Magia Chap. 2-Starlight So Bright!

Here is the next chapter! I got started working on this at work before my shift and after I finished chapter 1. Yeah, I’m on a roll with this AU because it’s something I wanted to create since I joined the fandom.

Big shoutout to @belladazeblog916 and @summonfi for giving me encouragement to write this AU because of you guys this AU has been fun to work one alongside Pokemon AU.

So this part of the AU takes place around the time Lewis was supposed to go missing, but alas he didn’t.

It was late in the afternoon when Wiatt made it to the building where a new children’s entertainment facility called Dreamworld was about to open in a few months. He let out a sigh and held his backpack close as he slowly opened the door to the facility.

There wasn’t much, except for painted walls and posters of the characters that would be the stars of the facility. Wiatt smiled remembering these creations as Lewis would bring them up on their dates. He thought the designs were nice, especially the Starlight animatronic, which he always teased Lewis about since him.

He was so lost in his thoughts he bumped into an older man. “Oh sorry!” 

“N-No it’s okay.” The older man replied.

Wiatt’s eyes widen recognizing the older man. “Wait are you Eric Gale?” He asked.

The older man nodded and remembered Lewis had told him something about an old friend coming over. “Yes.” Eric replied. “I’m guessing you’re, Wiatt Nicholson.”

Wiatt nodded in reply.

“Lewis told me you were coming, but I thought it would be later at night,” Eric explained.

“I left a little earlier, and decided to stop by now,” Wiatt explained.

Eric sighed, “You might have to wait for a bit. Lewis and his friends are in a meeting at the moment.” He explained.

“O-Oh. I see.”

“Yeah. It’s about Sara, again.”

Wiatt gave a glare and rolled his eyes. “Lewis has told me.” He said.

“Yeah. I worry about her. She was never like this, she was always excited to build this facility.” Eric explained.

Wiatt remembered one of his texts with Lewis and he said the same thing. A week after that, was when Sara started separating herself from him. Though he worried for Lewis, as Sara could’ve done something to him if he wasn’t careful. Wiatt gave his boyfriend plenty of warnings, but Lewis reassured him he just needed to talk to Sara or find out who the person is that’s keeping her away from them.

He didn’t want to stand here and just wait, he had to see Lewis. “I know Lewis is in a meeting, but is it alright to check up on him?” He asked.

“Sure,” Eric replied. “Just be careful, it could be tense.” 

“I’ll be fine. Don’t worry.” Wiatt reassured the older man.

“Alright, good luck.”

Wiatt went through the doors that said ‘Employees Only’ and as he walked through the hall, he heard a familiar voice. 

“You don’t get it, do you?!” A female voice yelled.

A voice that made him shiver.

“You haven’t understood any of my ideas since we agreed on a club logo back in high school. Everything else you always argue against!”

It was the voice of Sara Covetman, one of the founders, Lewis’s friend and someone Wiatt never trusted.

Quickly he ran through the hallways passing through a room where the voice was coming from. He stepped back a bit to see the three founders of Dreamworld in a meeting. Wiatt saw a small opening and saw Lewis and Sara in an argument as Oliver stood to the side looking nervous.

“I don’t even know who he is?! You won’t tell us?!” Lewis yelled.

“Well, Oliver doesn’t seem to mind, does he?” Sara asked. “What has he been working on while we go back and forth on my ideas?”

“Eric was right, this is tense.” Wiatt thought to himself. He wanted to wait a bit before coming in and intruding on the group on their conversation.

Lewis glared and pointed at Oliver standing right next to him. “He’s standing right here! The least you can do is ask him!” He shouted.

Sara groaned, “fine! Oliver, you clearly don’t have anything to say about our little dispute, what have you been working on?” She asked.

Oliver was about to speak, but the door squeaked causing the three founders to turn. Lewis saw a piece of recognizable clothing and walked over to the door. “W-Wiatt?” Lewis asked.

Wiatt opened the door, and walked in, chuckling nervously, “I hope I wasn’t interrupting something.” He said.

“You were,” Sara replied, crossing her arms. “What are you doing here Wiatt? I thought you were back home watching your grandfather’s creepy manor.”

“I was,” Wiatt replied, with a smug smile. “However, I wasn’t sure if Lewis gave you the message that I was coming over to visit. Were you just stuck in your office again?”

Sara glared at the smaller boy and gave a low growl.

Lewis smiled and gave a light chuckle, “Hello darling. I thought you would be here later tonight?” He asked.

“Well, I left a little earlier and figured I would see the place now rather than later,” Wiatt explained.

Lewis chuckled, he truly did miss Wiatt. Having been gone for a few years he saw Wiatt barely changed. His hair was a bit longer, but that’s about it.

“H-Hey Wiatt,” Oliver spoke up. “Glad you're here.”

“Oh, Oliver! It’s nice to see you too.” Wiatt replied. He then turned to Sara who glared at him, and he glared back, “Sara.”

“Wiatt,” Sara replied.

Lewis felt the tension again and decided to break it. “Um Wiatt, why don’t I give you a tour of the facility? It’s needed.” He asked.

“Sure,” Wiatt said. “Uh…is there anywhere safe I can keep my bag in? It’s a little heavy.” 

“You can leave it here, darling. No one would touch it.” Lewis told him.

Wiatt glared at Sara, who looked offended. “Like I would dig through your stuff!” She snapped.

Wiatt rolled his eyes and put his backpack in one of the chairs. He unzipped the bag and looked at everything. If anything seemed out of place, he knew who to blame. Wiatt zipped his bag again and was ready to start his tour.

“Okay, ready,” Wiatt said.

Lewis chuckled as he took Wiatt's hand, which made the two blush, and decided to show him around the facility. 

Once the two were gone, Sara made sure the two were gone and turned to Wiatt’s backpack. Oliver took notice and saw Sara digging through Wiatt’s bag.

“Uh…what are you doing?” Oliver asked.

“Looking through Wiatt’s bag,” Sara replied.

“Didn’t he say, not to go into his bag?”

“Yeah, but he has a reason to be here and I want to find out why.” Sara paused, seeing the jewelry box. She raised an eyebrow seeing the box inside the young boy’s bag, and pulled it out scanning it.

“Is that a jewelry box?” Oliver asked, walking over to his friend.

“It is,” Sara answered. “Now the question remains, why did he bring it here?”

What she didn’t know was that inside the box, the pink gem started to shine.

Sara put the box on the table as the two took a closer look at it ignoring the footsteps coming back into the room.

Wiatt returned to the office and froze seeing Sara looking at the jewelry box. She froze and stepped back from the box, and Oliver froze looking like a deer in the headlights.

 “uh…what are you doing?” Wiatt asked.

Sara looked up at him and the box, “I should be asking you, what is this?” Sara asked, picking up the box and pointing at it.

“It’s just a jewelry box I found in my house,” Wiatt replied. “Nothing special.”

“Why did you bring it?”

Wiatt opened his mouth, but he couldn’t come up with an answer. He just brought it with him without a second thought. “Look, I don’t know. My brain must’ve decided to take it and bring it. Just give it back to me.” He said walking over to Sara.

Sara pulled it away from Wiatt and held it up. Wiatt tried to reach for the box, but even though Sara was an inch or two taller than him, she was still tall enough to hold it back from him.

She then smirked and turned to Oliver. “Oliver heads up!” Sara yelled, tossing the box towards the timid boy.

Oliver yelped and caught the box, before sighing in relief.

Like with the pink gem, the green gem inside the box started to shine.

“Oliver, give it to me!” Wiatt yelled.

“Oliver, toss it back!” Sara yelled.

Oliver looked between Sara and Wiatt and decided to throw it to see who caught it first. Wiatt stepped back to grab it, but Sara tripped him and she caught the box.

Wiatt glared and tried to get the box back, but Sara threw it back at Oliver who caught it.

The shy boy smiled and threw it back to Sara before Wiatt could grab it back. From there, it was a game of monkey in the middle as the two founders tossed the box back and forth away from Wiatt.

“C-Come on guys! This isn’t fucking funny!” Wiatt yelled.

“It is to me!” Sara laughed. “Oliver, go long!” She tossed the box a little further as Wiatt ran over to it.

Oliver was about to catch it, but another pair of hands grabbed it.

“What’s going on here?!” Lewis shouted, holding the box in his hand.

Like with the other two gems, the blue gem started to shine and afterwards the other three gems shined as well.

“Uh…” Oliver started looking nervous and quickly pointed at the female founder. “Sara started it.”

Sara stuttered looking shocked that Oliver would call her out like that. “W-What?! Oliver, Y-You were enjoying it too!” She yelled back.

“Enough!” Lewis yelled. Oliver and Sara went quiet as they faced the other founder. “I’m putting an end to this, and giving this back to Wiatt.” He went over and handed the box back to his boyfriend. “Here you go, darling.”

“Thanks, Lewis,” Wiatt replied.

“Though I must know, is that a gift for me?” Lewis asked, interested in the box.

“N-No it’s something I found in my own house,” Wiatt replied. “I don’t know why I brought it. I just felt like bringing it.”

Sara rolled her eyes, “well did you open it?” She asked, hearing Wiatt’s reason wasn’t something she expected.

“I did, but inside are gems,” Wiatt answered.

“Gems!” Sara exclaimed. “Can I see?”

Wiatt pulled the box away from the female founder. “After the bullshit, you just pulled? No way!” Wiatt replied.

“Come on Wiatt! I just want to see!” She begged,

“Nope!”

“Darling, please show her,” Lewis exclaimed.

The smaller boy was surprised to see his boyfriend defending his friend, even though the two had been arguing for weeks, maybe months over the facility plans.

“L-Lewis,” Waitt whispered, still shocked.

“I won’t steal it I promise,” Sara said, putting a hand to her chest and raising the other one.

