hiiiiiii im writing a fic so heres just some things about it!

summary: James Potter is an aspiring actor at Hogwarts Fine Arts University and things are going his way. He's straight on his path. Things are good. That is, until the visual arts department gets invited to help paint the sets for their upcoming show, and Regulus Black is suddenly thrown back into his life.

In other words, James is just trying to do his best, and Regulus is extremely distracting.

reggie headcannons (some modern):

he loves black coffee, but only likes iced black coffee, not hot.

he has the correct temperatures for making different types of tea memorized, so he always makes the best tea.

his favorite flavor of gum is peppermint

he gets so angry when people ask him if his favorite color is black. he literally fumes. (this post isn’t about sirius but he does the same)

if he went to a regular high school, his favorite subject would be language arts, and he would always take visual arts as an elective

he prefers soft fluffy pillows over flatter firm ones

lowkey has major rbf, but when hes hanging out with his close friends he always has a sort of bored/lazy smile 

he can only sleep in super cold rooms, but he always has a million blankets 

he is literally a vault, if you tell regulus black a secret and tell him not to tell anyone, no one will ever get it out of him. (except maybe james, but hes just whipped)

his first kiss was pandora in their 3rd year because they both just wanted to try. they mess with each other about it all the time.

his favorite season is winter (canon) (trust)

regulus is extremely good at drawing, and he sketches all the time. however, you will never catch him drawing on his school work. he always has little slips of paper he draw on because he doesn’t want to ruin his papers.

he hates talking to people after quidditch games. he’s one of those athletes that- even when they do well- just needs a breather and a break from everyone.

can someone please explain to me how you all have motivation to write so much ( im looking at you zar ) im literally like 5k words into my fic that I’m currently writing and I just cannot comprehend how people can write so much in such little time. 

i started this fic in like... june? i think? and i still love it i just have no motivation to write, and when i do i write like 200 words and get bored
