भारत एक प्रजातान्त्रिक देश है, जहाँ जनता द्वारा चुने गए प्रतिनिधि देश को संचालित करते हैं। भारत में कई राजनीतिक पार्टियां हैं जिनमे से कुछ राष्ट्रीय तो कुछ क्षेत्रीय पार्टियां हैं। एक प्रजातान्त्रिक देश होने की वजह से और स्वतंत्र निर्णय लेने के अधिकार होने की वजह से हमेशा कोई न कोई नई पार्टी बनती रहती है।
आज हमारे देश की राजनीती का स्तर गिरता जा रहा है। जनता के हाथ में अपना प्रतिनिधि चुनने का अधिकार तो है, आम जनता काफी सोच विचार के बाद अपने प्रतिनिधि को चुनती है यह सोचकर की वो सत्ता में आने के बाद उनकी उम्मीदों और जरूरतों का ख्याल रखेगा और जनहित में काम करेगा लेकिन क्या ऐसा होता है।
सत्ता में आने के बाद राजनितिक पार्टियां उस देश और जनता को भूल जाती हैं जिसने उन्हें जनसेवक के रूप में चुना था। सत्ता में आते साथ ही सारे वादे वो भूल जाते हैं और लोभ, लालच के दलदल में फंस जाते हैं।
पिछले ५० सालों के राजनीतिक इतिहास को अगर उठा कर देख लिया जाये तो देश और आम जनता सत्तारूढ़ राजनीतिक पार्टियों के गन्दी और ओछी राजनीती का शिकार रही है।
जबतक देश कांग्रेस शासित रहा बेशक आम जनता जी पा रही थी, लेकिन क्या देश विकास कर रहा था। कांग्रेस सरकार की कमजोर विदेश निति का फायदा पाकिस्तान जैसे देश उठाते रहे। एक तरफ कांग्रेस की हुर्रियत और पाकिस्तान समर्थक निति की वजह से देश में बम बिस्फोट और आतंकी घुसपैठ जैसी घटनाएं होती रही।
दूसरी तरफ देश अलग-अलग तरीके के भ्रष्टाचार का शिकार होता रहा। देश की मॉनेटरी फण्ड कमजोर पड़ती रही और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कर्ज बढ़ता रहा। क्या आप इसे विकास कहेंगे। देश का प्रधानमंत्री श्री मनमोहन सिंह जी थे जो खुद से बोल नहीं सकते थे, खुद से कोई निर्णय नहीं ले सकते थे।
प्रधानमंत्री तो श्री मनमोहन सिंह जी थे लेकिन उनकी कमान किसी और क हाथों में थी। मैं ये सब बातें कर के दूसरे राजनीतिक पार्टियों का समर्थन नहीं कर रहा हूं बल्कि सच्चाई को सामने रखने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं।
आज जब हमारे देश की बागडोर बीजेपी के हाथों में है और श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जैसे कद्दावर नेता के हाथ में देश का नेतृत्वा है तो भी समस्यायें ख़त्म नहीं हुई है। बेशक यह ऐसी सरकार है जो मजबूत, कठोर, निष्पक्ष और देशहित से जुड़े निर्णय लेने का दम रखती है और कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए भी है।
एकतरफ पारदर्शी कर व्यवस्था, मजबूत विदेश निति, मजबूत राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा नीति और सुदृढ़ स्वास्थ्य नीति की वजह से वर्तमान सरकार को एकअलग पहचान मिली है तो दूसरी तरफ युवाओं का भविष्य खतरे में है। आज देश सामने बेरोजगारी, कमजोर लचीली कानून व्यवस्था, कमजोर और धीमी न्यायिक व्यवस्था सबसे बड़ी चिंता का विषय है।
वर्तमान सरकार अपने ५ साल के कार्यकाल को पूरा करने वाली है लेकिन बेरोजगारी, कमजोर कानून व्यवस्था और धीमी न्यायिक प्रणाली जैसे गंभीर राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों से भटकती नजर आ रही है। न ही पर्याप्त मात्रा में सरकारी नौकरियां निकल रही है न ही रोजगार सृजित करने की दिशा में पर्याप्त कदम उठाये जा रहे है।
बेशक सरकार ने डिजिटल इंडिया और स्टार्टअप इंडिया जैसे प्रोग्राम की शुरुआत करके स्वरोजगार को प्रोत्शाहन दी है जो की सराहनीय है केकिन ये कदम पर्याप्त नहीं है।
हमारे देश की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था किस हद तक गिर गयी है ये हमारे देश की वर्तमान विपक्षी पार्टियों के राजनीतिक बयान से पता चलता है। जब बिपक्षी पार्टियों के नेता सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक, एयर फाॅर्स स्ट्राइक, सर्वण आरक्षण जैसे देशहित मुद्दों पर सवाल उठाने लगे इससे पता चलता है की राजनीतिक प्रतिनिधियों की सोच किस हद तक गिर चुकी है।
मै केंद्र में बैठी वर्तमानं बीजेपी सरकार का भी समर्थन नहीं करता, जो सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक, एयर फाॅर्स स्ट्राइक जैसे मुद्दों का इस्तेमाल राजनीतिक चुनावी फायदे के लिए करते है।
आज जब सरकार कुछ हद तक अच्छा काम करने की कोशिश कर रही है तो सारी बिपक्षी पार्टियां एकजुट होकर महागठबंधन की साजिश रच रही है। मेरा सवाल इस देश की आम जनता से है की क्या अगर महागठबंधन की सरकार बन भी जाती है तो क्या देश का विकास होगा या देश का बंदरबाट हो जायेगा।
हमारे देश की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था गंदे नाले के पानी की तरह विशुद्ध हो चुकी है। क्या देश की कमान उनके हाथ में जानी चाहिए जो खुलेआम हुर्रियत, पाकिस्तान, इमरान खान सुर देशविरोधी नीतियों का समर्थन करते है।
अगर इस देश की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था को सुधारना है तो भारतीय संविधान में बड़े बदलाव की जरुरत है।
अनेको पार्टियों की बजाये देश में केवल दो पार्टियां होनी चाहिए। आम जनता के हाथों में पूरी ताक़त ह��नी चाहिए ।
जनता के हाथ में इतनी ताक़त होनी चाहिए की वो जब चाहे सरकार को गिरा सके और सरकार बना सके। जनता को यह बताया जाना चाहिए की वोट करने का अधिकार उन्हें क्यों मिला है। आम जनता अपने मतदान के अधिकार पैसे की लालच, जातिगत, दलगत, परम्परागत और सामुदायिक भावनाओं से प्रेरित होकर न करें ।
देश के हर नागरिक को यह याद रखना चाहिए की वह इस राष्ट्र का एक अभिन्न अंग है। उसका एक सही निर्णय देश को बना सकता है तो एक गलत निर्णय देश का अहित भी कर सकता है।

What is Ayushman Bharat Scheme
Ayushman Bharat Scheme was a revolutionary scheme launched by Shri Narendra Modi government. PM Shri Narendra Modi unofficially announced this scheme when he was addressing the nation from red-fort on the occasion of 69th independence day.