Wiatt growled tired of all this. He didn’t trust Sara, but also was hurt Lewis defended her, and not him. “Fine!” He yelled. He grumbled a bit as he opened the box showing the gems inside. However, upon opening them the gems started to glow bright. This concerned the trio because gems don’t usually glow like that,  “See, they're just gems, that's it.”

“Uhh…Wiatt…” Oliver spoke up, sounding frightened. “Are gems supposed to glow like that?”

Wiatt looked down at the box and saw the gems glowing brightly. Soon Wiatt and the Founder Trio’s eyes flashed like the colors of each gem before a bright multi-colored light flashed and sent the four towards the wall.

Eric and Carly heard it from their office and ran quickly towards the room to see the four groaning and slowly getting up. “Are you guys okay?!” Eric asked, as he ran towards Lewis and helped him up.

“Y-Yeah, we're fine,” Lewis replied, rubbing his head.

Oliver groaned trying to stand up, but his legs felt shaky. “Ugh…I feel sick.” He groaned.

Sara slowly got up as she turned to Wiatt, putting on his glasses, and gave him a small glare. She wanted to yell at him, but her body was too weak at that moment. “Wiatt, what did you do?” She asked.

“I-I don’t know what that was, but it might’ve been when you and Oliver tossed it around, it activated something,” Wiatt explained. 

The smaller boy looked at the box and closed it before putting it in his backpack.

Eric saw the four weak and tired, and after what transpired today he decided it would be best if the group left for the day.

“I think it’s best if we all go home and get some rest,” Eric said.

“Yeah…I’ll take that.” Oliver groaned. 

Sara turned to the clock and saw it was only 5:05 pm. “I guess, but Lewis and Oliver if you feel well enough later come to my apartment to discuss things.”

“Fine by me darling. I still need to ask some…questions about earlier.” Lewis replied.

“Wiatt. I can give you a ride back to wherever you're staying.” Eric said.

Wiatt sighed, even though he walked here his body felt too weak to even walk. “T-That would be nice. Thank you.” He replied.

Eric smiled and the group split off for the night.

Once back at his hotel, Wiatt collapsed on his bed. During the ride, he felt his head pounding and his chest was hurting. Heck, Oliver suffered the same thing, as he too was given a ride back with Eric, and he wondered if Lewis and Sara felt the same.

Curious, Wiatt dug into his bag and pulled out the box again. He opened the box, and his eyes widened in shock.

The gems inside were no longer shining, but instead dimmed and faded.

“That’s odd. They were shining not too long ago. I wonder what happened.” He said.

Anything on Carly?

Carly in my AU's! Sure ^^

Nothing Bad Happens AU- Like the rest of the cast she isn't dead. She does have a best friend group consisting of Ben and Liz where she's the defector leader of. Her dad later adopts a few other kids and she becomes a big sister! I have a chapter planned where she, Ben and Liz pretend to be the founders for the day and she becomes Sara.

Nicholson Twin AU- Her role is the same in the main canon. The only thing is we see more of her bonding with the Founders and Wiatt.

Dreamers of Myths and Legends (Pokémon AU)- In this AU, Carly has a fear of Pokémon (similar to PokeAni's Lillie) the incident happened when she was little where a Pokémon attacked her for no reason giving her the fear that Pokémon will attack her at random. Later, she slowly gets over her fear and she captures a White Flower Flabebe.

Soul Gem AU- Because Lewis or her father hadn't died, she lives. She helps her father, Damien and Celio uncover secrets of Wiatt's Jewelry Box and she ends up being the one to find info about the box, and the powers it holds. She keeps everything written in a notebook.

I don't have her roles set in Mermaid AU or Litho Knows Best AU.

Dreamers of Myths & Legends Chap. 4-Cheer up, Sprigatito!

The next chapter is here and we’ll be getting into some minor angst territory. It’s small but still, angst is angst!

It was a pleasant afternoon, the four researchers decided to go to Saffron City for lunch. Though Wiatt and Oddity were looking through notes that the young boy took about Mew.

“Wiatt, why did you bring your notes to lunch?” Sara asked.

“Figured we could spend some time going through to see how we’ll find Mew.” Wiatt replied, “so far there are a few places around Saffron City that Mew has been sighted in.”

Sara sighed, “Wiatt, Eric gave us the day off today from researching. Relax and enjoy this.”

Wiatt glared, but lifted his expression when Oliver and Lewis came by with food and drinks. “Sorry for the wait, darlings.” The two boys put the trays down before sitting down themselves.

“It’s alright.” Sara replied.

Wiatt put away his notes and was in awe with the delicious food before him. “Man this looks good.” He commented.

“Well, I read this is one of the best sandwich places in Saffron City.” Lewis explained.

Wiatt took a bite of a sandwich, his eyes widened. “You're right, this is pretty good!” He exclaimed. He broke a small piece off and held it in front of his Eevee. “Try it, Oddity.”

“Eevee,” Oddity replied. He ate the piece and smiled at how good it was. “Eevee!”

The group started to eat lunch together, not knowing Sprigatito was around the corner staring at them. The grass-type saw Lewis mewled in excitement. She got into the pouncing position, and waited for the right moment. Once she saw Lewis take a sandwich, that’s when she made her move. Sprigatito dashed and snatched the sandwich from Lewis before eating it in one gulp.

“H-Hey!” Lewis yelled.

Sprigatito flinched and turned, which shocked Lewis. “Meow!” Sprigatito exclaimed as she went over to the boy and started nuzzling his leg and purring.

“What’s that?” Oliver asked, never seeing that Pokémon before.

“I believe that’s a Sprigatito.” Wiatt answered.

“Sprigatito!” Sara and Oliver exclaimed. 

“You mean the same Pokemon you said you saved not too long ago?” Oliver asked.

Lewis nodded, and looked down to see Sprigatito sitting and smiling at him. She tilted her head, confused why he was so shocked to see her.

“Darling, have you been following my friends and I all this time?” Lewis asked.

“Meow. Meow.” Sprigatito replied, saying that it was following the group.

Lewis chuckled, “guess you like being around me.” He said as he pet the grass cat Pokemon, causing her to purr.

Sprigatito started tapping her paws as she started to release a fragrant aroma. Sara smelt it and smiled, “hey that smells good.” 

“What’s that?” Wiatt asked. He then grabbed his Rotom Phone and scanned Sprigatito.

When Sprigatito is exposed to sunlight, it uses its paws to release a sweet, therapeutic aroma. 

“So that’s what you're doing now,” Lewis said.

“Meow,” Sprigatito replied.

Lewis chuckled and grabbed his Pokeball, “Well want to join my team, darling?” He asked.

Sprigatito’s eyes widened as she nodded. However, just before she could touch the Pokeball. A mysterious voice played in her head.

“Who would want a Sprigatito like you?”

Sprigatito’s eyes widened in fear, as that memory played in her head.

Flashback:

Sprigatito was in an alleyway as her trainer, a young girl looked down at her with anger. The grass-type Pokemon mewled as she begged her trainer not to leave her in the rain.

“You're such an embarrassment!” The girl shouted. “You ruined everything for me!” The girl then ran off, leaving Sprigatito heartbroken.

End of Flashback:

Sprigatito gasped as she stepped back from Lewis, scared. She was in fear of the same thing happening to her again. Disappointing her trainer and being released again. 

Lewis saw how scared Sprigatito was, and reached his hand out to her. “Darling, are you ok?” He asked.

Sprigatito stepped back before running off crying, shocking everyone.

“W-Wait!” Lewis shouted. “Sprigatito!” The group went and chased after her, but soon they started to lose her as she started to pick up speed. She turned around the corner, and once the group arrived they lost the Grass Cat Pokemon.

“Where did she go?” Sara asked.

“Sprigatito! Where are you!?” Lewis yelled.

“Eevee! Eevee!” Oddity called out.

“Excuse me.”

The group looked up to see it was Nurse Joy, who looked concerned for the four.

“Did a Sprigatito pass by here?” She asked.

Lewis nodded, “Y-yeah. I was trying to catch her, but she just ran off.”

Nurse Joy sighed feeling bad.

Wiatt was then hit with a realization, “Nurse Joy do you know that Sprigatito?” He asked.

The nurse nodded, “if you would follow me to the Pokemon Center, I’ll tell you everything you need to know.”

The group nodded and followed Nurse Joy to the Pokemon Center.

Up on the rooftop, Team Rocket watched the entire scene from above and went from spying on Wiatt and his friends to spy on Sprigatito who was still running off.

“Say, that Sprigatito is really cute,” Jessie commented. “It’s fitting for someone like me.”

“It sure does.” Meowth agreed. “It sensed the twerp is a twerp, so it’s easy for us to grab and give it to the boss!”

James sighed, “It's been a while since you said that, but let’s hear it.”

“Picture the boss one day, in a bad mood…” Meowth started as one of his boss's fantasies started to play.

In Mewoth’s fantasy, it showed the boss chibi walking back and forth upset as his Persian looked at him back and forth.

“You mean like he is every day?” James asked.

“He then turns to his Persian, and yells…” Meowth cleared his voice to mimic Giovanni’s, “You are a useless Persian! You are boring to me!”

The fantasized Giovanni pointed a finger and yelled at his Persian before giving the Classy Cat Pokemon the blast-off. Fantasy Giovanni collapsed on his couch with a sigh.

“Man, I need a new companion,” Meowth said using his Giovanni's voice. Meowth then switched back to his regular voice, “That’s when Sprigatito comes in and starts nuzzling the boss. They will tap their little feet spreading that lovely aroma, which would make the boss relaxed.”

In the fantasy, Giovanni sees his door open and Sprigaitito appears before running over to him and going on his lap nuzzling him. The Grass Cat Pokemon starts rubbing her paws as the lovely aroma fills the air and Giovanni feels relaxed.

