I am not a fan of desserts but when I hear someone say brownie my heart goes pitter-patter!  I really wanted to try out home made eggless brownies and here is the outcome that you see in the picture! ️ I am not a baking professional but I am really satisfied with the end product that I produced in 1 and a half hours!  The second picture shows that I couldn't resist my mouth from eating this delectable dessert! I would love if you guys try it out too! 🥰 The recipe ⬇️ :
Ingredients - 1. 1 Amul dark chocolate bar (150gm) 2. Unsalted melted butter (1 cup) 3. A pinch of salt 4. 1 teaspoon baking powder 5. 1 teaspoon baking soda 6. 2 tablespoon cocoa powder 7. 1/4 cup milk 8. 1/2 cup maida (refined flour) 9. Powdered sugar(2 tablespoons), you can add more according to your taste. 10. Nutella (1 tablespoon) 11. Walnuts
Procedure - 1. Take a vessel add water to it, heat it at high flame. 2. Grate your chocolate bar into pieces and put it into a steel vessel and heat on the vessel having water. After sometime you will see, it will start melting. 3. Add butter to it and a pinch of salt and mix well. After melting keep it aside. 4. In another vessel, add the mix, then start adding refined flour, cocoa powder, sugar and mix. 5. After that add baking powder, baking soda. After, add nutella. 6. Add milk and mix very well with a whisker, if you don't have a whisker a big spoon is the best choice. 7. Mix until your hand starts paining. *Pro tip* : A THICK consistency is very very important. 8. Then take the baking vessel, apply parchment paper and put the prepared mix in it. Dab it on the table or slab. Add walnuts to it. 9. Pre heat the otg at 180°C and bake for 20 minutes. 10. Finally, take a toothpick and check that it doesn't become too dry. 11. Last step, take it out and after 5 minutes put it in the refrigerator and let it cool down. 12. Voila, it's ready to be served.