Mission behind this scheme was to cover deprived, poor, Minors, Lower-middle class and backward classes who could not avail health benefits due to expensive private hospitals & Medical system.
A nation cannot progress without healthy citizens, PM Narendra Modi understood this and took initiative.
This scheme was officially launched on September 23, 2018 by PM Shri Narendra Modi. It was renamed as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna(PMJAY).
More than 100 diseases are covered under this scheme.
Who will be covered under this scheme
According to socio-economic caste census, 2011 data this scheme will cover about 10 crores poor & deprived families of the rural and urban area.
This is the world largest health scheme which will provide health cover of 5 lakh rupees to insured family per year.
This scheme covers peoples from all labor classes & street workers including beggars, hawkers, construction workers, security guards, sweepers etc.
How you can avail benefits
This service is totally free of cost. There is no pre-Hospitalization and post-Hospitalization expenses.
Each hospital empanelled under this scheme either private or government has "Ayushman Mitra" appointed for assisting the eligibles.
Government has already sent list of eligible families under this scheme to state governments along with other state-level departments like ANM, BMO and BDO's of relevant areas. Further, all those state governments who have implemented this scheme has sent paper to eligible families.
Eligible families can visit nearby Ayushman Mitra centers with the paper you have received from your local government and aadhar card.
At the center your identity will be verified by your aadhar card and fingerprint authentication. Once it is verified you will be asked to collect card within 3-5 days.
If you have not received paper so far and concerned about whether you are eligible for it or not, simply visit website http://Mera.pm.jay.gov.in input your mobile number there, after that, you will receive OTP on the same number.
Submit received OTP, after that it will show your details if you will be registered.
Even you can give a missed call on 14555 or can visit nearby hospitals to check your elligiblity.
How you can avail benefit in Hospital
Simply visit the hospital, Inform to concerned department and doctor about your disease. Once you are admitted you will have have to show your card and submit necessary documents.
Hospital authority will communicate policy documents to the concerned Insurance company. Once your documents are verified and authenticated you will be treated and the bill will be paid by the insurance company.

How to become pilot in indian Air Force

NDA: It stands for national defense academy. It is the first platform for making career as different rank officers in all three wing of Indian defense Air force, Navy and Army. This exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).
For appearing in NDA exam a candidate age should fall between 16&1/2 to 19 years.
You must have passed 10+2 with math & physics stream for appearing in NDA exam.
Combined Defense Service Examination(CDSE):
Apart from NDA, CDSE exam is another way of making an entry in Indian Air Force as a pilot. This exam is also conducted by UPSC.
Engineering graduates can also apply for CDSE exam.
After qualifying this exam you not only become eligible for Indian Air Force pilot, for Indian Navy and Indian Army as well as.
But for appearing in CDSE exam you need to be graduate minimum.
Air Force Common Admission Test(AFCAT): This exam is conducted by Indian Air Force for admission to short service commission that is SSC.
Here Indian Air Force employes service band of 14 years. This exam is conducted twice in a year.
NCC(National Cadet Corp) special entry: Those candidates who are part of National Core Cadet(NCC) "C-wing" so called senior cadet can get a special entry. This is special entry case where candidates are given "permanent commission officers post".
Apart from NDA qualifying Age criterion for rest of exams is between 20-24 years.
After qualifying all exams candidate has to undergo three years of tough training for onboarding pilot post.
Salary Breakup for IAF pilot
Pay Band: 15,600-39,100
Grade pay: 5400/Mnth
Military Service Pay: 6000/Mnth
Dearness Allowance: 21,600/Mnth
Transport Allowance: 3200+DA
Kit Maintenance Allowance: 500/Mnth
Flying Allowance: 11250/Mnth
All total an IAF pilot withdraws 66,110 INR per month.
For making your birth secure in IAF you need to prepare yourself physically and Mentally. If you are capable enough prepare at home or join government competition preparing institutes.

Operation Round
This could be third and final round of interview where your operation manager or supposed team leader for you will take your interview. Main purpose of this round is checking you are comfortable with the job profile you are being interviewed for.