“Then the boss will say…” Meowth paused to switch back to his Giovanni impression, “This is a wonderful companion for me, and I should thank Meowth and his friends for giving me this lovely Pokemon, and in return I should give them a raise.”

Jessie and James got excited hearing about a big raise after giving Sprigatito to the boss. “We’ll finally get the respect we deserve! Because we gave the boss a Pokemon that brings him joy!” The two sang together.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet yelled.

“And to make sure the plan works I got ourselves something new that should help us capture the Sprigatito!” Meowth exclaimed.  The Scratch Cat Pokémon revealed a box showing a Pokeball-shaped cage. “Meet the Poke Grabber 25!” 

“Fancy!” James exclaimed.

“Good news we can capture as many Pokemon as we can with this!” Meowth explained.

“Ooooh!” Jessie and James exclaimed. However, James heard good news and had to ask the Normal-type Pokemon one thing.

“Wait, if you said good news then what’s the bad news?” James asked.

Meowth sighed as he dumped the contents of the box. “It’s from that company where we have to put it all together for it to work.” He explained.

“Great.” Jessie and James said at the same time.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet exclaimed.

At the Pokemon Center, Nurse Joy and the four researchers sat at a table. The nurse sighed before telling the four about Sprigatito.

“I guess you're all wondering why Sprigatito was so scared of you?” Nurse Joy started.

“She wasn’t scared of me before, just when I tried to capture her in a Pokeball,” Lewis explained.

Nurse Joy sighed, “I see.” She replied.

Wiatt thought for a bit and a theory came to mind. “Nurse Joy, did Sprigatito have a trainer?” He asked.

“They did, yes.” Nurse Joy answered. “It was a year ago, and I was running errands before heading back to the Pokemon Center, on my way back I saw a young girl running off, and I didn’t know why.” She explained remembering everything that happened, “Once I got closer that’s when I saw Sprigatito all alone. I connected the dots and realized that the trainer abandoned Sprigatito.”

The group looked horrified hearing what Sprigatito went through and it made sense why she went through and why she ran off when Lewis tried to catch her. Their horrified expressions turned to anger and sadness towards the grass-type Pokémon.

“No wonder why Sprigatito ran off like that,” Oliver said, feeling bad for the grass-type Pokemon. “She was scared you’d abandon her again.”

Lewis looked shocked. No way he’d do that to a Pokémon.

“How could someone do such a thing!” Sara growled. “I’d like to meet this trainer and give them a piece of my mind.”

Lewis let out a sigh, as anger wasn’t the answer. “I’m going to find her.” He said getting up from his seat.

“Huh?” The group questioned.

“Sprigatito is alone out there. She needs someone to care for her, to show her that she won’t be abandoned again.” Lewis explained.

Wiatt smiled, agreeing with his friend. “Lewis is right, we need to find her.”

Lewis smiled, seeing Wiatt agreeing with him. He then turned his gaze to his friend’s Eevee. “Oddity, think you’d be able to use your sense of smell to track her down?” He asked.

Oddity nodded and used his paws to look like he gave a salute, “Eevee Vee!” He replied. Oddity got off the table and sniffed Lewis hoping to catch Sprigatito’s scent. Oddity nodded, catching Sprigaito’s scent and running outside to find her.

“Let’s follow him!” Lewis exclaimed.

“Right!” The rest of the researchers agreed and followed their Eevee to look for Sprigatito.

The search took hours, as they went around the town and looked into alleyways that Sprigatito could be hiding in. During the search, the researchers asked people around Saffron City if they’d seen the Grass-type Pokemon, but none had seen Sprigatito pass by. Oddity kept following Sprigatito’s scent and saw it led to Route 6.

“Eevee.” Oddity said.

“You know where she is?” Lewis asked.

Oddity nodded, “Vee.” 

“Then lead the way, darling!” 

“Eevee!”

Lewis and Oddity ran leaving Saffron City and heading to Route 6 with Wiatt, Oliver, and Sara behind them.

Oddity sniffed the area and caught Sprigatito’s scent going past some bushes. Once going through them Oddity stopped and carefully walked, peeking through some of the trees.

Lewis came by and Oddity used his tail to tell the young boy to be quiet. The boy nodded as he and Oddity looked through the bushes, and their eyes widened at what they saw.

In the clearing, Sprigatito was dancing using a rock as her stage. She twirled, jumped, and did all sorts of cute dance moves. Soon, she used a move, Leafage, as she spun in the air before doing more dances.

“Amazing,” Lewis whispered. “S-She’s a performer.”

“Eevee,” Oddity replied.

Wiatt and the rest of the crew showed up but saw Sprigatito doing her performance. Sara was about to speak before being hushed by Lewis, who told the three to stay quiet and watch Sprigatito perform.

“Is she dancing?” Sara asked.

“She is darling. She is.” Lewis answered, smiling at the Grass Cat Pokemon.

Sprigaito continued to dance before finishing off with Leafage and landing on a pose. She tried catching her breath and smiled before bowing.

Oddity couldn’t hold his excitement any longer and soon started to cheer for the grass-type Pokemon.

Sprigatito’s eyes widened as she looked up to see Oddity jumping around for joy, as Wiatt and the others tried to quiet him down. Her body turned white as a ghost realizing someone was watching her perform. She shivered and was about to run away again before Lewis stopped her.

“Sprigatito wait!” Lewis shouted.

The grass type skidded to a halt, but didn’t turn to face the boy.

“Darling, that was amazing! I didn’t know you had that kind of talent!” Lewis exclaimed.

Sprigatito felt like crying, she was embarrassed that someone, not a group of people saw her in the act.

“It was very beautiful!” Sara exclaimed.

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed.

Sprigatito slowly turned as the group saw tears in her eyes. She sniffled and tried to brush them away, but the tears continued to fall.

“Sprigatito what’s wrong?” Oliver asked.

Lewis knew exactly what was wrong. He walked over to Sprigatito and slowly put his hand on her head.

Sprigatito flinched, but her eyes widened, feeling Lewis pet her. She looked up at the researcher in shock.

“You love performing but you have stage fright. Isn’t that right darling?” Lewis asked.

Sprigatito’s eyes widened knowing Lewis was right. “Meow.” She replied, giving a nod.

“I heard your trainer left you,” Lewis said.

Sprigatito flinched and stepped back.

“Look, I know your old trainer hurt you! But I’m not that trainer!” Lewis yelled.

Sprigatito didn’t believe it. Not one bit. She stepped back ready to dash off, but Oddity came by her side.

“Eevee! Eevee Vee!” Oddity exclaimed telling Sprigatito to give Lewis a chance.

Sprigatito’s eyes widened, but she wasn’t so sure about Lewis.

“Sprigatito,” Wiatt spoke up. “Lewis is right, he’s not like your old trainer. He’s kind and sweet.”

Lewis smiled, slightly blushing at the comment.

“Meow. Meow?” Sprigatito asked, wondering if what Wiatt said was true about Lewis.

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed.

Sprigatito gave a small smile and looked up at the four. However, a Pokeball capsule came down from the ground and snatched Oddity and Sprigatito before being lifted up in the air.

The group gasped in horror.

“Sprigatito!” Lewis shouted.

“Oddity!” Wiatt shouted.

Laughter was heard as the group looked up to see a Meowth hot air balloon, and Team Rocket inside it.

“Oh great, not you three!” Sara yelled.

Team Rocket laughed as the group started their motto.

“We got a Sprigatitto, so prepare for trouble!” Jessie started.

“And we got an Eevee on the double!” James added.

“To protect the world from devastation.”

“To unite all peoples within our nation.”

“To denounce the evils of truth and love.”

“To extend our reach to the stars above!”

“Jessie!”

“James!”

“Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!”

“Surrender now or prepare for a fight!”

“Meowth! That’s right!” Meowth finished.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet added.

“Team Rocket!” Wiatt and his friends yelled. “Give back Oddity and Sprigatito!”

Team Rocket just laughed, “We heard the same question over and over, and it’s gonna be the same answer over and over.” Jessie started.

“No!” Team Rocket answered.

The group glared, as they didn’t have any other Pokemon that could help stop Team Rocket.

“Aww, what’s the matter twerps! Have no other Pokemon to stop us?” Meowth asked, mocking the group.

The balloon flew higher as Oddity and Sprigittito cried for help.

“Hang on, Oddity!” Wiatt yelled, chasing after Team Rocket.

“Wiatt! Hold on!” Lewis yelled following Wiatt. With Sara and Oliver right behind them.

Team Rocket looked down, seeing Wiatt and his friends chasing after them. “Ah, this is just like walking through memory lane.” Jessie sighed.

“It sure is!” James replied.

“Alright let’s pull these two Pokémon up to our balloon!” Meowth exclaimed. He pulled out the remote and pressed the button, but instead of pulling the two Pokémon up, it opened the capsule and everyone was in shock as the two Pokemon fell out.

Oddity and Sprigatito fell screaming as they started to fall to the ground at high speeds.

“Oddity!” Wiatt yelled.

“Sprigatito!” Lewis yelled.

The two boys caught their Pokémon respectively and hugged them tight. “Oddity,  are you okay?” Wiatt asked.

“What about you darling?” Lewis asked.

“Eevee!” Oddity replied.

“Meow!” Sprigatito replied.

Wiatt smiled and hugged Oddity tight. Lewis sighed and hugged Sprigatito as well, which surprised her.

Meowth looked horrified as Jessie and James growled at their Pokémon. “Meowth! Why did you release them?!” Jessie exclaimed.

Meowth looked down at the remote and chuckled nervously. “Looks like I grabbed the wrong remote.”

“WRONG REMOTE?!” Jessie and James shouted at the same time.

