Fuck all love letters except whatever Cardan Greenbriar had going on when he wrote “my heart is buried with you in the strange soil of the mortal world, as it was drowned with you in the cold waters of the undersea. it was yours before i could admit it, and yours it shall ever remain”

I love villains, not because it's different or anything. I love them because villains truly represent how flawed a human is, how normal it is to be selfish, to desire things. Let's be honest, none of us is actually going to save the world by sacrificing ourselves, so, where's the difference? The narrative of villains and heroes lies solely on who's story is being told.

Writers scramble through the insides of themselves, leaving every corner upturned, every page scrambled, having literally the power to bring down gods from heaven. AND YET, continue to think of themselves as useless creation of the universe, like- how do y'all even reach there.

Apocalypse
No, the world isn't ending. Did I even mention, it's the world that is apocalyptic?
Our hearts are being demolished, my love. It's not AI technology, or otherworldly aliens doing this, but if you ask me, we already have far more dangerous things around us.
Monsters, not the ones with horns on their head, or with three eyes on their forehead. These monsters don't come and screech, they will not rip out your brains with their screams. These monsters are your foe because they talk sweet, they blend in perfectly with humans, and they will make you feel at home.
These monsters, which are disguised as humans don't show you their real faces until you're vulnerable. When you would have already given them space in your life and in your heart, show them what makes you weak, and what is that you want. That's when they pounce, with their claws out, they shred your kindness to threads, tearing apart your feelings with no remorse, leaving you with nothing but an empty shell where your heart was.
You won't be able to avoid them even if you want. Forbidden apples are the sweetest. And the temptation is too hard to resist. Your encounter with the such monster will definitely happen, and maybe more than once.
It's not wrong to love a monster, but be sure of what kind of monster you're choosing, because, at the end of the day, you choose your way to die. We're all monsters in someone's life and every day it grows.