This is also called salary negotiation round where manager will negotiate salary with you. Shift timings and other things are also discussed in this round.

आतंकवाद का खात्मा कैसे होगा
आतंकवाद आज दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है। आज इस समस्या से दुनिया का लगभग हर देश जूझ रहा है। आतंकवाद सामुदायिक, जातिगत भावना से प्रेरित एक रणनीति है जिसका उद्देश्य है, हिंसात्मक तरीके से अपने लक्ष्य को हांसिल करना, दहशत फैलाना । आतंकवाद का कोई धर्म नहीं होता।
अगर हम इतिहास को उठा कर देख लें तो ये पाएंगे की दुनिया के अधिकतर देश आतंकवाद से पीड़ित रहे हैं, चाहे वो भारत हो, अमेरिका हो , सऊदी अरब हो, इराक हो या ईरान। दुनिया के कुछ इस्लामिक देश आतंकवादियों के गढ़ हैं, जैसे- तालिबान, पाकिस्तान, इराक, सोमालिया।
हर आये दिन किसी न किसी देश में कोई न कोई आतंकवादी हमले होते रहते हैं । इन आतंकवादी हमलो के शिकार निर्दोष आम जनता होती है। आज के समय में पाकिस्तान और तालिबान आतंकवादियों को खुलेआम अपने यहाँ पाल रहे हैं, उन्हें फंडिंग कर रहे हैं ।
अगर हम आतंकवाद से पीड़ित होने की बात करें तो भारत इसका जीता जागता उदाहरण है। भारत पाकिस्तान की आतंकवादी गतिविधियों की वजह से लम्बे समय से परेशान है। पाकिस्तान जैसे राष्ट्र खुलेआम आतंकवादियों को अपने यहाँ पाल रहे हैं। जब भी उनसे भारत या अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय आतंकवाद को ख़त्म करने की बात करते है तो, वो इस बात से साफ़ इंकार कर देते हैं की उनके यहाँ की उनके यहाँ आतंकवादी गतिविधियां चलती हैं
आतंकवाद को ख़त्म करना किसी एक राष्ट्र के वश की बात नहीं है, इसके लिए दुनिया के सारे देशो को एक मंच पर आना होगा और मिल कर कदम उठाना होगा। अकसर यह देखा जाता है की जब भी किसी देश पर आतंकवादी हमला होता है, तो बाकि के देश निंदा और शोक व्यक्त कर अपना पल्ला झाड़ लेते हैं।
आतंकवादियों की मुख्य ताक़त है उनके हथियार, गोला-बारूद, आखिर ये उनके पास कहाँ से आते हैं । इसके पीछे मुख्य कारण है, कई देश ,संगठन और ट्रस्ट जो उन्हें अपनी गतिविधि संचालित करने के लिए फंडिंग करते हैं, ये बंद होना चाहिए ।
अमेरिका और चीन जैसे देश पाकिस्तान को फंडिंग करते हैं,ताकि वो अपना खर्चा चला सकें लेकिन आलम ये है की ये देश इन पैसो का अधिकतर हिस्सा अपने यहाँ आतंकवादी गतिविधियों को चलाने में खर्च करते हैं । जब फंडिंग स्रोत बंद होंगे तभी आतंकवादी गतिविधियों पर लगाम लगेगा।
विश्व के देशो को आतंकवादियों के बारे में दोहरी विचारधारा नहीं रखनी चाहिए क्यूंकि आतंकवाद किसी जाति, धर्म और देश से प्यार और हमदर्दी नहीं रखता।
जिस तरह अमेरिका ने पाकिस्तान में घुसकर ओसामा बिन लादेन को मार गिराया, उसी तर्ज पर भारत जैसे देश को भी पाकिस्तान में घुसकर पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर में चल रहे आतंकी कैंपो को ध्वस्त करना चाहिए और आतंकवादियों के आका जैश-ऐ-मोहम्मद, लश्कर-ऐ -तोएबा, हिज़्बुल-मुजाहिद्दीन और अन्य आकाओं को मार गिराना चाहिए ।
अगर अमेरिका इराक से आतंकवाद को ख़त्म कर सकता है, पाकिस्तान में घुसकर ओसामा बिन लादेन को मर सकता है , तो फिर पाकिस्तान और अन्य देशो में चल रहे आतंकवादी कैंपो को ध्वस्त क्यों नहीं कर सकता|
अमेरिका विश्व पटल पर एक शक्तिशाली देश है, संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघटन का एक सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अंग है, ऐसे में अमेरिका को आगे आना चाहिए और बाकि के देश जो आतंकवाद से किसी न किसी रूप में पीड़ित हैं, उन्हें आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ने और ख़त्म करने में सहयोग करने चाहिए। अमेरिका को ये नहीं भूलना चाहिए के वो भी आतंकवाद के शिकार हो चुके हैं, उन्होंने ने भी अपने लोगो को वर्ल्ड ट्रेड सेंटर पर हुए हमले में खोया है।
केवल आतंकवादियों को हिटलिस्ट और ब्लैकलिस्ट करने से आतंकवाद ख़त्म नहीं होगा । अगर निष्कर्ष निकला जाये तो, इसमें कोई दोराय नहीं है की जबतक पूरा विश्व सामूहिक रूप से आतंकवादियों से नहीं लड़ेगा, आतंकवादी और आतंकवादियों को पालने वाले देश यूँ ही दूसरे देशों को आँख दिखाते रहेंगे और निर्दोष मरते रहेंगे ।

Terrorism is a global problem, It is not restricted to a particular country, society, community or group. Entire world is suffering from this. It has spreaded its leg in few countries of the world.like pakistan, taliban, iraq, syria etc.