“There were two remotes in the box! One to capture the Pokémon and one to release them!” Meowth exclaimed, showing the two remotes.

“Why would you get a contraption with two remotes!?” Jessie exclaimed.

“And how come you didn’t label them!?” James added.

Meowth frowned and looked down, “Well you two were rushing me so we don’t miss our appearance that I decided not to label them.” He explained.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet exclaimed.

Jessie and James sighed, but Jessie was the one to pick the team back up. “Well, now we have two remotes, and know which one is to release the Pokemon and the other to snatch them again!” Jessie exclaimed.

“Alright!” Meowth yelled as he pressed the button as the capsule went to capture the Pokemon again.

“Oddity! Use Shadow Ball to destroy that capsule!” Wiatt commanded.

Oddity jumped and launched a Shadow Ball at the capsule, destroying it. Team Rocket screamed seeing their only way of capturing Pokemon was destroyed.

Jessie glared as she took out a Pokeball. “Alright, I guess we’ll just take them by force!” She yelled. “Seviper, let's go!” She threw her Pokeball and out came her Seviper.

“Seviper!” Seviper hissed.

“Alright, Morpeko go!” James commanded throwing his Pokeball.

“More!” Morpeko exclaimed as they went next to Seviper and were ready to fight.

Oddity and Sprigatito growled and went in front of their trainers ready to battle.

“Seviper! Bite attack!” Jessie commanded.

“Morpeko, use Aura Wheel!” James commanded.

Morpeko formed a light blue energy before charging over at Oddity. 

Seviper’s jaws opened, ready to chomp on Sprigatito, who shivered in fear seeing she was about to be attacked.

“Dodge it!” Wiatt and Lewis shouted at the same time.

Sprigatito’s eyes widened as she stepped to the side and did a little spin. Seviper tried to use Bite again, but Sprigatito did the same move again.

Oddity jumped up to the right away from Morpeko’s Aura Wheel.

“Oddity, Quick Attack!” Wiatt commanded.

Oddity started to dash and rammed into Morpeko, slamming them into a tree.

“Sprigatito, use Scratch on Seviper!” Lewis commanded.

Sprigatito jumped as her claw glowed white as she scratched Seviper on the face. The Fang Snake Pokemon hissed in pain.

“Wrap that little cat, Seviper!” Jessie shouted.

Seviper’s eyes widened as they wrapped Sprigatito with their tail. The grass-type Pokemon mewled in pain, but she glared and ended up using Bite on Seviper’s tail making the poison-type scream and letting go of Sprigatito.

“That was Bite!” Oliver exclaimed.

“Sprigatito is amazing!” Sara commented.

Sprigatito turned to the group and smiled. This boosted her confidence as she was ready to battle more.

“Morpeko! Stop that twerp with Aura Wheel!” James commanded.

“Mor!” Morpeko exclaimed, switching to Hangry Mode.

Oddity gasped seeing Morpeko change forms. Going from yellow and brown to purple and black with glowing red eyes.

“I’ve seen this before. Morpeko can switch to Hangry mode with every turn.” Wiatt explained. “Oddity dodge it and use Shadow Ball!” 

Oddity jumped missing the Aura Wheel and then launched a Shadow Ball at Morpeko, which turned them back into normal mode and launched them back at Team Rocket’s balloon. The evil team screamed as Morpeko slammed into James’s face, knocking the two out.

This left Sprigatito and Oddity versus Jessie’s Seviper.

Seviper towered over the two like a giant, but Oddity and Sprigatito looked at each other and nodded ready to attack together.

“Seviper, stop those little brats with Poison Tail!” Jessie commanded.

“Seviper!” Seviper hissed as their tail turned purple.

“Dodge it!” Wiatt and Lewis yelled at the same time.

Oddity dashed out of the way, while Sprigatito danced out of the way. Seviper decided to attack Sprigatito instead and the Grass Cat Pokemon used some of her dance moves to doge every attack out of the way.

“Amazing! Keep at it, darling!” Lewis yelled.

Seviper kept using Poison Tail as Sprigatito kept on dancing and using her skills to dodge each attack.

“Hold still you little show off, and let Seviper crush you!” Jessie yelled.

Sprigatito kept doing what she was doing until she was backed into a tree. Seviper was ready to do the finishing blow, but Sprigatito jumped up missing the attack, and Seviper’s tail got stuck on the tree. Sprigatito then landed next to Seviper ready for Lewis to command the attack.

“Alright. Sprigatito use Leafage!” Lewis commanded.

Sprigatito let out a cry as she did a somersault in the air and launched leaves at Seviper, which removed them from the tree and straight into Team Rocket’s balloon. The attack caused the balloon to explode sending Team Rocket into another blast off.

“Well, I guess we learned our lesson of the day.” James started, holding Morpeko close.

“That no matter the twerps, new or old we’re still gonna lose?” Meowth answered.

“I think what James meant is next time label stuff so we don’t have problems next time!” Jessie yelled.

“Well, yes to both actually.” James revealed.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet exclaimed.

Jessie and Meowth sighed, “Well here’s one lesson Team Rocket learns every day.” Meowth said.

“Looks like Team Rocket is blasting off again!” Team Rocket yelled as they went far into the sky, as a star twinkled in the sky.

Sprigatito bowed seeing Team Rocket defeated, which means she ended the battle.

“Darling,” Lewis spoke up.

“Meow,” Sprigatito replied as she turned to Lewis.

“That was amazing what you did there!” He exclaimed.

Sprigatito turned away and gave a nervous smile. 

Lewis knew Sprigatito was still nervous around him. “Sprigatito, let’s get back on track. I’m nothing like your old trainer. I’m willing to give you a chance.” He said.

“Meow. Meow.” Sprigatito replied, saying she wasn’t sure.

“I’ve known Lewis forever,” Sara spoke up. “He isn’t someone who would leave someone behind, he cares.”

“Same here,” Oliver spoke up. “He’s very caring.”

Sprigatito looked over at Lewis as kneeled in front of her. “I want you to have a second chance darling.” He said. “You're an amazing Pokémon, and you and I are going to go on adventures together.”

The grass cat Pokemon felt tears well up in her eyes and soon she jumped into Lewis’s arms as he caught her. 

“So what do you say, darling? Want to tag along with us?” Lewis asked.

“Meow! Meow!” Sprigatito exclaimed, accepting the offer.”

Lewis chuckled and took out a Pokeball. Before he could tap it on Sprigatito, the grass cat Pokémon used her paw to open the Pokeball as she went inside. The Pokeball shook a few times before a click was heard indicating the capture was successful.

“Welcome to our team, darling,” Lewis whispered. “Sprigatito come on out!”

The Pokeball opened and Sprigatito came right out smiling. “Meow!” She explained.

Oddity went over to her and put his paw out, “Eevee. Vee.” He said, translating to welcome to the team.

“Meow!” Sprigatito exclaimed as she shook Oddity’s paw. The two started to chase and play with each other causing the group to laugh.

“Well, looks like Oddity’s made a best friend!” Wiatt exclaimed.

“He sure has,” Lewis replied.

Sprigatito stopped and looked at Lewis before jumping into his arms again. Lewis chuckled and held her back glad to have met his first ever Pokemon.

Fun Facts: Might do this at the end of every fanfic just for fun. Might go back to the previous chapters and drop some, but these will start at the end of every chapter. If I can come up with ideas.

Sprigatito is female. 

(Spoilers for next chapter) When Sprigatito is happy or sees someone stressed her aroma from her paws gives off a nice scent that makes one relaxed.

Also, I won’t say who, but I do plan on introducing Sprigatito’s former trainer at some point, and BOY will you guys be all in for a treat!

Also, I officially made Lewis a cat dad! Or a Cat Pokemon Dad!

Nothing Bad Happens AU: The basic shit doesn’t happen and things are nice and wholesome. For the most part. I mean no one is dead, but shit still happens.

Nicholson Twins AU: An AU where Wiatt and Sara are twin siblings. Things are still the same as in canon, but a few twist and turns to keep the story good and going.

Dreamers of Myths and Legends (Pokémon AU): Wiatt and the Founder Trio are the newest researchers for Eric’s Research Facility and to kick it off the four decide to research on myths and legendary Pokemon.

Soul Gem AU/Magia: Take the concept of the Calamity Box from Amphibia, Magical boy/girl series, and WTDW. You get Soul Gem AU! Basically, Wiatt finds a magical box in his grandfather's mansion and after being forced by Sara to open it, the Founder Trio and Wiatt are given magical powers.

Litho Knows Best: The Founder Trio get kidnapped by Litho, who then erases their memories and makes the three believe they are Litho's children.

Can A Human Date a Merman?: When Lewis Bright was 8-years old he became friends with a mermaid, or merman named Wiatt.

Magia Chapter 1-A Mysterious Box

So for a while, I had this AU concept similar to Amphibia with the Founder Trio and Wiatt finding this mysterious box with gems, but I didn’t want to make it a straight up Amphibia AU, just the box concept plus the powers that came with it. I played it around with multiple AU’s some of which haven’t been shared yet, but nothing worked. 

After a while and a discussion in a Discord server I was on, I figured out what kind of story to use this concept, which I dubbed Soul Gem AU! (This isn’t a Madoka Magica-related AU. I just borrowed the name for this AU)

This AU is The Founder Trio and Wiatt (Who I call the Dream 4/Dream Quartet) are given powers thanks to a mysterious box.

Wiatt Nicholson stared at his phone, took a deep breath, and pressed Lewis’s name on his phone. It started to ring as Wiatt put it up on his ear and waited for Lewis to pick up the phone.

“Hello?” Lewis asked on the other line.

“Hey, Lewis.” Wiatt replied.

“Oh! Darling hello!”

“Hey! How’s the facility coming along?”

