecies. Nightmare Moon would have caved her head in given the chance)
Discord as relic lady -can't remember names of some characters, but they are both chaotic and he'd perfectly fit the role. In fact give Discord all of the bird siblings roles, he's chaos it doesn't need to make sense! Give one theme of parts for tarot guy and weapons guy and throw the rest of the parts on relic lady. Tada. Like tarot guy could have the dragon parts.
Sunset Shimmer would make a decent Leshy (ascension ambiguous, but many agree she deserves it, would make her the youngest alicorn/god, has the personality for it)
Tree of harmony and crystal heart as fates- i can't give you a reason other than vibes alone.
These are the only things I am sure of Enjoy something that I pulled out of nowhere

"I've made a new friend today, lamb."
Trudging along, bells toiling, the god of mercy visits the plains once more in search of lost souls in need of saving. A lush flower grove grows beneath their hooves, only to quickly rot and age underneath the crimson cloak. The scent of herb coated the ancient long gone architecture with new vigor.
Narinder still clings to their ancient master, loyal as always joining the solemn walk. He announces his blessed day, he made a friend, looking up to the towering beast for a sign that he has been heard. He almost wishes to choke a sob, for he sees there's none. A trudge, new life, for it to end, the echos of chimes, an omen of sleep. He remembers the days when he despised the infant god for being so childish, the cursed mocking laughter of a sickly sweet soul, to see the joy written on their face, to see how proud they were when the news was given. Delight that Narinder is no longer so lonesome with the new family. He'd give anything to break this damned curse, just to see that annoying, pitiful, awful, smile again.

wanted to explore lamb's elder god form so I figured this was the perfect time to explore color and texture.

Hi this comic was just meant as lineless color practice but it took forever and now I never want to look at it again :)
Rambles and textless versions under the cut:
So yeah, I'm a little feral about the idea that the reason Narinder remains immortal if he's spared after his defeat is because the Lamb still has continued and unswerving devotion towards him.
I'm also kinda feral about the idea that said devotion lets him use more and more of his old powers over time up until he could even effectively RE-ascend to godhood.
And I'm especially feral about the idea that it very quickly has him latching onto the Lamb with his own equal and desperate devotion until it becomes this wild feedback loop between the two of them, and leaves them both not only grossly overpowered, but hopelessly and obsessively intertwined in the sort of love that would be concerning beyond belief if it involved literally any other two individuals but them.
Now have these textless versions:

I feel like the fourth panel is especially busy but Oh Well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I may have another mostly serious Narilamb comic in the works, but it's not going to be in color because it's five pages and that's a lot and I am so tired

A God and His Most Faithful
I'm still solidifying how my version of the lamb looks in my head, but I like to imagine their cloak to be ever shifting with the souls of the departed. Overall really happy with how this one turned out, but the worms aren't gone, so there will most def be another painting of these two fools <3.

Does The Lamb even remember their name after being reborn with the red crowns power? Or are they just The Lamb now, to everyone including themselves. The Lamb, a title and now the only thing that they remember being called by, by fellow gods and those that worship alike. What their god named them when they met in the afterlife. And what they continue to be called after they became equals with their god. The Lamb

Amdusias (is a shit head) has jerk type personality, can't wait to see how that plays out
I have a very bad time with starting saves over, largely because I play on easy and it's hard to grow attached to the saves when on easy mode for some reason. But I'm also bad at bullet hells. But I guess I'm just going to have to get better or die a lot because I am starting a save on normal difficulty to help with world building. Which is frustrating right now because I am being particularly picky about the first follower. Both for story and worldbuilding reasons and because poppy was my first follower on my FIRST FIRST save. Poppy is the first follower for my lamb no exceptions, I have grown attached

Do you think that the Lamb knew they were the last, or did they learn that horrible truth right before they were beheaded during the Bishops speech. Do you think they started off being a bearer of the red crown with so much rage knowing that the Bishops wiped out their entire race over a stupid prophecy
Do you think they enthusiastically took the one who waits deal just so they could get revenge on the Bishops. And then they got to know each other and learn they both hold grudges against the Bishops. The Lamb learns that the one who waits used to be a bishop, and was betrayed and imprisoned by the others. They learn his true name, Narinder. Then the time comes for his freedom, and the Lamb refuses to give his life for it. Because then they wouldn't see Narinder freed. They will rip the chains off of their Narinder themselves if they have too. They will be free Together. TOGETHER

Poppy was found by the Lamb during the sprint to freedom and safety. She was to be a sacrifice to the Bishops, her spouse being killed just before the Lamb arrived. The Lamb saved her from death, and so did their sermons. She was comforted to know that there's an afterlife. That her lost love is not gone or suffering. And while she never got the chance to have a child with her lost love, she considers the Lamb that child. The Lamb needed someone who wasn't just a worshipper, and she decided to take that role. She ended up unofficially adopting the Lamb, her first child. Who she got to see reach godhood.

And, hear me out. When narinder was imprisoned, he watched as all the souls of the lamb folk started to spill over his domain. His anger towards his siblings only grew bigger and bigger because they were killing his people. His heard. His family. He had loved and ruled with both an iron fist and warm hand. He loved his lamb folk, they were kind and sweet. Stubborn yet faithful. They adored him, made grand things under his name, and were not afraid to offer their lives for him.
So, as narinder watched as his herd began to fall he couldn’t help but feel anxious about the possibility of the kin to dissipate. It did. He watched as his most devoted disciples were strained from all life. He couldn’t do anything but watch and feel his cult burn and his people die at the hands of the old faith.
Narinder always paid attention to every single death. He gave them a special place in the afterlife. More grand than the cult grounds could have ever offered. It was only fair. Their innocent blood was spilled under their home rugs, a peaceful afterlife was only fitting after their death.
And so, once the Lamb had become the last of their kin. Narinder grew tired of seeing his herd shred to nothingness. He always tried to make the other crown bearers help the remaining lamb folk, but they could only do so much. That is why, when it was the Lamb’s turn to face death. Narinder decided to give them the opportunity to avenge their family.
Also, take in mind The Lamb was not part of the faith. As thousands of years had passed, many of the remaining lamb folk started to loose faith now that their god was imprisoned. Thus, the new generations never saw fit of Narinder’s cult grandiosity. But, only a few of the old lamb folk ever remember the grand days where death graced their presence. These memories were passed, and while many did not remember. Some prayed tribute to the one who waits, the one who once protected them.

COTL AU
I have this idea for an au where all the lamb people were followers of the god of death (aka narinder)
I like to believe the other bishops noticed how powerful narinder was becoming because
1. Lamb sacrifices give you more devotion
2. Lamb people were heavily faithful to the one who waits, compared to other followers from the other faiths
3. Narinder actually treated the lamb folk as a herd and was a wonderful leader, which created a strong and powerful cult with very skilled followers
Also, as other followers from other faiths noticed how well the lamb folk lived among themselves, many started to change faith. This caused the other bishops to get angry at narinder for stealing their followers
I have more ideas buts kinda late for me, I hope at least someone finds this interesting nendiendjfn