Many countries of the world has become victim of terrorist attacks so far including India, America, Libya, Egypt, Somalia, Yemen etc. Out of the mentioned countries few countries openly support terrorist and pakistan is one of them.

कश्मीर समस्या का क्या है समाधान
कश्मीर की समस्या भारत के लिए एक गंभीर ज्वलंत समस्या है । यह समस्या कोई नई समस्या नहीं है, बल्कि तब से चली आ रही है जब भारत को आजादी मिली । भारत को १९४७ में आजादी मिलने के साथ ही, मोहम्मद अली जिन्नाह ने मुस्लिमो के लिए एक अलग राष्ट्र की मांग रख दी । पाकिस्तान और भारत दो अलग राष्ट्र तो बन गए
लेकिन एक समस्या को जन्म दे दिय���, पंडित नेहरू की जिन्नाह से अच्छी दोस्ती थी, उनकी इस दोस्ती की सजा कश्मीरी भुगत रहे है । पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू की गलतियों और अंग्रेजो की कूटनीति की वजह से जो कश्मीर आज पूरी तरह से भारत के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होना चाहिए था, उसका एक हिस्सा पाकिस्तान में चला गया और दूसरा हिस्सा भारत के पास रहा ।
पाकिस्तान की हमेशा से दोगली नीति रही है, पाकिस्तान भले ही भुखमरी, गरीबी जैसी समस्या से पीड़ित रहा है, दूसरे राष्ट्रों जैसे अमेरिका, चीन जैसे देशो के भीख पर जीता रहा है लेकिन, आतंकवादिओं के बल पर भारत को आँख दिखाने की आदत नहीं गयी ।
भारत अधिकृत कश्मीर पर पाकिस्तान हमेशा से अधिकार जमाता रहा है । कश्मीर को हड़पने के लिए पाकिस्तान ने अपने यहाँ आतंकवादियों को लम्बे समय से शरण दे रखा है और उनका उपयोग कश्मीर में घुसपैठ करने के लिए करता है । भारत ने हमेशा से ये कोशिश की है की बातचीत के माध्यम से पाकिस्तान मान जाये और कश्मीर समस्या का एक स्थायी समाधान हो ।
लेकिन ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की, पाकिस्तान को ये पसंद नहीं है, पाकिस्तान के साथ अबतक ३ युद्ध हो चुके है । तीनो बार पाकिस्तान को मुँह की खानी पड़ी है । लेकिन पाकिस्तान है की बाज आने को तैयार नहीं । पूरा विश्व पाकिस्तान की कड़ी निंदा कर चुका है ।
अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर पाकिस्तान की कई बार किरकिरी हो चुकी है, लेकिन ऐसा लगता है की पाकिस्तान को इज़्ज़त से ज्यादा आतंकवादियों से प्रेम है । पाकिस्तान भारत के नम्र रुख
को हमेशा से हल्के में लेता रहा है । पाकिस्तान को एक वाक्य में परिभाषित किया जाये तो ये कहना गलत नहीं होगा की, "पाकिस्तान मूर्खो द्वारा संचालित एक आतंक की पाठशाला है" ।
पाकिस्तान ने आतंकवादियों की आड़ में अबतक भारत में कई बड़े हमले किये, 26/11, उरी हमला, पुलवामा हमला, इसमें कई निर्दोष लोगो ने अपनी जान गवायीं । हर बार हमारे यहाँ निंदा और शोक व्यक्त करके सैनिको के शहादत को भुला दिया जाता है । अब समय आ गया है की कुछ कड़े कदम उठाये जाएं और इस समस्या का समाधान हो ।
कश्मीर में बसे हुर्रियत के नेता, पीडीपी के नेता और जम्मू & कश्मीर नेशनल पार्टी के नेता खुलेआम आतंकवादियों का समर्थन करते हैं ।उन्हें फंडिंग करते हैं, सेना के खिलाफ कश्मीरी लोगो को भड़काते हैं, पत्थरबाजी करवाते हैं । ये सारी बात पिछली सरकारों को पता था लेकिन किसी ने उनके खिलाफ कठोर कदम नहीं उठाएं ।
ये हुर्रियत के नेता कश्मीरी नौजवानो को आतंक और जिहाद की पढ़ाते हैं, न्यूज़ चैनल्स पर डिबेट पर बुलाया जाता है तो भारत की और भारतीय सेना की बुराई करते है । आखिर भारत
सरकार इन्हे पाकिस्तान क्यूँ नहीं भेजती , ये तो पाकिस्तान के वफादार हैं ।
ये बड़े दुःख की बात है जो लोग हमारे देश में रहते है, यहाँ की खाते हैं, हमारे पैसे पर पलते हैं, देशद्रोह करते हैं उन्हें खास सुरक्षा प्रदान की की जाती है, सारी सुविधाएं दी जाती है । मैं पूछता हूं आखिर क्यूँ । क्या मजबूरी है केंद्र में बैठे सरकारों की । क्यूँ सब जानते हुए भी देशद्रोहियों को पनाह देती है हमारी सरकार ।
उन्हें देश से बाहर क्यूँ नहीं निकाला जाता । क्यूँ उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई नहीं की जाती । हमारी सबसे बड़ी कमजोरी है की हम अपने निर्णय के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ पर क्यूँ निर्भर होते है ।
पाकिस्तान को भी ये लगता है की वो आतंकवादी गतिविधियां करते रहेंगे, हम 2-4 आतंकवादियों को मार देंगे, सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक कर लेंगे और खुश हो जायेंगे। छोटे-मोटे एक्शन से पाकिस्तान को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा, जबतक उनको एक बड़ा सबक नहीं सिखाएंगे ।