Lewis sighed, “Well I’ve been trying to make the animatronics talk, but that’s the least of my worries right now.” He explained. “It’s about Sara.”

Wiatt groaned rolling his eyes, he never liked Sara. He felt something off with that girl. “What about her?” He asked.

“She locks herself in her office taking personal phone calls,” Lewis explained giving out a sigh.

Wiatt groaned in disgust as he was about to tell Lewis he was right about not trusting Sara, but Lewis continued venting about his best friend.

“I worry about her, you know. I don’t know if it’s the stress of the facility or if someone is pushing her away from us, but I’m running out of ideas on how to have her open up to me!” Lewis complained.

Wiatt sighed he couldn’t think of any ideas on how to help his boyfriend’s friendship problems. He wasn’t the best at giving advice, just support. “I wish I could help Lewis, but nothing comes to mind.”

Lewis sighed, “I’ve tried to get Eric, Oliver, and even Sara’s caretaker to talk to her but nothing. And I’m stressing out over this. At this point, I might have to speak to her myself again.”

Wiatt thought for a bit and had an idea. “What if I visit you this weekend?” He asked.

“Huh?” Lewis asked.

“Yeah, I’ll drive down there and we can just spend time together like we used to,” Wiatt explained.

Lewis frowned, “darling, I told you before I left that you can’t come with me.”

“It’s just for the weekend, Lewis.” Wiatt reassured him, “Just a little break from the stress and then I’ll head back home. Plus I do want to see what the facility looks like.”

Lewis thought for a second. It would be nice to see Wiatt again, but also the facility is about to open in a few months. However, it wouldn’t hurt to take a break for a few days plus it may help him figure out what to say to Sara.

Wiatt didn’t hear Lewis for a bit and asked, “You still there?” He asked.

“I am darling, I am,” Lewis reassured him. “I guess it wouldn’t hurt for you to come over this weekend.”

Wiatt smiled, “great!” He exclaimed, a little too excitedly. Realizing this, he cleared his throat and tried to act calm, “I mean…great I’ll be there Friday night and we can hang out Saturday.”

Lewis chuckled, “Sounds great! See you then darling.” He said.

The two hung up and Wiatt sighed, smiling and seeing he was finally going to see Lewis again. He hadn’t seen him in person in years and he missed him. Quickly, Wiatt got up and started packing for his trip to see Lewis.

He packed his backpack with stuff that would be important for the trip. As he was looking for a good shirt to wear, he stumbled across a jewelry box that was tucked way back into his closet.

“I've never seen this before?” Wiatt commented.

Wiatt removed and pushed some stuff out of the way before grabbing the jewelry box.

The jewelry box was wooden brown and rectangular. On the lid of the box were four diamonds painted in the colors of pink, blue, green, and yellow. The base of the box had a red jewel in the shape of an eye, and below was a pattern of gold and silver circles.

This piqued Wiatt’s curiosity. He knew his grandfather did some exploring before he went missing and wondered if this came from one of his travels. Though he wondered: what it was doing in his closet?

Wiatt decided to open the box and his eyes widened to see four gems that matched the color of the ones pictured on the lid of the box.

“Wow,” Wiatt whispered, as he saw the yellow gem shine. “Where did you find these, grandpa?” He asked. 

Shrugging it off, Wiatt closed the box and put it down before finding some clothes that he would wear when visiting Lewis. He zipped up his backpack and decided to get some sleep, that is, if he could sleep.

Wiatt was nervous seeing Lewis again. Heck he wasn’t sure if they would hang out and he’d just see him at the facility and that’s it. He sighed and decided to not think about it and get some sleep.

Not long after, Wiatt woke up at 4:15 am. He sighed and decided to leave a little earlier than usual. He changed out of his pajamas and put on a dark blue t-shirt with small, star-patterned, tan pants. He grabbed his backpack and was ready to leave out the door till he turned back to the jewelry box that was left on the ground.

Wiatt went to pick it up and opened it again, seeing the jewels before closing it and putting it into his backpack. He didn’t know why he brought it with him, he just felt like he needed to bring it.

“Alright, Lewis. I’m coming.” Wiatt said, leaving his grandfather’s mansion and walking to the bus station, heading to Happy Hollow.

What Wiatt didn’t know was that the yellow gem inside the jewelry box started to glow brighter.

Two Birds Chap. 2- Separated in Sadness

Trigger Warning!! There’s only a few, but it’s still a warning!! Bullying and slight transphobia. 

Here is the next chapter for you all! I’m glad you’ve been enjoying this Au so far.

I was going to get this next chapter out sooner, but a few things delayed me from doing so.

First was the newest short for WTDW and I had to think if this should be a time-skip chapter or not. Then I came up with a Pokémon WTDW AU (as well as a few more AU’s and stories for this series) and wanted to work on that specific AU before working on Two Birds again. Be advised I work on tons of fanfictions and my brain wants to focus on one before working on the other. Finally, after the newest episode came out and boy that episode gave me ideas for ALL my WTDW fanfics~ I did have ideas for this Au before the episode since this is an Au after all and I’m excited!

Last but not least for those new to the fanfic. I know Wiatt is trans, but to play it safe I’m using his he/him pronouns at an early age.

It was Sunday night, and that specific night was the final night before Wiatt and Sara headed back to school. Owen decided to celebrate that night by cooking the two’s favorite dinner; spaghetti and meatballs.

Once the food was done and laid out on the table, Owen yelled for his friends. “Wiatt! Sara! Dinner is ready!” 

Owen sat down and waited for his kids to come running down the stairs and quickly eat their dinner, but something was off.

“Wiatt! Sara! I made your favorites!” Owen yelled again.

He then heard footsteps, but they seemed quieter than the loud running footsteps he’s been used to. When the twins came down, they were upset, not saying a word as they sat down to eat.

“Alright, what’s wrong you two?” Owen asked. “Did you guys argue again? Or did you lose a level on that kart racing game?”

Wiatt and Sara glanced at each other before they topped their spaghetti with some cheese and extra meatballs before eating in silence.

Owen sighed and started to think of what else could have upset his twins. “Alright, I’m gonna guess. Is it about school tomorrow?” He asked.

Wiatt and Sara nodded yes as the two started to eat their food.

“I see,” Owen said. He knew why the twins were upset, and despite them being okay about it, the thought of the first day of school being the next day the harsh reality hit the twins hard. “Look this was bound to happen, you guys can’t be in the same classes every year.”

This made the twins feel worse.

Owen was starting to run out of ideas to cheer his kids up. He had to think of something, quickly. “M-Maybe it won’t be so bad. Besides, you'll have time before class, recess during lunch, and lunch time to spend time together.”

Wiatt and Sara looked at each other, feeling a little better, “I guess you're right.” Wiatt replied.

Owen gave a smile, “see!” He exclaimed. “If it makes you feel better, how about on Friday I’ll treat you two for ice cream.”

“Alright! I’ll give it a try.” Sara replied, smiling knowing ice cream was mentioned.

“Same.” Wiatt replied.

“Great. Now eat your dinner, and maybe if you finish it, there’s two slices of cake I bought for dessert you two could have” Owen reminded them as he ate a bite of his dinner.

The twins gasped and smiled before going ahead and eating their spaghetti. Once they finished their dinner, Owen took the plates and as promised gave them each a slice of cake for dessert.

A little later, everyone went to sleep, tucked in and completely full. However, a few hours into the night, Wiatt was awoken by someone shaking him.

“Wiatt.” Sara whispered.

Wiatt groaned and saw his sister awake and holding her little goat plush. He looked at the time to see it was 11:20 pm. “Sara, it’s the middle of the night, what do you want?” He asked.

“I can’t sleep. Could I sleep with you?” She asked.

Wiatt sighed and moved over a bit so his sister could have room. She gave a small smile and got into bed with her brother.

“Thanks.” Sara said.

“No problem.” Wiatt replied.

Sara got herself comfortable and turned to her brother, “are you scared?” She asked.

“Of going to school?” Wiatt asked back.

“Y-Yeah.”

Wiatt sighed, and turned to give his sister a hug. “I’m scared too, but remember you have me to talk to if anything happens.” He reassured her.

Sara sighed, “okay.”

Wiatt smiled and pushed a strand of hair from his sister’s face. “Now, get some sleep.” He said, closing his eyes and drifting off.

“Okay. Night, Wiatt.” Sara whispered before closing her eyes and hugging her goat plush tight.

“Night, sis.” Wiatt replied as the twins fell asleep.

The following morning, Owen dropped off the twins at school, who just stared at the building in its looming presence. “I wish you two luck on your first day, you’ll be fine I promise.” He said before driving off.

Wiatt sighed and held his backpack tight, “well, let’s get this over with then.” Wiatt said.

“Okay.” Sara replied as she followed behind her brother.

As the two made their way to the 2nd grade line up area and saw their classroom numbers were next to each other. “See it might not be so bad, I’m right next door.” Wiatt said, putting his arm around his sister.

Sara sighed, “I guess.” She replied.

Wiatt ruffled her hair a bit as they both put their stuff down and ran to the school playground to play. It cleared Sara and Wiatt’s mind for a bit and once the bell rang they were ready to go inside their respective classes. Before they left, Sara hugged her brother before following the rest of her classmates inside of her classroom.

Once inside, things remained calm, however, Sara had a feeling that something was going to go wrong. She decided to shake it off and focus, it was the first day after all…

What’s the worst that could happen?

Behind Sara, sat three kids who glared at her from behind. “Isn’t that the girl who’s dad runs that local arcade?” A blonde-haired kid, named Jo asked.

The other kid, a boy, named Maddy, looked over and nodded. “It sure is.” He exclaimed.

