I was on a plane so I couldn’t see updates or give them but nypd forcefully removed multiple Muslim Columbia students hijabs in jail and ppl kept chanting “let her wear her hijab” over and over again from inside cells. One of them (hijabi) was told to shut up by an officer when she demanded her hijab back.