हमें अमेरिका जैसे देशो से सिखने की जरूरत है, जिसने पाकिस्तान में घुसकर ओसामा बिन लादेन को मार गिराया । इराक में घुसकर गद्दाफी के तानाशाह को ख़त्म किया । अब भारत को अमेरिका के तर्ज पर एक्शन लेने की जरुरत है । पाकिस्तान में घुसकर अत्तंकवादी कैंप को ध्वस्त करना चाहिए और आतंकवादियों को जड़ से मिटा देना चाहिए ।
आखिर जम्मू-कश्मीर में धारा-370 क्यूँ जम्मू-कश्मीर को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा क्यूँ । अगर आम जनता की राय माने तो पाकिस्तान में धारा 370 ख़त्म होना चाहिए ।
अभी भी अगर हमारी सरकार को लगता है की, विश्व मंच पे पाकिस्तान को बेनकाब करने से पाकिस्तान अपनी हरकतों से बाज़ आ जायेगा तो ये हमारे सरकार की गलतफहमी है । पाकिस्तान पर एक बड़े आक्रमण की सख्त जरूरत है, चाहे इसका परिणाम जो भी हो इसकी चिंता किया बिना, कदम उठा लेना चाहिए ।
कुल मिला कर अगर निष्कर्ष निकला जाये तो ये कहना गलत नहीं होगा की, पाकिस्तान से बातचीत समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो सकता ।
पाकिस्तान के खिलफ कड़े निर्णय लेने की जरुरत है और एक बड़े आक्रमण की शख्त जरुरत है, ताकि ये समस्या ख़त्म हो सके ।
आतंकवाद की जहाँ तक बात है इससे केवल हमारा देश ही पीड़ित नहीं है, दुनिया के बाकि देश भी उतने ही पीड़ित हैं । इस मुद्दे पर राजनीती और गुटबंदी करने की बजाय अमेरिका, ईरान, रूस, इजराइल और अन्य देशो को एक मंच पर आना चाहिए, दबाव डालने की बजाये पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ मिल कर लड़ाई छेड़नी चाहिए ।
बड़े दुःख और शर्म की बात है की चीन और अमेरिका जैसे देश इस गंभीर मामले पर राजनीती करते हैं, एक तरफ आतंकवाद के खिलाफ भारत के साथ खड़े होने की बात करते हैं तो दूसरी तरफ पाकिस्तान जैसे देश को आतंकवाद की फैक्ट्री चलाने के लिए फंडिंग करते हैं |
अगर इस तरह की राजनीती चलती रही तो आतंकवाद कभी ख़त्म नहीं हो पायेगा और आतंक को शह देने वाले पाकिस्तान और तालिबान जैसे देश अपने फन फैलाते रहेंगे । ऐसा नहीं की जो देश पाकिस्तान को फंडिंग कर रहे हैं, और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से आतंकवाद को सपोर्ट कर रहे हैं वो इस आतंकवाद की शिकार नहीं हुए हैं और नहीं होंगे ।
हमारी सरकार को कश्मीर में औद्योगीकरण पर विशेष बल देना चाहिए, पर्याप्त रोजगार सृजित करने चाहिए ताकि कश्मीरी युवा गलत रास्तो पर नहीं जाएं ।
हम थोड़ा खुश हो सकते हैं की केंद्र में शासित, नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार ने कुछ सकारात्मक कठोर कदम लिए हैं । लेकिन अभी वो नाकाफी है फिर भी हम ये बोल सकते हैं कुछ तो हुआ है ।

Work pressure is a situation of urgency which demands completion of a work in tight deadline or can be said tight time framework. Work pressure belongs not only to corporate life, but also to personal & business life.
If you are a working professional, may have encountered situations where you are assigned a responsiblity and assigned a time-frame to finish your work, That may be less than the time required to finish task this is work pressure.

Plan your work
Suppose you are assigned lot of tasks and asked to finish in strict time deadline. In this scenario if you do not plan your work, then you will get puzzled and it will complicate your task. So never start without plan. Planning your work will help in finishing your work and achieving your target in efficient time-bound manner.
prioritize you tasks
prioritizing is the process of sequencing your tasks according to their importance. If you are assigned lot of tasks or have lot of responsbilities it does not mean all tasks are important. you can prioritize,arrange or sort your tasks in most-important to less-important sequence.
Break down you task into subtasks and delegate
Best way to handle bigger task is breaking down into subtasks and delegating responsblity to your colleagues or team, It varies according to your position. If you have option of delegating to friends, do it otherwise if you are a team leader or team manager, Delegate to peoples under you.