The three friends smirked and the other young boy threw a paper ball at Sara’s head. She was confused and turned around and the kids pretended they didn’t throw the paper at her. Sara sighed and shrugged it off as she grabbed her stuff from her backpack.

Seconds later another piece of a rolled up paper ball hit Sara again. She was getting annoyed and glared at the trio. “What’s so funny? Huh!?” Sara asked.

It wasn’t till one of the taller boys, Geoff, stood up that Sara silenced herself. . Sara squeaked and went quiet before going back to her seat.

“Man, she’s such a wuss.” Jo whispered.

“For being related to the arcade man, she’s pathetic.” Geoff replied, as they laughed.

Sara sighed and decided to ignore them. They were being jerks, she’s seen those kinds of kids at the arcade, and all she had to do was ignore them and not let them get to her. Even if she felt like crying…

With it being the first day of school, it was more of introducing the kids to what they will be learning throughout the year, rather than actually learning. However, despite the supposed-to-be welcoming environment, Sara's new bullies persisted. They continued to throw things, as well passed a note around that had bad language about Sara, which made the other kids snicker. Once the note went to her, Sara’s eyes widened seeing all the comments her peers wrote about her.

Sara’s pathetic.

Sara’s a weirdo!

Sara’s a loser.

Sara held back tears, but her sniffle was heard, which made the kids snicker.

“She’s gonna cry.” Maddy whispered.

“So she is a baby.” Jo added.

Sara put her head down, she glanced at her teacher who passed by the bullies, but said nothing about how they were acting. This crushed her a bit, and she wished lunch time would start so she could be with her brother and get away from her classmates.

By lunch, all the kids were playing on the playground, but not Sara who sat underneath a big tree with her knees up to her face.

“Sara?”

Sara looked up to see it was her brother, who looked worried at her.

“Are you okay?” He asked.

“No.” Sara replied.

Wiatt sat next to his sister and put his arm around her. “What happened?”

Before Sara could respond an empty water bottle came flying and hit Sara in the head. She let out a shriek and while it didn’t hurt her, it did scare her. Wiatt was horrified and turned to see that the trio of bullies standing where the bottle was thrown.

“They happened.” Sara cried.

Wiatt glared and growled as he marched over to the bullies. “Hey! Knock it off!” He yelled. The bullies stared at Wiatt with a smirk. “Leave my little sister alone!”

“Huh, didn’t know the wuss had a brother.” Geoff commented.

Maddy scoffed, “he doesn’t look like a boy. He looks like a gir-'' the boy was cut off when Wiatt shoved him to the ground.

“Don’t you DARE call me a girl!” Wiatt shouted.

Jo shoved Wiatt on the ground back and pinned him down.

“Wiatt!” Sara yelled, as she runned towards her brother. However, before she could pull the blonde haired kid off her brother, Geoff grabbed Sara by her overalls and pinned her down as well.

Sara shivered as tears started to fall from her eyes. She let out a sob as she saw Jo punch Wiatt in the face. Her eyes widened in horror as she saw that she was going to suffer the same fate as well.

Just as the taller boy was about to hit Sara, the bell rang and the bullies got off the Nicholson Twins. “You two are lucky the bell rang!” Geoff shouted.

“Next time you mess with us, we’ll do so much worse to your wuss of a sister!” Jo threatened before the three walked back to class.

Wiatt glared, “jerks!” He spat, getting up and checking on his glasses to see if they were cracked. He turned to Sara who got up and was crying. Wiatt frowned and slowly went to his sister and pulled her into a hug.

“I don’t like school anymore.” Sara cried. “I want to go home!”

Wiatt frowned and rubbed his sister’s back as she cried. He didn’t care if both of them would get in trouble for coming back late, his sister needed comfort right now.

When school ended for the day, Owen waited in his car for his kids. He saw most of the kids walking out the school, but not his own. He was worried his kids got in trouble on their first day of school. Just as he was about to leave the car he saw Wiatt and Sara come out of the building, but something felt off about them.

Wiatt and Sara saw their dad’s car and went over to it, opened the door and sat in the backseat not saying a word or even looking up at their father.

“Are you two okay?” Owen asked.

“No.” Sara replied. “Some kids hate me.” 

Owen’s eyes widened until he looked at his son. He let out a gasp seeing a bruise had formed on his cheek. “Wiatt don’t tell me you got into a fight again.”

“I had to! They threw an empty bottle at Sara and they called me…” Wiatt shouted, forming tears in his eyes.

Owen frowned, “Wiatt I told you no fighting. Even if it’s just to protect your sister, or even to correct people.” He reminded his son.

“I know! But they deserve it!” 

“Wiatt Rowan Carlos Nicholson enough!” Owen shouted.

Wiatt shut his mouth as his father dropped his full name. Sara flinched as well.  “Sorry.” He said, quietly. “I just don’t like how Sara was treated today.”

Owen sighed calming down. “I understand you care for your sister, and I’m sorry for raising my voice.” He said.

It went quiet in the car, as everyone needed to calm down after what happened. Sara was the one to break the silence, “c-can we go home now?” She asked.

“Y-Yeah. Let’s go home.” Owen replied as he started the car and drove back home. The car ride was silent, no one said a word or asked if music should be played. It was going to be a long school year for the entire family.

WTDW Mermaid AU

So I may or may not write this, but figured I share what I got so far:

The story is VERY Wilight coded!

For this mermaid AU: Wiatt and the Founder Trio are in their teens. So no facility, no deaths (of the main cast), but Litho still causes problems!

In the AU Wiatt is a mermaid and one of the only mermaids alive. He and Lewis meet when they were children (8-9 years old). The two become best friends.

When Wiatt and Lewis are 16, Wiatt asks him out, which prompts the question Can a Human Date a Merman? (This will MOST LIKELY BE THE TITLE!!) Wiatt kisses him in the cheek and tells him, "I don't know, but fuck it let's do it!" They plan a date, and Lewis forgets that day is how he, Oliver and Sara became friends.

Speaking of Sara, she still gets bullied, but her bullies don't die AND she also meets Lewis and Oliver WAY earlier in the story then in middle/high school like in the canon.

Also the Founder Trio still compete in events, but instead of building a Children's Entertainment Center it's either the trio are future Game Devs, or a group that makes web comics.

Lewis tries to make an excuse why he can't plan the event, which gets Sara suspicious and her and Oliver follow their friend. They find Lewis who had fallen into the water, but he lies about Wiatt because he's nervous telling his friends he's now dating a merman.

The two friends get upset, and sorta avoid Lewis for a bit. Lewis tells Wiatt he needs to tell his friends, and Wiatt told him he didn't need to keep him a secret. Lewis explains that his friends may not believe him or what's worse Sara could tell the whole town. Wiatt realizes "oh."

One night during Wilight meetings, Lewis sees Wiatt got injured and takes him home (his mom is traveling for work so it's fine). He treats his tail and soon enough Sara and Oliver show up in hopes they make amends.

Lewis forgives his friends, and decides now he'll tell them about Wiatt. He introduces his merman boyfriend to his two best friends. And...they faint.

Oliver is in shock because in his words, "Ok my sister LOVES the little mermaid, but here your living THAT story!?"

That's all I have for the main plot, but here are a few things I do plan on adding.

Alyssa is friends with the trio and studies marine biology and loves learning about Sea Monsters.

Litho is either a kraken or Cthulhu like creature.

Carlos/Winnie is a merman who is evil.

Wiatt gives Lewis, Sara and Oliver the ability to breathe underwater for long periods of time. (Decided not to turn them into merpeople too because I already have this in another Mermaid AU)

Wiatt is a merman for the first half of the fanfic, and at some point he'll become human.

WTDWxAHIT Crossover Lore

Before you read I suggest checking out my fanifc Until I Found You as it's needed to understand this crossover! You can read it over on @crackshipparadise or on AO3!

So the past few days I've been working on a HUGE lore drop for a potential crossover with Welcome to Dreamworld and A Hat in Time. I was having fun with Until I Found You till my brain one day decided to add more A Hat in Time Characters to the lore.

So Here You GO!!

So AHIT is more into a modern AU! So many characters are humanized (for the most part), no aliens, etc.

Lucas/Snatcher and Vanessa knew of the Founder Trio and Wiatt during their time growing up. Vanessa is one of Sara's bullies (who survived the incident) and bullied her from day one till graduation. Vanessa also bullied Lewis, Oliver and even Wiatt.

How Vanessa survived what happened in the woods is still debatable to me. Either her mother prevented her from going with the trio or she was sick from school.

Lucas/Snatcher was best friends with Oliver growing up. Oliver became friends with Vanessa, but she didn't like him. When Oliver became friends with Lewis and Sara Vanessa gave him an ultimatum either be friends with Sara and Lewis and loose Lucas forever, or leave the duo and continue being friends with Lucas. Oliver chose Sara and Lewis, and Vanessa made sure Lucas and Oliver stopped being friends. It worked!

Sara and Artemis/Moonjumper have met growing up. WON'T SAY because I plan on touching that in UIF.

Vanessa does have regrets over how she treated Sara, but Sara has no signs of forgiving her. Heck even Wiatt and Oliver don't forgive her.

Hayley/Hat Kid and Bow (don't have a full name for her) become best friends with Carly, Ben and Liz. The five basically cause chaos and it's wholesome!

Hayley/Hat Kid is the adoptive daughter of Lucas and Vanessa. Bow isn't adopted yet, but she will be soon

Dreamers of Myths & Legends Chap. 3- Prepare for Trouble, We're Back on The Double!

I’m excited for this next chapter as we are bringing back some anime favorites!! That’s right! I planned this from the start to bring in a couple of anime favorites to this Au!

Everyone, you better prepare for trouble and make it double for our favorite trio, Team Rocket!

