Chapter 111: Wangxian - Everyday means everyday (extended)

I noticed when I received my MDZS box set in Traditional Chinese that the ‘Everyday’ sex scene was a bit longer than what I had previously read so… here we are ^^

Overall it’s written in more explicit language and rearranged differently compared to the other existing version. The first half of the fragment below is almost entirely new and features Wei Wuxian riling up Lan Wangji while the rest is interspersed with more details.

1) “Isn’t that what people do?” the villain asked softly. “Learn to love each other? Could you not learn to love me? You - you who seem to have such a heart to love the world and everything in it?”The hero turned their gaze away, jaw clenched, pity and anger tugging at them in equal measure. “I would not be unkind to you,” the villain persisted. Cupping the hero’s face, thumbs stroking of their jaw. “I would never.” “Kidnapping people is unkind.”The villain’s grip tightened. “Making people fall in love with you, and refusing to love them back is unkind.” Oh, hell no. The hero knocked their hands away, expression ablaze with rage that they even - dared - say that. Their heart slammed, anger overtaking pity, teeth bared in a snarl. “I will never love you. Never.” 

2) “This isn’t the way to make people love you.”“Love?” The villain laughed at that, fondly even, as they looked down at the hero kneeling before then, heat in their eyes. “My sweet thing, this isn’t about love.”“And yet you don’t touch me.” The villain smiled, utterly sure of themselves. “I’m waiting for you to ask me nicely.” 

3) “I love you,” the hero said. “But we can’t do this. We’re not good for each other - you must,” they faltered. “You must see that, right? Surely you see that?” “Then I’ll love you badly. [Name] - please.”“I’m sorry.” They pressed close, meaning it, lingering for just a moment because that was all they could have sweetly. “Forgive me.” They started for the door only for security to step in the way. The hero glanced at the villain, shoulders tensed. “…tell them to move aside.”The guard’s stepped forward, seizing the hero’s arms.“You can’t be serious.” The hero yanked against the hold. “[Name]. [Name!]” The villain jutted their chin up and met their wild eyes. “Forgive me,” was all the villain said.

The hero choked as the collar clipped on with an ominous click.

“I was going to kill you. Then I remembered that pesky prophecy. You die and I’ll die too.” The villain hummed, easily dragging them backwards.

The hero had a sinking feeling. “Let go!” They snarled, reaching up to claw at the collar.

The villain patted them on the head and they shuddered. “Don’t worry. I’ll take good care of you.”

“No. It’s mine,” the villain retorted, eyes narrowed. 

“…It’s a stray.”

“I feed it!” 

“I feed it too! Oh, what now?” the villain waved their weapon around in frustration, “Are you gonna tell me that you have a name for it?” 

“…Yes.”

“Well, screw you, I have a name for it too.”