Do not try do multiple things together

Do yoga & meditation

आज पूरा देश पूछ रहा है कब तक हमारी सेना के वीर जवान कुर्बान होते रहेंगे ? कब तक वो शहादत देते रहेंगे ? कब तक राजनीतिक पार्टियां निंदा की बात कर, स्टेटमेंट देकर बचती रहेंगी ? कब बदला पूरा होगा ? क्या सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक इस समस्या का समाधान है, नहीं अब पाकिस्तान को सबक सिखाने का समय आ गया है । पाकिस्तान दोमुहा सांप है, जो एक तरफ हाथ मिलाने और बातचीत से मामले को सुलझाने की बात करता है तो दूसरी तरफ पीठ में कायरो की तरह छुरा भोंकता है ।
हर वो माँ जिसने अपने सपूत खोया है, वो पूछ रही है, आखिर कब तक ? कब तक ये सब चलता रहेगा ? हम अपने बच्चो को खोते रहेंगे, और राजनीतिक पार्टियां घड़ियाली आंसू रोती रहेंगी, और अपनी राजनीतिक रोटियां सेंकती रहेंगी । कबतक हमारे नेता रक्षात्मक निति अपनाते रहेंगे ।
देश के विभाजन के समय पंडित नेहरू ने जो गलतियां की उसका खामियाजा आजतक हमारे निर्दोष वीर जवान भुगत रहे हैं । पाकिस्तान एक ऐसे कुत्ते की पूँछ है, जिसको सीधा करने की कितनी भी कोशिश कर ली जाये, वो सीधा नहीं हो सकता।
हम अमेरिका और इजराइल जैसे देशो से क्यों नहीं सीखते, जो उन्हें आँख दिखाता है, वो उसकी आँख निकाल लेते हैं । क्यों हमारे देश की सरकारें गद्दारो, देशद्रोहियों को पाल रही है । कश्मीर में बैठी पीडीपी, हुर्रियत, फारुख अब्दुल्ला जैसे लोगो और पार्टियों को देश से बाहर क्यों नहीं निकाला जाता और उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही क्यों नहीं की जाती, क्यों हम यूनाइटेड नेशंस से डरते हैं । अब हमारे नेताओं को स्वतंत्र निर्णय की जरूरत है और सेना को खुली छूट देने की जरूरत है ताकि, वो पाकिस्तान में घुसकर उसे मार सकें ।
आज से 6 महीने पहले 18 सितम्बर 2016 को उरी में सेना के जवानो के कैंप पर धोखे से हमला किया गया था , जिसमे हमारे 19 जवान शहीद हो गए थे, कल एक और दर्दनाक हमले को जैश-ऐ-मोहम्मद नामक आतंकवादी संगठन द्वारा पाकिस्तान की आड़ में किया गया । ये हमला पुलवामा के अवंतीपुरा में हुआ, जिसमे सेना के गाड़ियों को निशाना बनाया गया, इसमें हमारे 42 जवान शहीद हो गए ।
इस घटना से पूरा देश गुस्से में है, और इसबार सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक नहीं, पाकिस्तान और आतंकवाद के खात्मे की मांग कर रहा है । जो की एक जायज मांग है, आखिर क्यों और कबतक ये चलता रहेगा । क्या उन सेना के जवानो के जीवन की कोई कीमत नहीं है, जो अपनों को छोड़कर देश की खातिर अपनी क़ुरबानी दे रहे है ।
कहावत है लातो के भूत बातों से नहीं मानते, पाकिस्तान को प्यार की भाषा नहीं समझ आती, पाकिस्तान को बहुत कठोर जवाब देने की जरूरत है ताकि वो दोबारा, आँख उठाकर कश्मीर और भारत की तरफ देखने की जुर्रत न कर सकें ।

बेरोजगारी एक गंभीर समस्या
बेरोजगारी वर्तमान दौर की एक गंभीर समस्या है, जो की एक महामारी की तरह फैल रही है । अगर इस बढ़ती बेरोजगारी का समाधान नहीं ढूंढा गया तो ये एक मॉन्स्टर का रूप ले लेगी ।
बेरोजगारी के पीछे कई कारण हैं, इसमें सबसे बड़ा कारण हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली है, हमारे देश की वर्तमान शिक्षा व्यवस्था का स्तर काफी गिर चूका है । हमारे यहाँ केवल किताबी ज्ञान पर जोर दिया जाता है, जबकि जरुरत है प्रैक्टिकल यानि व्यावहारिक ज्ञान पर जोर देने की । शिक्षा व्यवस्था को इतना लचीला बना दिया गया है की,
दसवीं और बारहवीं के छात्र आसानी से स्कोर तो हांसिल कर लेते हैं, उन्हें अच्छे मार्क्स और ग्रेड तो मिल जाते हैं, दसवीं और बारहवीं में प्राप्त अच्छे अंको के बदौलत, स्टूडेंट्स साइंस स्ट्रीम में एडमिशन तो ले लेते हैं लेकिन उनसे एक गलती ये हो जाती है की वो अपनी क्षमता का आंकलन नहीं करते
इस वजह से वो आगे अच्छे अंक नहीं हांसिल कर पातें और ये उनकी करियर में एक बाधा बनती है, इसके पीछे एक और कारण ये भी यह है की, स्टूडेंट्स अपने करियर के चयन के लिए अपने पेरेंट्स पर और दुसरो पर निर्भर करते हैं, जब तक स्टूडेंट्स अपने स्ट्रेंग्थ को नहीं पहचानेंगे, अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार करियर का चयन नहीं करेंगे, उनके लिए बेरोजगारी की समस्या बनी रहेगी ।
सारे स्टूडेंट्स इंजीनियर और डॉक्टर ही बनना चाह��े है, क्या ये संभव है क्या हर स्टूडेंट हर विषय में माहिर हो सकता है, बिलकुल नहीं ऐसे में उन्हें करियर चुनते समय अपने आपको जरूर आंकना चाहिए, आज कठिन प्रतिस्पर्धी युग है जहाँ आपको टफ कम्पटीशन का सामना करना पड़ेगा, ऐसे हालत में सफलता पाने के लिए जरुरी है की आप जो भी करियर चयन करें, उसमे निपुण बने यानी स्पेशलाइजेशन हांसिल करें ताकि अपने आप को बेहतर साबित कर सकें ।