At night, everyone in the facility was asleep, however outside of the building three shadow figures tiptoed as they sneaked through the facility. They backed into the wall as the smaller figure looked out the window and saw Wiatt and his friends all asleep.

“Alright, they're sleepin’.” The smaller figure whispered.

“Good.” The two taller figures exclaimed at the same time. On cue, the street lights revealed the trio, a Meowth, a man, and a woman.

The woman had long, magenta-pink hair, styled like a comet, blue eyes, and wore a pair of green earrings. Her outfit was a white high-collared sleeved shirt with a large red R on the front over a black undershirt exposing her midriff, as well as a white mini skirt, black high-heeled thigh boots, and shoulder-length black gloves.

The man on the other hand had periwinkle, or rather lavender, colored short hair and green eyes. He also wore a white shirt with a large red R on the front over a black shirt, white pants, black boots, and long black gloves.

The three were Team Rocket, a pair of crooks that loved to steal Pokemon to give to their boss, Giovanni.

“So this is the new facility we’ve been hearing all about.” The woman named Jessie said.

“Yep! And from what I heard, the researchers of this place are searching for mythical Pokemon!” Meowth exclaimed.

Jessie laughed, “oh this will be fun!” She beamed. “James, this is the best way to debut once again!”

“Exactly, Jessie! Team Rocket cannot be stopped!” James beamed.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobuffett shouted.

A distant yawn was heard, and Team Rocket went into silent mode. They peeked through the window to see Ridley walking around the facility, hoping to find his way to the kitchen and grab himself a snack.

Team Rocket chuckled seeing they found their catch of the night. They stalked Ridley until the Pokémon went to the kitchen to get some fruit. Team Rocket saw a small opening in the window, pulled it down, and grabbed the Long Tail Pokemon by the tail.

“We still got it!” Jessie exclaimed.

“Team Rocket is back in business!” James added.

“And we’re here to stay!” Meowth finished.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet shouted.

The following morning, Wiatt was on the computer in the main room of the facility taking notes and drawing out a map as Oddity watched.

Passing by, Lewis yawned as he stopped and saw Wiatt on the computer. “Morning darling!” He exclaimed.

Wiatt turned and smiled, “Oh morning Lewis!” He replied.

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed, saying good morning.

Lewis walked over and saw what Wiatt was doing. “What’s all this?”

“Locations where Mew was spotted. I think we can use this information for our research.” Wiatt explained.

Lewis looked through all this and smiled. “Wow, no wonder why you woke up earlier than usual,” He commented.

Wiatt chuckled, rubbing the back of his head.

“Hey!” Sara called out. The two boys turned their heads towards Sara who was with Olvier and a concerned Eric,. “We have a problem.”

“Have you two seen Ridley anywhere?” Eric asked.

Wiatt and Lewis looked at each other and shook their heads. “I haven’t seen him since I woke up. I thought he’d still be asleep.” Wiatt explained.

“Did you check Carly’s room?” Lewis asked.

“We did,” Oliver replied, “we checked the kitchen, bathroom, even our room.”

“Oh deer,” Lewis said, concerned for the Aipom. “We should look for him Wiatt, he could have escaped the facility.”

Wiatt sighed, he could hold off on Mew research to help his friends. If anything happened with his Pokémon he’d be concerned too. “Alright, Oddity stay here in case Ridley pops up and is hiding.”

“Vee!” Oddity replied, stopping his feet.

The two boys left the room and once they were gone, Oddity sniffed the room hoping he’d catch a scent of Ridley. Surprisingly, he caught it, as well as a scent he never recognized. Oddity tilted his head, jumped up on the computer, and saw the security camera icon blinking.

“Eevee?” Oddity asked, wondering if he had found a clue to Ridley’s disappearance. Oddity used his paws to move the mouse on the camera icon and clicked on it.

The Eevee watched the footage and looked in shock before letting out a loud cry. “Eevee! Eevee!” Oddity cried.

“Ow!” Wiatt exclaimed, hitting his head underneath the table. “Oddity?!”

“I think he found something!” Lewis exclaimed. The group left the room and went to the heart of the lab to see what Oddity found.

At the heart of the facility, the group watched the footage of seeing Team Rocket take Ridley away, but due to how dark it was outside it was hard to tell their features.

“I can’t believe some jerks would just steal Ridley like that!” Sara yelled.

“I-I hope he’s okay.” Oliver shivered.

“I hope so too, darling,” Lewis replied.

Eric sighed, before a determined look appeared on his face,  “Well, we need to find him!” He exclaimed.

The four also got their determined faces on and nodded in agreement. “Right.” They all said.

Quickly the four and Oddity ran out of the facility to go look for Ridley. As they ran off, Sprigatito woke up and saw the group run off. After a bit of a stumble, the grass-type Pokemon was confused about where the group was rushing off to.

As the group was running, Sara came to realize something and quickly stopped. “Hold on guys.”

Wiatt skidded to a stop, which caused Lewis and Oliver to ram into the smaller boy as they collapsed to the ground. “Now what?!” Wiatt complained.

“How are we going to find Ridley?” Sara asked. “We only have footage of some thieves taking him, but that’s it!”

Wiatt, Lewis, and Oliver looked at one another realizing the only girl researcher was right. “She’s got a point,” Oliver said.

“But darling, where do you suggest we look?” Lewis asked.

Sara was about to answer until she saw Oddity sniffing around the area. After going through the ground, the Eevee caught a scent on the right, “Eevee! Vee!” Oddity cried out as he ran where the scent took him.

“Well looks like we got our answer,” Lewis commented and followed the Eevee.

“Okay, but how will Oddity find Ridley?” Sara asked.

Wiatt smirked, “Oddity can track scents, so if he can track the criminals or Riddley’s scent then we’re going in the right direction.” He explained following Lewis and his Pokémon.

Sara looked at Oliver, who shrugged and followed the three. The girl sighed and followed the guys hoping the Evolution Pokemon wasn’t leading them down the wrong path.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket was camping out in the forest as they stared at Ridley, who they locked into a cage.

“You know, for a pair of researchers I’m surprised they only have one little Aipom,” James explained.

“Yeah. What do we do with an Aipom anyways?” Jessie asked, looking at Ridley.

“Now see this is where you guys need to start thinking out of the box!” Meowth exclaimed.

Jessie and James turned to their partner in crime.

“These twerps here are researchers looking for legendary Pokemon, right?” Meowth asked.

“Right.” Jessie and James answered.

“So, we capture their normal twerp Pokemon for legendary Pokemon. They get their twerp Pokemon back while we go off to the boss with the legendary!” Meowth explained.

Jessie and James smiled and squealed with delight, liking Meowth’s plan. However, James wasn’t so sure. “But Meowth, what if the new twerps don’t have any mythical Pokemon to give us?” He asked.

“Then we just take the usual twerp Pokemon!” Meowth exclaimed.

“Easier said than done!” Jessie exclaimed.

“See I told you this is why we need to think outside the box!”

Ridley sighed and hoped his trainer or the researchers would rescue him soon.

The group kept following Oddity as the Eevee continued to sniff the area as they got closer and closer to Team Rocket’s location.

“Are you sure Oddity is taking us to the right location?” Sara asked.

“I’m sure of it,” Wiatt said. “Oddity’s sense of smell helps me get around from time to time and I’ve found things I've lost.”

As Oddity was sniffing around, the ground gave up and he fell into a pit trap. “Eevee!” Oddity cried.

“Oddity!” The group yelled. They went to run over to the Evolution Pokemon before they all fell through another pitiful trap. The group groaned in pain.

“Ow.” Oliver groaned.

“Someone landed on my back!” Wiatt complained.

“That was me darling, sorry.” Lewis apologized. 

After a bit of a struggle, the group was able to get out of the pitfall trap and help Oddity out of his trap too. “You okay Oddity?” Wiatt asked.

“Eevee Vee!” Oddity exclaimed, showing he was alright.

Wiatt smiled and hugged Oddity close making the Eevee hum in delight.

Sara groaned as she rubbed her shoulder, and looked at the hole she came out of. “Who would put a hole around here?” She asked.

“Probably the same people who took Ridley,” Oliver said.

Oddity gave a low growl as he carefully sniffed the area again finding Ridley and Team Rocket’s scent.  “Vee.” He said knowing they were getting close.

The four nodded and carefully followed Oddity deeper into the forest. The deeper the group went into the forest Oddity stopped and saw there was a bridge the group had to pass through to get to Ridley.

The bridge looked steady, but with it being near rushing water, it scared Sara and Oliver. “Come on, we’re almost to Ridley,” Wiatt said as he followed his Eevee over the bridge. Lewis followed after and that left Oliver and Sara on the other side of the bridge.

Oliver was the first to gather courage and followed Lewis and Wiatt on the bridge. That only left Sara behind as she was nervous following her friends on the bridge.

“Darling, are you coming?” Lewis asked.

“You sure this is the right way?” Sara asked.

Wiatt rolled his eyes, “Look Sara if you’re scared you can just go back to the facility.” He told her.

Sara glared, turning red from a mix of anger and embarrassment. “I’m not!” She yelled.

“Then hurry up! Or we’re leaving without you!” Wiatt yelled back.

Sara glared but sighed and gathered the courage to start following her friends on the bridge. The five then got off the bridge, and Oliver and Sara sighed in relief finally off the bridge.

“Finally!” Sara and Oliver exclaimed.

“See you guys did it,” Wiatt said.

Soon the five heard voices coming in the distance, and Oddity glared as he ran straight to where the voices were coming from. “Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed.

“We must be getting close!” Lewis shouted as the four followed the Eevee to where Team Rocket was located.

Back with Team Rocket, Ridley tried to escape his cage, as Team Rocket held the cage as tight as they could to prevent the Long Tail Pokemon from escaping. “Man, this Aipom has gone bananas!” Meowth exclaimed.

“I know we should’ve stopped by a fruit tree before trapping it!” James exclaimed.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet exclaimed, also helping Team Rocket hold back Ridley.

“Hey!” Wiatt shouted, causing Team Rocket to turn and face the four. “Let Ridley go!” 

“Eevee!” Oddity shouted.

Team Rocket was surprised but chuckled knowing this was all Deja vu to them.

“What’s so funny, whoever you are?” Sara asked.

“You don’t know who we are? Well, prepare for trouble!” Jessie started.

“We are well-known criminals on the double!” James added.

“To protect the world from devastation.” Jessie continued.

“To unite all peoples within our nation.”

“To denounce the evils of truth and love!”

“To extend our reach to the stars above!”

“Jessie!” Jessie exclaimed.

“James!” James exclaimed as well.

“Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!”

“Surrender now or prepare to fight!”

“Meowth! That’s right!” Meowth finished.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet added.

Wiatt and his friends stared at Team Rocket and then at each other. “Uh…we don’t know you,” Oliver said.

“You're the thieves that stole Ridley?” Sara asked. “For an evil team called Team Rocket, you sound pathetic.”

Team Rocket turned pale as a ghost hearing that they were insulted like that. 

Jessie growled as her eyes flamed with anger, “Excuse me you little twerps! I’ll have you know we’ve been an evil organization for a long time!” She screamed, which scared the four.

“Yeah! How dare you insult us!?” James yelled. “We are the leanest, meanest, evil team ever!”

“Yeah! So you better shut your mouth!” Meowth yelled.

Wiatt blinked in surprise, “h-hold on! You could talk!? But you're a Pokémon!?” 

“Yeah. Yeah. Surprise, surprise!” Meowth exclaimed. “Listen I’ve been down this path before, so let’s quit the rerun and get into the fightin’ and stealin’!” 

The group growled till Oddity jumped in front of everyone to complain to Team Rocket. “Eevee! Vee Eevee!” He shouted.

“What do we want with Aipom?” Meowth asked, translating what Oddity exclaimed. “Well you see lil’ Eevee, us at Team Rocket and we fight for what’s wrong and steal Pokemon.” Meowth smirked, “like you.”

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed in shock.

Now it was Wiatt’s turn to protect his Pokemon. “You're not laying a single hand on Oddity!” Wiatt yelled. “Come on guys, let’s take them down!”

“Uh darling,” Lewis stated, “hate to be the bringer of bad news, but you're the only one with a Pokemon.”

Wiatt stared at his friends in disbelief and shock, “You guys don’t have any Pokemon with you?” He asked.

“No, sorry.” Lewis, Oliver, and Sara replied together.

Wiatt sighed seeing he was the only one with a Pokemon. “Can’t believe I have to do everything myself.”  He mumbled. Wiatt then had a determined face and was ready to use Oddity in battle. “Ready Oddity?”

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed, ready to battle.

“Oh this will be fun, the twerps only have a little Eevee with them,” Jessie explained, mocking Wiatt.

“And when we win, we’ll take the Eevee and the Aipom!” James added. 

Jessie and James took out their Pokeballs and were ready to release their Pokemon. “Seviper! Let’s go!” She yelled.

“You too, Carnivine!” James yelled as well.

Soon Jessie’s Seviper came out of its Pokeball and hissed at Oddity.

Carnivine however, decided to go to his trainer and give him a big hug while munching on his head.

“Not in front of the new twerps, please!” James cried trying to pry Carnivine off him. Once he successfully did, Carnivine and Seviper glared at Oddity who was determined to fight the enemy. 

“Oddity, Quick Attack!” Wiatt commanded.

“Vee!” Oddity then ran at high speeds towards the two Pokemon, who dodged it. However, to their surprise, Oddity turned around and used Quick Attack again and attacked the Pokemon in the back.

“Alright, Seviper use Bite!” Jessie commanded.

“Seviper!” Jessie’s Seviper hissed ready to grab Oddity with its jaws.

“Dodge it!” Wiatt yelled.

Oddity jumped high, but Seviper tried to follow the normal-type Pokemon using the same move.

“Now, Shadow Ball!” Wiatt exclaimed.

“Vee!” Oddity then opened his mouth as a black and purple ball of energy appeared. He then fired it at his opponent causing the poison type to fall to the ground.

Oddity however landed on the ground with ease.

“Carnivine! Bullet Seed!” James commanded.

Carnivine then started to launch seeds at Oddity, who missed each one. 

“Use Double Kick!” Wiatt commanded.

“Double Kick?” Everyone asked, confused to see an Eevee learning Double Kick.

Oddity ran to Carnvine, jumped, and used his back legs to kick Carnivine twice towards his trainer. Jessie and Meowth looked shocked at Oddity who smirked. 

While the battle was going on, Sara and Oliver worked together to get Ridley out of his cage. “We got you, buddy.” Oliver whispered. 

“Aipom,” Ridley replied, whispering back.

Sara was able to grab a bobby pin from her bag and use it to unlock the cage, “there!” She said, but just as she was about to grab Ridley a familiar voice interrupted.

“Hey, twerps!” Meowth interrupted. “You leave Aipom alone!” Meowth was about to attack the two with Furry Swipes.

Sara and Oliver braced themselves for the attack, but Ridley broke out of the cage and used Swift on Meowth. Which pushed him back towards Team Rocket’s Seviper.

When the two researchers looked up they saw it was Ridley who protected them. “Thanks, Ridley!” Sara exclaimed.

Aipom squeaked in delight before saluting to the researchers. The three went back to Lewis, who’s been impressed with Wiatt and Oddity battling it almost looked like he was blushing.

“We got Ridley, how’s Wiatt doing?” Sara asked.

“G-Great.” Lewis replied, pointing at Oddity and Wiatt who were missing and attacking at every chance they could get.

Oddity was now panting starting to feel tired of dodging and constantly using Quick Attack. This made Team Rocket smirk that they just needed to attack together and finally capture the Eevee.

“Looks like someone’s tired.” James mocked.

“And it looks like we are about to get our capture of the day!” Jessie added. “Seviper, Poison Tail!”

“Carnivine, Vine Whip!” James commanded.

Seviper came towards Oddity with its tail glowing purple, while Carnivine launched vines from their hands headed towards the same target.

“Vee?” Oddity asked.

“Ready! Oddity do your Jolteon move!” Wiatt exclaimed.

“Jolteon move?” Lewis, Oliver, and Sara asked.

“Jolteon move!?” Team Rocket asked.

“Wobbuffet?” Wobbuffet asked.

Oddity’s eyes gave a yellow flash as his furry collar started to spark with electricity. He let out a growl before electricity started to flow through his body. He let out a jump and soon a jolt of electricity came out from his body and went straight towards Carnivine and Seviper, shocking them.

Team Rocket screamed as not only their Pokemon were headed towards them but they got shocked as well before an explosion happened, and Team Rocket and their Pokemon were launched into the sky.

“Man, it’s been a while since we’ve blast off.” Meowth sighed.

“But, I’m in awe of that Eevee!” Jessie exclaimed, not caring she and her team we’re blasting off. “We should make that our new goal!”

“Then again, it will be the same old song and dance,” James mentioned. “Oh well, if that’s the case…”

“Looks like Team Rocket’s blasting off again!” Team Rocket shouted at the same time. Once they were far enough a star twinkled in the sky.

“Eevee! Vee! Eevee!” Oddity cheered as he jumped up and down. Even Ridley was cheering for his new friend.

Wiatt laughed as he went over to his Pokemon, who in return, ran to him and jumped into his arms. “Oddity that was amazing!” He cheered.

“Vee!” Oddity replied.

The hero trio was in shock seeing Oddity pull off an electric move, as to their knowledge Eevee never knew any electric type moves, especially seeing an electric move like that one.

“D-Darling?” Lewis started.

Wiatt and Oddity turned to his friends.

“Where did Oddity learn a move like that?”

Wiatt turned to his Pokemon and gave a smile. “I don’t know, when I caught him he already had that move.” He replied. “Heck, I don’t know what move it was, so I just call it Jolteon move.”

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed.

“Besides, why do you think I named him Oddity!”

Lewis blinked before smiling at the young boy as a slight blush appeared. Wiatt saw and slightly blushed as well not knowing Oddity was smiling at the two of them.

By the time the group left the forest, it was already evening and Eric was glad Ridley was safe as he hugged his Pokemon tight. “Ridley I’m so glad you’re okay!” He exclaimed.

“Aipom! Ai!” Ridley exclaimed. 

“Thank you guys!” Eric exclaimed.

The four smiled glad to see Ridley was safe and sound. However, there was still a question lingering on everyone’s mind. “Um…Eric?” Oliver started. The professor looked at the researcher, “Do you know who Team Rocket is?”

Eric looked at the taller boy in shock. “Team Rocket?” He asked, looking horrified.

Oliver and the rest of the group looked shocked seeing Eric had known who Team Rocket was. “You know them?” Wiatt asked.

Eric nodded, “they are a band of evil crooks who love to steal Pokemon. They wreaked havoc in the Kanto Region not too long ago, but I thought they disappeared.” He explained. 

The group looked puzzled, as the Team Rocket they faced didn’t sound like the evil crooks Eric was explaining. Evil sure, but more like weirdos than just plain evil. However, it didn’t bother Wiatt and the group.

“Will that won’t bother us!” Wiatt exclaimed. The group looked up at their friend, “After all we went them flying, so I’m sure we will never see them again.”

“Eevee!” Oddity exclaimed.

However, outside the window, Team Rocket appeared with a smirk. “Or so the twerp thinks!” They exclaimed.

“That’s right! We’re back in business!” Meowth exclaimed.

“Wobbuffet!” Wobbuffet exclaimed.