अगर आपको लगता है की सेल्स और मार्केटिंग में बेहतर हैं, किसी के अंडर काम नहीं कर सकते, तो अपनी बिज़नेस शुरू करें, अगर आपका लक्ष्य और सपना किसी बड़ी कंपनी में जॉब करने का है, उसी दिशा में प्रयास करें ।
तकनीकी प्रगति भी बढ़ती बेरोजगारी का एक कारण है, नए-नए तकनीक के आने से एक तरफ हमारी जीवन आसान हो रही है, वहीं कई लोगो के रोजगार भी छीन रहे हैं । कंपनियां अपने काम को स्वचालित करने और खर्चे कम करने के लिए, मशीने लगा रही हैं, नइ तकनीकों को इम्प्लीमेंट कर रही है और इस तरह से लोग अपनी रोजगार खो रहे हैं।
इस समस्या का समाधान ये है की सरकार, निजी कंपनियों के साथ मिलकर स्किल डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम चलाएं ताकि, अकुशल लोग तकनीकी रूप से शिक्षित हों और उन्हें रोजगार मिले ।
बढ़ती जनसँख्या भी बेरोजगारी का एक कारण है, हमारी सरकार को जनसँख्या और परिवार नियोजन जागरूकता कार्यक्रम चलाना चाहिए ताकि लोग इस समस्या के प्रति जागरूक हो और जनसँख्या नियंत्रण में सहयोग करें और बेरोजगारी जैसी गंभीर समस्या के निवारण का एक हिस्सा बन सकें ।
डोमेस्टिक इंडस्ट्रीज यानि घरेलु उद्योगों को प्रोत्साहन देना चाहिए, ग्रामीण स्तर पर लोगो को घरेलु उद्योग के लिए जागरूक और प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए ताकि लोग सक्रिय रूप से इससे हिस्सा बने इस तरह से लोग आत्मनिर्भर बनेंगे और कुछ लोगो को रोजगार भी दे पाएंगे ।
हमारे देश की सबसे बड़ी समस्या ये है की आईटी स्किल्ड और अन्य स्किल्ड लोगो को रोजगार की तलाश में दूसरे शहर जाना पड़ता है
हर राज्य के सरकार को अपने यहाँ हर तरह के उद्योग को स्थापित करने दिशा में सकारात्मक कदम उठाना चाहिए ताकि वहां के लोग अपने यहाँ ही रोजगार प्राप्त कर सकें, हमारे यहाँ कुछ शहर जैसे झारखण्ड, बिहार, ओडिसा, उत्तर प्रदेश, और अन्य पहाड़ी राज्य में रहने वाले लोगो को दिल्ली, मुंबई, पुणे, बंगलोर जैसे मेट्रो सिटीज में जाना पड़ता है ।
ये कोई नइ समस्या नहीं है, ये समस्या कई दशकों से चली आ रही है, कई सरकारें आईं और गयीं लेकिन किसी भी सरकार ने इस समस्या पर ध्यान नहीं दिया । जबतक हर राज्य अपने यहाँ औद्योगिकीकरण को प्रोत्साहित नहीं करेगी, ये समस्या यूँ ही चलती रहेगी, आज दिल्ली और अन्य मेट्रो शहरों में बढ़ रही प्रदुषण और अपराध की समस्या का कारण, बाकि शहरों और गाँव से बढ़ती जनसँख्या का दबाव है ।
बेशक श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की सरकार ने इस दिशा में कई कदम उठाएं हैं लेकिन वो पर्याप्त नहीं है, राज्य स्तर पर सुधार की जरुरत है
इस दिशा में काफी काम करने की जरूरत है, शिक्षित, अशिक्षित और अर्ध-शिक्षित हर वर्ग के लोगो के लिए रोजगार के अवसर सृजित करने की जरुरत है ।
हर वर्ष लाखो की संख्या में स्टूडेंट्स इंजीनियरिंग, मेडिकल, आईटी और बिभिन्न स्ट्रीम से कोर्स कम्पलीट करते हैं क्यूंकि उतने अवसर उपलब्ध नहीं है,
आज के समय फ्रेशर्स को आसानी से जॉब ना मिलना भी एक बड़ी समस्या है, अधिकतर कंपनियां फुल स्किल्ड एक्सपेरिएंस्ड कैंडिडेट्स को ही मौका देना चाहती है, ऐसे में फ्रेशर्स कहाँ से एक्सपीरियंस लाएं ।
इन सारी समस्याओं का आंकलन किया जाये तो ये समझ में आता है की, बेरोजगारी कितनी बड़ी समस्या है और अगर इसके समाधान के लिए उचित कदम नहीं उठाये गए तो, आने वाले समय में इससे बड़ी कोई समस्या नहीं होगी ।

Coward pakistan killed 26 indian soldiers in pulwama
Brutual coward pakistan has again attacked on CRPF soldiers in awantipura of j&k. It again unveils shameless dual face of pakistan. On one side pakistan talks about resolving J&K issue with bilateral talk & other side they stab in back.
It is second biggest attack on CRPF after uri attack. Jaise-e-mohammad has taken responsbility of this. Now time has come to teach pakistan in similar manner.
More than 30 CRPF soldiers lost their lives and more than 40 injured in this brutual attack. Now it is time for one more big surgical strike against pakistan.
It is the time when all parties should come together under one roof and collaborate in fight against terrorism rather than condemning each other & making it a political agenda.
India government must take revenge for each life lost in this attack from pakistan. Not only this PDP and other local parties in j&k who are funding to pakistani terrorists must be brought to justice.

आपको आपसे बेहतर कोई और नहीं जान, समझ और परख सकता । जब तक आप ये नहीं जानेंगे की आप किस चीज में बेहतर है, आपको कौन सा काम अच्छा लगता है, आपकी स्पेशलाइजेशन क्या है, आपका इंटरेस्ट यानि रूचि क्या है, तो आप यूं ही इधर उधर भटकते रह जाओगे
जब आप अपने रूचि, स्पेसलाइज़शन को पहचान जाओगे और उसमे ही काम करोगे तो आप बेहतर करोगे क्यूंकि आपको वो काम करने में मजा आएगा। आप उसमे अपना १००% दे पाओगे ।
सुबह उठने की आदत डालें
एक कहावत है "अर्ली तो राइज अर्ली तो बीएड" । सुबह जल्दी उठने की आदत डालें । जितने भी सफल लोग हैं, वो सुबह जल्दी उठते हैं । सुबह जल्दी उठे और सुबह की ताज़ी हवा लें
हमेशा सकारात्मक सोचें
जीवन एक पथ है, इस पथ पर कई बार रास्ते आसान मिलेंगी, कई बार कठिनाइया मिलेंगी । हर परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोचने की कोशिश करें । नकारात्मकता में सकारात्मकता ढूंढे ।
हमेशा अपने ऊपर भरोसा करें
यदि आप अपने ऊपर भरोसा नहीं करेंगे तो कोई दूसरा आपके ऊपर भरोसा नहीं करेगा । आपका खुद पर भरोसा ही आपकी शक्ति है । आत्मविश्वास एक बहुत बड़ी ताकत होती है । जिस इंसान की आत्मविश्वास मजबूत होती है, वो बिपरीत से बिपरीत परिस्थतिओं को भी झेल लेता है ।
जरुरतमंदो की मदद करें
कहते हैं मानवता की सेवा ही धर्म है । लोग पुण्य प्राप्त करने के लिए मंदिरो, मस्जिदों, और धर्मगाहों पर जाते हैं । लेकिन जरुरतमंदो की सेवा सबसे बड़ा पुण्य है । मैं ये नहीं कहता ईश्वर को मत मानो, पूजा मत करो, मंदिर, मस्जिद मत जाओ । सब करो लेकिन इंसानियत को सबसे ऊपर रखो । आज हम मदर टेरेसा, साई बाबा को भगवान् क्यों मानते हैं, क्यूंकि उन्होंने मानवता की सेवा की थी ।
दुसरो को इज़्ज़त और सम्मान दो
जबतक आप सामनेवाले को इज़्ज़त और सम्मान नहीं दोगे, वो भी आपको इज़्ज़त और सम्मान नहीं देगा । छोटो को प्यार, बड़ो को सम्मान और बराबर उम्र वालो को भी सम्मान दें । अगर आपसे कोई इज़्ज़त से बात न करें, तो भी उसे इज़्ज़त और सम्मान दे । इससे आपको ख़ुशी होगी और खुद पर गर्व महसूस होगा ।
किसी की गलती को अकेले में बताएं
अगर आप एक टीम लीडर हो या घर में भी कोई गलती करें तो उसे सबके सामने न डाटें या उसे उसकी गलती का एहसास करें । बल्कि उस व्यक्ति से अकेले में मिले, उसे उसकी गलती प्यार से बताएं और गलती का सुधार करने का तरीका भी बताएं ।
काम वो करें जिसमे आपकी रूचि हो
हमेशा वो काम करें जिसमे आपकी रूचि हो । इससे आपको काम करने में मजा आएगा और जब आप पुरे लगन के साथ किसी काम को करेंगे तो आपको सफल होने से कोई नहीं रोक पायेगा ।
हमेशा डाउन तो अर्थ यानि हमेशा व्यावहारिक बने रहे,
जमीन से जुड़े रहे, चाहे आप कितने भी बड़े हो जाएं, कितने भी अमीर हो जाएं, या सफल हो जाएं हमेशा अपने आप को एक आम इंसान के रूप में देखें और समझे, इससे आप अपने सफलता, अपनी अमीरी को संभाल कर रख पाएंगे, और उसे बढ़ा भी पाएंगे । सामने वाले को कभी छोटा और कमजोर न समझे ।
हमेशा भविष्य की तरफ देखे अतीत की तरफ नहीं
अगर आप अतीत में असफल हुए हैं, या कोई गलती आपसे हुई है, तो उसे अपने वर्तमान और भविष्य पर हावी ना होने दें । अगर आप अपने अतीत की गलती और असफलता को याद करेंगे तो ये आपको और कमजोर बनाएगी । हमेशा ये सोचे की हार और जीत, सफलता और असफलता तो जिंदगी का हिस्सा है, अगर आज हारे हैं तो कल जीतेंगे भी ।
अपनी गलतियों से सीखें
अपनी गलतियों पर पश्चाताप करने की बजाये, गलतियों से सीखें । अगर आप गलतियों से सीखेंगे तो बिलकुल आप उसे दोहराएंगे नहीं और ये आपके लिए सफलता से कम नहीं होगी ।
अहंकार न करें
अहंकार मनुष्य का सबसे बड़ा शत्रु है । रावण बहुत प्रखंड विद्धवान था, ईश्वर का बहुत बड़ा भक्त था, फिर भी अपने अहंकार की वजह से विनाश को प्राप्त हुआ । हमेशा अहंकार से दूर रहे, अगर गुस्सा आएं तो उसपर नियंत्रण रखना सीखें ।
